I took my hubby here today for Father's Day. Wanted to try something new. The Place is nicely decorated. We were seated right away. We started with drinks and hubby had a blackberry mojito which was 😋. I had a tasty white wine. We ordered grilled Octopus to start with. It was perfectly cooked and tasty. But did need a bit of salt. We ordered three entrees. The meals did need some salt, the Hanger Steak was nicely seasoned. There was an issue with one of our meals but they were so polite and accommodating. They changed it out and really took care of us. Such great staff. Ultimately their perfect courtesy saved the Father's Day dinner. Would definitely be back to try some other things on the menu that sound tasty. 😁

Visiting New Haven for a few days and decided to try this place. Very intimate atmosphere (perfect for date nights), the service was friendly and attentive. My cocktail and food were made to perfection! I really enjoyed the Mediterranean salad and steak (it melted in your mouth). If I lived closer, I'd be back 😊

Variety of food! Always a great service, especially on the busy weekend. Pasta dishes are fantastic. I was skeptical about raw meat but Harvest Steak Tar Tar changed my world 😂. Very nice! 💯🐱

My wife and I came here for date night. We loved the ambiance, but it was terribly cold inside the front room of the restaurant. This could have been because it was 10 degrees outside, but I do feel like something should be done to ensure heat is focused in the front dining room. The service was great. I have nothing bad to say about that aspect of the restaurant. We enjoyed the Mediterranean lamb chops and the surf and turf for dinner. The surf and turf was very tasty, I asked for my lamb chips to be cooked medium, but they were rarer than I wanted. Other than that, we enjoyed our dining experience. We also had the duck spring rolls, which were amazing and the half dozen oyster, which were very fresh and tasty. The drinks were very tasty as well, BTW. Great place for a girls' night or date night. We would go back to try more items on the menu. I gave an overall 4 stars because of how cold it was in the restaurant.

This is a wonderful restaurant with wonderful and tasty food, as well as very good service. We had a very nice waiter who treated us with great attention - this is a big plus! Very nice atmosphere inside, but we decided to enjoy the last warm days and sat outside. And now I’m ready to share with you how delicious the food was prepared by the magic chef and his team. It was delicious!!!! I ordered myself the most tender, juicy lamb ribs - words cannot describe how delicious it was! My friend ordered fettuccine, she thoroughly enjoyed it and said that it was the best fettuccine she had ever eaten. My friend’s husband took mussels in a delicious red sauce. Oh God, it was just incredibly delicious! And the youngest son ordered himself a salad of arugula and octopus - it was light, with a pleasant mild taste and balanced seasonings, he was enjoyed it, it was delicious! They don't have kids menu but we ordered finger food for my 4 year old son, thanks very much to our waiter because he recommended it. It was cute little burgers with fries and it was delicious. I cannot give an objective assessment of this restaurant because there is no such number for it, it’s for sure more than 5 stars!!! We had great time and enjoyed our food!!!! Thanks to your chef and his team!!! Thanks to your service staff, they do a great job!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as it was unfortunately not up to expectations. From the start, service was lacking—while other tables received bread, we were not offered any. Additionally, we had to wait an unreasonably long time just to receive water and place our beverage order. It was disappointing to feel overlooked while others around us were attended to promptly. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in the hopes that service consistency can be improved

Excellent food and service! I went with a couple friends who came to town to visit me and we had never been here before! We got the truffle mushroom risotto tater tots for an appetizer and they were perfect for sharing and delectable! I had the braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus and I finished the entire thing! The meat was melt in your mouth perfection! I loved it so much, I came home and told my boyfriend we had to go back for date night! Thank you so much, South Bay!

Came here a couple weeks ago for a girls dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and as usual I really love the dim lighting. For drinks we got a pitcher of Sangria, which was really good. For our apps we ordered the oysters and crispy mushroom risotto tater tots. The oysters were so fresh and delicious! The best I've ever had. Loved the risotto tater tots. Never had anything like that before so it was nice to try something new! The sauces they served with it were good too. For my entree I don't remember the name sadly and couldn't find it online. It was fish from the specials menu. Served with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was delicious. The service could have been better, server wasn't really happy and inviting but we did have a great time and would definitely return.
