Do not skip this wonderful hideaway! We feel as though we had the perfect all around evening! The drinks, the service, and the food was exquisite! We started with a pre-meal drink where the bartender matched my old fashioned to my wife’s lavender Sourbon speciality drink by smoking the wood with lavender. It created a uniquely special drink to pair together. Our meal was easily the best of the week, and we’ve eaten amazing food all week. The beef carpaccio was very pleasant and light with a nice tang. The seafood pasta was not overly fishy as the sauce had incredible flavor. I devoured the scallop risotto with the mushroom sauce. Then topped it off with a perfect cheesecake drizzled with chocolate and blackberries. For us the star of the night was the upstairs speakeasy as we were treated to hand crafted unique drinks that had no recipe. The service and drinks were amazing! We got to top it off with a couple tasters of the house infused sherries. One is a holiday mix that would go perfect with black tea and your favorite alcohol; and the other a cherry bomb that stands on its own. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Sourbon in West Palm Beach is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is upscale yet inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and warmth. I ordered the charcuterie board and lamb chops, and both were exceptional. The charcuterie was beautifully curated with high-quality meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, while the lamb chops were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and downright delicious. To top it off, I had an Aviation from the cocktail menu, and it was expertly crafted with a smooth, well-balanced flavor. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but hey, you’re in West Palm Beach—sit back, sip your cocktail, and enjoy the experience. If you’re looking for a place with top-tier food, great drinks, and an elevated atmosphere, Sourbon is well worth it!

A beautiful dining experience. The atmosphere was immaculate. Really nice vibes and ambience. Our server Dariel was very nice and great service as well. we just had wine and some appetizers which were really good. We enjoyed the escargot, octopus and bruschetta. This spot is definitely perfect for an occasion or nice night out. Highly recommend!!

Hands down one of the coolest cocktail spots in West Palm! The atmosphere is cozy with a modern edge, and the staff is super friendly. Jacob made me a Celery Collins that absolutely blew my mind—bright, crisp, and totally original. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. If you’re into craft cocktails with a twist, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for round two.

Love the atmosphere here and the decor. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. There’s a decent drink menu as well that ranges from wines to beer and cocktails. Definitely recommend for a nice night out!

Came here for my brother’s birthday and it was a great vibe from start to finish. The space is really cool—lots of greenery and warm lighting. We shared a bunch of dishes and everything was lovely, but the cocktails were the real standout. Would come back for the lavender martini 🪻💜

I took my wife around happy hour time on a Thursday afternoon 530/6 pm. It definitely wasn’t crowded at all! Super empty 😌☺️☺️ The ambience was def givvvvvv for the gurllllssss! Drinks was gooood ( pricey ) Appetizers they could have had better options. It was so bland of choices!! Even for small bites nothing paired well with their specialty drinks they had with the apps in my opinion. The bartender was my server he was good

Drinks are amazing! My friends and I tried the aviativn, lavender martini, and lychee sangria, all of them are amazing! Music at a low enough volume to have conversations while having great vibes! Highly recommend.

Beautiful interior. Great date night ambiance. The grilled octopus was great. The pasta sauce was heated too much, so the sauce separated and was oily. The drinks were really good! Great symphony of flavors combined with alcohol that wasn't overpowering. The service when I dined in was great. My problem with them was prior to the meal. I called weeks earlier asking for a special message to be written on a plate with the dessert. Whoever I talked to agreed and scheduled the reservation. Weeks later, when I am already in Florida, I get a last minute text from them saying that it's not a service they offer. Then why was I promised this when I made the reservation? After some back and forth, I learned that their objection to my request (it's not a service they offer) was misleading. They shared that their pastry chef was out of office, which was why they couldn't do it. I ended up figuring it out, but I had a terrible experience trying to coordinate a special night with them.

Great dinner! My steak was cooked perfectly! The ambiance was amazing & the service was great. We made a reservation for our party of 8 & were seated immediately. This restaurant is very cute & highly recommend.

I went for a pleasant view The music is wonderful The food is fresh and flavorful The waitress and the hostess had did not want to serve my table or assist us, it really let me know people are going to judge a book by its cover and try the content next time like the other waitress!

Ventured out to WPB and definitely loved the ambience here. It's not a huge restaurant so I highly recommend making reservations. The lavender martini was good! If you're not a fan, I'd stay away from it as you can definitely taste the lavender. But I thought it was a great drink. The food was good! Bigger portions than I anticipated getting. The service was not bad, however, our waitress did not listen to us on a number of occasions. The biggest issue I had is that our friend ordered the steak, but she didn't want the fries that came with it. She asked if she could substitute for something else. The waitress brought fries. Then when we asked about her substitute, they eventually brought it out and told us we "could keep the fries". When we got the bill we were charged $10 for an additional side when she said she didn't want it to begin with. The waitress was aloof to her mistake and never apologized or attempted to do anything about it. Not a bad experience, but make sure your server is attentive or you'll pay the price... literally.

We made reservations at Sourbon for 12 people on a Sunday for brunch. I noticed their brunch menu was limited but the aesthetic and the drinks made me overlook that. We got there right at 11:30am when they opened and got seated towards the back of the restaurant since we were a large party. The restaurant wasn't crowded as there were maybe two other tables there. We placed our food and drink orders at about 11:45am and I kid you not, as of 1:30pm, most of our table had not received their meal. I couldn't fathom what was taking so long and why the wait staff would only bring one plate, versus getting tray and putting several dishes on it, out at a time. It lacks efficiency. I got the eggs Benedict with a crab cake and a celery Collins (minus the celery) and a lavender martini (with gin not vodka). My food was delicious, as were the drinks but the wait was awful. Again, they weren't busy so not sure what the hold up was. The menu was already limited so they should have been prepped a bit more, knowing a party of 12 was coming. It got so bad that the bride to be, who we were there to celebrate, canceled her food order because it never came out. Major sigh! Overall, it was a decent experience and worth trying out but they need to do better with how swiftly the kitchen pushes out the meals. These aren't gourmet meals so it should be quicker. Our waitress was really sweet though. She even waived the cake cutting fee for us.

Went in on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was nice and classy. I sat at the bar and the mixologist was super friendly and courteous. He made something based on my likes and what i had a taste for and it was sooooo good ! 10/10. You can tell they put effort into every area of this place. Not to mention the food was also very well prepared. Perfect for a date night, night out with friends or solo. Will definitely go again.

The original plan was to go to Kabuki, however it was Super Bowl Sunday so they had the whole block shut down. We walked another block down and there was Sourbon, I've never been but I've always heard mixed reviews. The aesthetics of this establishment was like a nice garden library. I'm sure it would be popping any other day but it was not busy. The noise level that day was pretty quiet. We ordered the Meatballs and the Rigatoni Bolognese. The meatballs were not bad but they crumbled easily, I like when a meatball keeps its shape. The taste was not bad though. Now for the Bolognese, the rigatoni was al dente, it was a bit more gamier in flavor because of the veal. I don't really like veal so it was a bit hard to enjoy it. The prices for the meals that we ordered were not worth it. As well as the service, the waitress barely checked on us. I love when they are attentive but they were very slow and still did not check on us. I don't know if I would come back to this establishment.

If you're looking for brunch spot, then this is it! The menu was different but everything was delicious. The drinks were pretty strong as well. The decor of this place is absolutely stunning, like esthetically pleasing for sure! Everyone knows Clematis has a strip of restaurants, clubs, or bars. So you can definitely enjoy brunch some more by bar hopping. Customer service was pretty moderate, and around 1pm it started to get crowded/loud. I will return to try their happy hour out!

The food was excellent the service was very nice and the restaurant decor was really pretty with flowers and plants everywhere. My friend ordered drinks they were beautiful, the bartender seemed confident and was attentive. I ordered the Cornish hen and fingering potatoes it was yummy and plenty of food. I took some home. The restaurant was clean. There were not too many guests it was quiet enough between 5:30 and 7:30 pm on a Weeknight to talk and hear each other. The menu offered fish, poultry and steaks as well as other things. I would go back for sure.

Blue cheese mussels are creative left me perplexed but sometimes I need that. Octopus was cooked perfectly and served with a salad style plating giving it a fresh style and easy to share. Very cute inside and our server was lovely and kind. Escargot was herby and fresh. Enjoyed our visit.

We decided to have our Valentines Dinner early and the spot selected was Sourbon. First this is a nice, intimate and small place that is big on flavor. The food is really tasty, we had Burrada Starter which was delicious. My wife had the Harvest Salad with bites from my plate. I ordered the Bolognese and I have to say surprise is not enough to explain how I felt. The dish was wonderful to look at and with amazing flavor. Our server Maya was very great at her job, she checked on us frequently as well as made suggestions for a few other things we tried. This is a place to check when in WPB. You may see us there when you go since we will be returning.

I came here on vacation and immediately was blown away from the interior design. I loved the atmosphere and vibe it was giving. My friends and I sat by the bar and it wasn't terribly busy during happy hour, but only one bartender and one barback were working so they seemed frustrated. We ordered several drinks and they all came out well and in a timely manner. We also ordered oysters which were a huge disappointment. It seemed as though they were washed and diluted in tap water. It had no flavor whatsoever. Overall the atmosphere, the people dining, and staff made it better. It was hard to overlook some of the weaker points of the restaurant like being understaffed and oysters being poorly processed. Overall maybe come here for some drinks and tip well if you only see several people working.

This is a cute gem in West Palm beach! The decor is so chic. They do have a limited menu. But the pasta was very good and flavorful . Service was fast and I had a reservation. Would definitely try again

Went for dinner for dinner with friends, we had the carpaccio appetizer which as okay... but the bread was impressive good, best bread I had in my life, I ordered the risotto with scallops, just amazing perfectly Al dente creamy, delicious! The waitress was friendly and fast, it was Saturday night, they have a night club upstairs, since I'm Old (lol) I didn't find it fun (lots of people passing by our table), but the music wasn't loud, despite the people passing by all the time it was fun! Overall, the restaurant has beautiful decoration lots of plants great lighting, we took amazing pictures! We will definitely come back!

*Review for bar only - we did not eat dinner. We were looking for a place to get good, craft cocktails and were going to hit up Bar the Lab, which is upstairs at Sourbon. It was packed, and we could tell it might take awhile to get drinks, so we wandered back downstairs and sat at the main bar, and what a great it was! The bartender was AMAZING! The cocktails were expertly done - and when I tell you they were busy, I'm not exaggerating. This guy was turning out top notch cocktails at an impressive pace. My husband ordered a Paper Plane, not on the menu, but exquisitely done with a tiny paper plane clipped to the clip glass (I'm a sucker for excellent presentation). I had a Manhattan, which was delicious. Next I ordered the espresso martini which may be one of the best I've had, and I don't know what my husband ordered but he loved it. If your in to good cocktails, Sourbon is for you. Their bar program is top notch.

What a lovely venue for Sunday Brunch. A very diverse menu, with choices that hit it out of the park. Very happy with our appetizers. The charcuterie board was one of the best I have seen. The French Onion soup....amazing. Really enjoyed my ham/cheese crepes. Left feeling satisfied and not overstuffed. Looking forward to a dinner experience. After looking at the menu, we will need to try many of the options.

We were a bit hesitant to go due to the reviews and it being 'only' three stars. Boy are we glad we went! What a lovely place! Super friendly service! Amazing bartender! The food was good. The hostess was nice. We were looking for something different and we got it. Great date night, we recommend it. Great atmosphere! Do give it a chance.

Maya was such a delight! Food came out fast and was so good! Who ever was I change of decor in here really hit the mark because it was so inviting and relaxing! Would come again!

The first of its kind on Clematis and breath of fresh air. Unlike all of the other restaurants, Sourbon has created an environment similar to a botanical garden. Plants, flowers and greenery everywhere! It reminds me of a Pinterest board with all of the hanging plants, unique lighting, and calm vibe. I didn't end up eating here, but I did get a craft cocktail. What I really enjoyed was how customers can place their drink order- by a taste they are in the mood for. I asked for fruity and lavender inspired. I was given an elegant cocktail with a fresh sprig of lavender burning, garnished with white flowers. Absolutely delicious. Every person gets a unique drink to match their palette! I will most certainly be returning for a dinner date!

If you want to make an impression and have an unforgettable experience that you can capture with incredible photos, this is the place to be! It offers a completely European atmosphere, and the quality of the food served was absolutely stunning: everything is incredibly fresh, prepared to perfection, and the culinary combinations are complemented by amazing cocktails! Sourbon was accommodating to my husbands request! We went here for our 1st anniversary. We arrived a few minutes late, and they didn't bat an eye. The service was very friendly and the ambiance is great. Price point is definitely for a special occasion We started with shrimp cocktail, they were a bit small for the price but still tasted fresh and were good. He got salmon, Brussel sprouts, and asparagus without any butter or oil. I got the chicken fettuccine. Both meals tasted good. Was it the best meal I ever had especially for the price; no, but overall I would come back and eat again!

10/10 experience! I loved everything I ordered. Our server Olga was very professional and offered the best menu options. I can't wait to come back here. The interior is beautiful, I loved the music too.

I had a great experience with me and my fiancé. We were served by Mya, she was super nice and helpful when choosing our options. The mussels were 10/10! Super delicious. It's made with bleu cheese so if you're not into it, you might not like it. I had the tuna tartar as a starter, I send it back, didn't really like it, not much flavor in my opinion. For the entree my fiancé had the lamb, he said it was 10/10 and can't wait to go back. I had the Branzino, it was really good but it was too lightly seasoned for my taste so I asked for salt and pepper and it made it better. The mashed potatoes and vegetable medley that came with it was so delicious. We'll be back for sure. We came on a Sunday night before Halloween so it was very quiet and not a lot of people which we loved. For parking there is no valet, you have to park on the side of the building and download that parking app. FYI. So be sure to go there at least 15 mins early to find parking.

So upset with service. My family and I came out for my birthday and it was our first time. To even wait for water took a while. We ordered drinks and we had to ask where our bottle of wine was which it came out with our appetizers. Then when we ordered our entree we waited an hour and a half for meals and they came out all at wrong times. My boyfriend wanted us to eat but he didn't even get his meal. I wanted to say something to the manager on duty but he seemed too busy sitting at the bar and not engaging with customers. I am so disappointed because this looked like such a cute spot but service was horrible and food was nothing special. I had to apologize to my party about the delay in food and service even though it was my birthday dinner. I made a poor choice in choosing to this restaurant.

Went last for our date night and its a cute place , decor is great. The food was ok, was it worth price..?. I guess. Overall a decent place, super cute for people dating. We had the charcuterie plate for starters, the chicken milanesa, and the crabby shrimp.

Sourbon is one of my all-time favorite place for dinner. The lamb chop and the lychee drink are my go to. The service here is always nice it doesn't get too loud. It's a great place to go for a nice dinner.

Loved the place! Everything our waitress -Olga suggested was delicious, the drinks Lavender Martini and Lychee Sangria were outstanding, as well as the food!! Loved the atmosphere and recommend it ! Very friendly stuff and beautiful environment, thank you Olga, you made the night very special!!!! Coming back for sure :)

Sourbon is a very pretty restaurant as soon as you walk in the door (see pics). We were a group of 4. We all had different drinks and they were really all good. Wine selection was great! But the specialty cocktails were the best. Try the Aviation or the Lavender martini. They looked as pretty as the restaurant did. Charcuterie plate for starters was excellent. Everyone who had the fish said it was outstanding and the Rigatoni Bolognese was quite good too. They only have 1 dessert on the menu so if you are a big sweet eater at the end of the meal and like a good variation that you will be disappointed, but the one dessert they had and I don't remember it, was just okay. The waitstaff is top notch, water always filled up and very good on recommendations. I will definitely be back for those cocktails and food!

Went to Sourbon with a reservation for four at 1:00 PM. on Sun 12/10/2023 and the restaurant was closed! There were at least ten other people with the same problem. No notice, no explanation, and certainly no apology. We spent a lot of time and parking fees for nothing. I will be telling all my friends and hopefully they will tell all their friends about this horrible way to do business. Very bad! would not recommend !!!!

This place is soooo beautiful and fun! My boyfriend and I went for a few drinks at the bar while we waited for The Lab (the speakeasy inside Sourbon) to open. We were both impressed with the quality of cocktails and the presentation. My boyfriend had the smoked manhattan and I have the lavender martini. Both fantastic. We then moved to The Lab where we had two smoked old fashioneds and they did not disappoint. Great service, vibes, and cocktails. Definitely going back!

Absolutely amazing!! A bit of a wait time for the food but definitely worth it! Ambiance is great. We were so happy with our food we didn't even get pictures. Definitely recommend getting the baguette and butter!

Love everything about Sourbon! The food is amazing especially the steak and fries and charcuterie board. They have a huge bar with a nice selection of wines. The staff are also amazing and very attentive. The decor can be overwhelming.

I'll start with the positives on this one. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The vines and lights hanging throughout the establishment gave it a cozy feel. The waitress was attentive even with the amount of people she had in her section (basically the entire first floor). Now for the Negatives - when we arrived the hostess said they were full and had to wait an hour and 1/2 for a table but we could sit at the bar. There were at least 5-6 empty tables in plain sight. While walking to the other end of the bar we ran into a manager and she advised that there was additional seating upstairs. When we mentioned we were looking to eat dinner she got us a table immediately (thank you)! I ordered the lamb and my husband ordered the filet mignon. Lamb had a wine sauce overpowered the entire plate. The alcohol was not even cooked. Ordered medium rare and got medium plus. All of the food needed salt (It is very rare I add extra salt to my food at restaurants)! The filet was supposed to come with creamed spinach my husband ended up with raw spinach and fake Parmesan cheese. The mushroom sauce that came with the meal was canned mushroom soup. His filet had absolutely no salt. We asked for steak sauce (A1 or wostershire sauce) and the waitress brought out watered down beef broth. Now for the app we had the Bruschetta Trio. It wasn't the best thing on earth but it was one of the better things we had, it could have used a bit more balsamic glaze. The only reason this place got 2 stars was due to the service and ambiance but overall it was very over priced for bad food. We will not be back! Side note - your tip is automatically included in your bill.

Sourbon is a beautiful restaurant off of Clematis Street. I love the decor and aesthetics. I met some friends here for supper. The food was amazing that I tried. I had some smoked salmon salad, potatoes side and creme brûlée for dessert. I also tried some bruschetta to start. The food did take a extremely long time to get, close to an hour. And there were only 4 of us, so it wasn't a big party. Plus the server was extremely aloof and not very friendly. Hope their service and time to receive food improves because it's quite a lovely restaurant with some good food.

While the ambiance was more than relaxing and beautiful, the food and service did not meet my expectations. I came in on a Thursday night for dinner with my sister. We ordered the oysters, beet salad, steak, and scallops. The salad was very bland, needing salt and pepper which is not provided. It just wasn't very tasty and do not recommend. The oysters were clean but had an after taste which made sense when we both felt sick afterwards. Within minutes I had to stop eating from my stomach being upset as the oysters were not fresh. The steak frites was tasty but definitely over priced and not worth it. Lastly, my favorite were the scallops. Soooo good, so much flavor, cooked perfectly however, because my stomach hurt from the oysters, I couldn't eat majority of my meal. It was also a pretty small serving. My sister and I took activated charcoal after just in case it was food poisoning but the next morning our stomachs were still upset. The waitress seems distracted, not very present and didn't ask for much feedback on how the dinner was going. Didn't really feel cared for. Upstairs there's a cool SMALL speakeasy but no drink menu and only one bartender, got busy and packed fast. I been to the speakeasy once before this and did enjoy it when there were more servers there. Overall not a top recommendation for restaurants in downtown West Palm, but think that with the recommendations can make it a better experience for all. This spot has major potential and would visit again but probably not for a while.

Had really high hopes for Sourbon but was disappointed. First off place is beautiful inside and service is great. Grilled octopus and bruschetta trio appetizers were great. Dinner entres is where it all went downhill. Wish I could get a redo on my choices. Spent way too much money for a dinner where we barely touched the entrees. Wife got the Rissotto Scallop dish. First off the presentation on this dish is not very appealing. The scallops didn't even have a nice sear to them. Three little scallops that were barely cooked and extremely fishy. Yes three. My wife couldn't even eat her meal. I had the whole chicken. This plate looked really well presented but the chicken was really dry and hard to eat. Wanted to like these dishes so bad but just couldn't enjoy them. I wish I can go back in time and order two different entrees. Not what I expected at such a nice place. Sad.

Straight up delicious! Authentic food served by a friendly staff. Go and try for yourself!
