Yelp
TL;DR If you're looking to grab a beer on tap somewhere in heavenly village, this is a good spot for that. There is pretty limited seating because the tables are large, so fair warning. Their food is good but the service is not. Details below. If you want good food, drinks, and service, go to Stateline Brewery down the street.
Although the food is good, the options are limited and their service is poor. Our table ordered chicken strips & a salad on order #33, and a burger and kids grilled cheese on order #36. The first order (33) came out within 15-20 minutes, but for the second order (36), it took 35 minutes to receive the burger and 45 minutes to receive the grilled cheese. After our friends on 33 had been eating their food for a while and we saw multiple tables who ordered AFTER us receive their entrees, we asked a server to check on our order. 30 minutes had passed since we ordered and the server did check on it but just reported back that we simply "have to wait" because they are backed up in the kitchen.
I don't believe that was the issue here - our order was just 3 behind our friends' order, and it took another 30 minutes to receive ours. Worse, it took longest to get the KIDS meal. Typically that would come out first if not at the same time as the adult meals. I would've had more patience had they just admitted that they either messed up the order and had to redo it or forgot to start cooking it entirely. Instead they were defensive and unapologetic. Once we got our food, no one checked in on us. No one brought silverware for the salad so we went looking for some ourselves. Overall, disappointing.
They also have you pay and therefore tip at the counter before you receive your food so you cant express any dissatisfaction that way. (Before anyone comes at me on this, I tip 20% by default and increase or decrease according to the service. I never tip less than 15%).
