I can’t say enough great things about SFDH. Every experience with them has been outstanding, and most importantly, I always feel completely safe diving with their team. From my very first Open Water certification through my Advanced training, they’ve been there every step of the way. Everything—from check-in and tank refills to the captains and dive masters on each trip—is truly world-class. I’m so grateful for this team and look forward to diving with them for many years to come!

I had an amazing time on this diving excursion! From start to finish, the crew was awesome super friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. The boat was great, plenty of room to gear up and relax, and they even had snacks on board which was a perfect touch after the dives. The whole experience was just smooth, fun, and way better than I expected. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would 100% go again with this team.

Yesterday was the most amazing experience Aboard the Black Pearl, what a fitting name for Diving wrecks. Captain and crew where very professional gave ample information about everything involved with the dive sites we saw turtles one of the divers on the trip found Lobsters I can't imagine the amazing diner that will be. I can't wait to return loved every minute of the trip smooth relaxing ride on the catamaran boat.

Scuba Dive I had an incredible experience getting my Open Water Scuba Diving certification, thanks to my amazing instructor, Aria. She made everything feel easy and approachable, with the perfect balance of professionalism and playfulness. Aria is funny, witty, and incredibly knowledgeable, she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and remember. She made sure I truly understood and could apply each skill with confidence. I would highly recommend Aria to anyone looking to get scuba certified! The South Florida Diving Headquarters was equally impressive. Tiffany at the front desk was warm, reassuring, and thorough in answering all my questions and explaining everything clearly. The entire boat crew was fantastic. Special shoutout to Captain Tanner, who went above and beyond. He helped everyone with their scuba gear and did an excellent job managing the boat and keeping everyone safe and comfortable on a rough, windy day in the Atlantic. The professionalism and care from the whole crew made the entire experience smooth, safe, and memorable. Highly recommend!

What a great experience with South Florida Diving Headquarters. Captain Geronimo was a great and Dive Master Paula and the entire crew was welcoming and knowledgeable. My personal dive master Matt, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It had been awhile since I had gone out. Matt made sure I was comfortable and safe our entire trip. Please ask for Matt for your next dive, I know I will. I felt like part of a family and am already planning a trip back, I had a great experience! I obtained my Open Water Scuba Diving certification just this week. All my boat dives were with Captain Matt from South Florida Diving HQ, out of both Pompano and Boynton. Matt and his dive masters were superb … attentive, patient, kind, and encouraging to this novice diver, with very helpful and practical advice. I felt safe and well-supported the entire time. And they made it all very fun. I look forward to diving with Matt and the crew again soon.

Had a great time snorkeling with South Florida diving. Small group of 5 people, they provided all the gear including wet suits. Chips and water are included and the crew goes above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. The boat ride out to the sights is not long. The water was a little hard to see through on the first stop, the second was much better. Would definitely recommend scuba diving so you can get deeper and explore more. Saw a lot of different fish, the coral is not that impressive.

I’ve been out on their boat a few times now- each time a blast. The captain and DM are very knowledgeable about the area and dive. You can trust that you will have a good time. They have snacks aboard and you can put your own drinks in their cooler, otherwise they have fresh water available. The boats I’ve been on have always been a mix of experienced and novice divers. Everyone on the boat is really friendly. If you don’t have a buddy, they can help set you up with a group which is nice. The dives are mostly choose your own adventure 50 minutes per tank, 2 tank dives. It’s fun to come up and hear what other groups saw or caught. They also provide a drive flag if needed, which is helpful. The dives I’ve been on had minimal to no waves making it easy to drop and climb up their side ladders. Can’t wait to stop by next time I’m in town. Regarding their rental equipment- their BCD worked fine however the wet suit was a little itchy for me and the regulator had a small leak. I had to use the octopus for some of the dives otherwise I was breathing it salt water, which was not very comfortable. I’d be a little hesitant to rent again, but can’t wait to eventually buy my own equipment one day.
