It’s very clean in there and the staff is so friendly. Their smoothies and bowls are amazing and flavorful. I love how they don’t water it down with ice so you really get your money’s worth. They have amazing flavors and their seasonal options are always fun and delicious. I love this place and I’m so glad they have a location near me!

I was born and raised in Brazil and grew up eating açaí. South block is honestly my favorite place to get some açaí bowls that somehow, reminds me of home. However, this location has consistently been disappointing. The past three times I ordered my bowl, it has come with very little Nutella (so little I can barely taste it), really small portion of strawberries and a half empty bowl. This picture I am posting in my review was taken today, my husband got his bowl right but mine, again, awful (I paid extra for Nutella this time and still very little came in.) I always order the Nutella bowl e for him, the Loaded PBJ, however mine is always wrong. To pay $14 in a bowl and still not get what they claim to give is very deceiving. Not sure I will be coming again to this location. Extremely annoyed.

Love coming here. Their bowls and smoothies are always made so fresh and the staff is on top of everything. Fast service. And they’re friendly. I recommend the Dubai pistachio bowl it’s to die for

Great place to get a somewhat healthy acai bowl. They have several kinds, and some are healthier than others. My personal favorite is the Nutella bowl. The service is pretty good, and the atmosphere is decent. There is plenty of parking on the street and garage.

Hit or miss. Some days menu items are absolutely delicious and other days they taste of banana only. Pricey to take the risk on if it's going to taste good or not. But, sometimes the risk does pay off.

This place is amazing and have the most healthy and fresh smoothies and other delicious things. Their service is incredible. They are always so nice and helpful. I really recommend to try them out you won’t regret it.

I came in today on my lunchbreak to grab a smoothie. I love southblock and have been coming to this store for almost 2 years. Today, however, I was absolutely disgusted at my visit. I understand that we as human beings have quirks and habits, that sometimes we don't realize we're doing in the moment. This short gentleman wearing glasses.. making my smoothie was constantly itching at and picking his nose, then going to touch his hair and repeating that cycle. It was nasty. Mind you the staff wear gloves, but what's the point if you're going to be touching all over your face and other body parts. I took the smoothie he gave me and threw it out. I personally don't have an issue with ppl touching their faces etc, but if you're working with food or drink of any kind...maybe wait to take a bathroom break and take care of yourself and WASH YOUR HANDS before continuing to handle anyone else's food. I won't be revisiting.

WOW! You need to do yourself a favor and come to the One Loudon South Block! Talk about quality! The smoothies and bowls here are EXCELLENT, as is the service!! The staff were extremely friendly and the overall environment was very pleasant to be in. Thank you Antonio and team!!

South Block is located in the One Loudoun shopping center, two blocks down the right of the theater (facing the theater). Plenty of free garage parking right by it too. I placed an order online for pickup, so I didn't get a chance to eat there, but there were lots of people inside which is a good sign. Plus, it was about 40 degrees outside, so for people to still come out to enjoy a cold acai bowl, it says a lot about the business. The interior had a good amount of seating and was very clean. A bit noisy with music and all the customers there, however. My order was ready to grab and go at the pickup area and easy to spot to the right of the register. I got the mini California Bowl and my husband got a Might Warrior Bowl. I loved the portioning as it was filling even for a mini. Tasted great, smooth, no chunks of ice, plenty toppings. My husband's bowl's blend tasted fruitier like there was more pineapple juice. He also thoroughly enjoyed his order!

We came in for a quick lunch and were able to order our food through the self-service ordering tablet. The food (smoothie and bowl) took like 10 minutes to be prepared and was good. Needless to say the food is very expensive but they seem to use fresh ingredients and the service is good.

Alright, listen up! If you haven't been to South Block in Ashburn yet, you are seriously missing out. This place is a treasure trove of acai goodness. Imagine this: you take a bite, and it's like your taste buds are on a tropical vacation. Every ingredient in their bowls is so fresh, it's like they just picked it that morning. I'm talking vibrant fruits, crunchy toppings, and bases that are straight-up perfection. I gotta be real with y'all, though. South Black isn't exactly cheap but for Loudoun ("the richest county in the county") I feel like this place is right at home. You DO get what you pay for, and here, you're paying for top-notch quality, a huge selection and an experience that's pretty damn good. Heads up--South Block is located in the interior (North) One Loudoun, so there's no parking right out front. But there's a garage nearby and folks often double park out front to pick up their orders.

One of my favorite places! Treated my sister and my pup to a snack on a nice day. You cannot go wrong with any of the bowls or smoothies at South Block! They are filled with fresh fruits and flavors! There is truly something for everyone, even your furry companions! Not to mention there is tons of seating throughout the plaza to enjoy the views,company, and your delicious goodies.

Located in One Loudoun shopping center. More options on their self service kiosks than displayed on their menu screen. We got their açaí bowls- nutella & pbj. Unfortunately, we were slightly underwhelmed.. thought the fruits & toppings tasted fresh but açaí itself was tasteless. Tad pricer for açaí bowls.

Loved the vibes here! Very nice, clean, and open space with gorgeous decor. They have self ordering kiosks which make it super easy and convenient to order from. My boyfriend and I shared the Pink Radiance smoothie which contains collagen and other skin care benefits and also the Warrior Açaí Bowl and everything was very fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back here!

At first, when my boyfriend suggested me to try it in One Loudoun, I simply thought it would be similar as other smoothies and yogurt. He kept convincing me to try at least once and I got addicted at the first spoon. I'm glad that they open new store in Chantilly nearby my home. It's so convenient when I can order online and stop by to pick up quickly.

Super excited to have a south block up by us! I love this place, they always have great options and good serving sizes. This is a self checkout location and yes they take Apple Pay. They do not have outdoor seating but there is plenty around the area. Super cute interior, not a bunch of seating but a good amount while keeping the atmosphere open. Service was great, I have never experienced bad service though. I will say like most smoothie bowl places they aren't cheap but in my mind totally worth the price! You are to customize your bowl once you add it to the order. And again, they don't skimp on the serving sizes.

I'm so excited South Block is a little bit closer to me now! I had been to the Vienna location in the past, but it's a bit of a hike. This location is in One Loudoun (across from the Lululemon store) and there is plenty of parking nearby. The store is bright, colorful and clean. I also love that the mural on the wall features a local group of artists (MasPaz). You can choose to order via the app or at the kiosks. The ordering process via kiosks is very user friendly. Once we ordered, we waited about 10 minutes before receiving our order. We decided to go with the Aloha bowl and the Mermaid smoothie. Both of them were so good! I appreciated the fact that neither were too sweet . I would definitely order both again, but also am tempted to try some of the other menu items as there are a pretty good amount to choose from. Although the menu items are a bit pricey, I was able to share mine with two other people and we were satisfied by the end of it. I'll certainly be back soon for more!

Service is always great at south block but they recently changed their granola to another brand probably to save money and it had ruined the bowls for me!

Yummy!!! South Block just opened today at One Loudoun. I signed up for their VIP Block Star List back in June 2022 and received a free mini warrior bowl. Ordering through the site/app was a breeze! My order was fulfilled in 11 minutes and ready at the pickup area when I arrived. OG Warrior Mini - absolute perfection! (BLEND: organic acai, bananas, strawberry, pineapple juice TOPPED: granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas Calories: 519 Our granola is certified organic, vegan and gluten-free)

I didn't really know what I wanted so the manager Ant helped me out. The bowl he recommended and made was SO DELICIOUS. I have been thinking about ever since.......... The store is super clean and ambiance is nice. All the employees have smiles on their faces which brightens the mood of the shop. 10/10 WOULD GO AGAIN

This place is my favorite Acai Bowl place. The staff is always friendly and ordering is so easy with the touch screens. The bowls are always ready quickly and made perfectly. My favorite bowl is the loaded PB&J and it is out of this world with a ton of tasty and fresh ingredients. The Mermaid bowl is another favorite but all their bowls are amazing. If you visit One Loudoun, make sure to take a trip to South Block!

I have been here way too many times to count. Their acai bowls are practically part of my morning routine when I want to replace coffee. Staff are friendly and the fact they have the mobile order to have my bowl ready by the time I arrive really comes in clutch. Will continue coming here as long as this spot delviers great service and delicious acai bowls.

Tried South Block for the first time today in One Loudoun. I ordered through the app which was pretty easy. The placed was packed when I arrived and my order was ready in about 5-10 minutes. I loved the interior, nice & fresh look. I will have to come back and try something different. Welcome to the neighborhood!

South Block Loundoun provided excellent customer service from the employee staff as soon as I walked in. Once I entered, the location provided an easy ordering process and any highly recommended açaí bowls from existing consumers, since it was my first time trying this establishment. I was considered the PBJ Bowl, and it was delicious as soon as I took my first bite. This is definitely a place I consider myself trying again very soon!

Great smoothie bowls! I got the queen bee bowl & I'd give it a solid 4.5/5. Also the staff was so nice!

Not the best experience yesterday. Are you supposed to leave the stems on blueberries? I had two bites before I realized - then had to pull the stems off over half of the blueberries provided. Ugh.

The best Açaí you can get anywhere. I have been to many other places that offer Açaí Bowls. Nothing compares to South Blocks. Once you taste their Açaí Bowls you will never go to another place.

Very glad I gave this place a second try. The first time I got the almond butter bowl, but the almond butter portion was limited, and the granola was very sweet. On my second trip I got the green bowl and substituted the granola for the Supermix. This was delicious and the portion was enough to save some for later!

For anyone looking to try Acai bowls, I highly recommend South Block. I enjoy coming here after a long day of training.

South Block is the best taste-wise - always solid, but please have a working phone number, especially if you are not going to have special notes allowed for delivery orders. There is no way for me to receive the order I need or to let anyone know since not every option is included on the apps. Not great customer service...

For a company who states their mission is to make people feel awesome, remind them of how awesome they are, and celebrate the good we do as a community and the positive impact we have on the world, I was extremely disappointed to walk into the One Loudoun location today only to find that there wasn't a changing table in either of the bathrooms to change my 9mo daughter. As a result, I immediately left without purchasing an item and have no interest in giving business to a company who artificially supports "everyone", while not actually doing so. Very disappointing, as I frequented the Falls Church location prior to moving to the suburbs and starting a family and I was very excited that this location recently opened.
