These are some of the kindest people I have ever met and they have restored my faith in the importance of the human aspect of choosing a mom and pop business. I had my mother ship something from Florida to New York so the baby could have some nice Christmas gifts and the shipment ended up lost, to me, signed for by someone whose address did not match mine. This kind person, realizing it is Christmas time, brought the package to this store where he had been a long time loyal customer to see if they could work it out and get it to the right people. South shore mailroom then tracked down my mom and held it for us to pick up. It was kind and selfless for everyone involved and i am going to find an excuse to use their services. They do beautiful printwork and are about as friendly as it gets. Thanks south shore mailroom. Merry Christmas.

The staff at South Shore were prompt, courteous, and very easy to work with. The item they shipped for me was very fragile and it was wrapped with an amazing amount of care and they kept me informed every step of the way. Best if all, it arrived undamaged! Would absolutely work with them again. They were also reasonably priced. A+++!

What a pleasant first experience my friend Christelle and I had at South Shore Mailroom & Shipping this morning. Steve (owner), Donna (wife), and Melissa were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It feels to me like they just gained a lifetime customer, for as long as I live in the Three Villages (Amityville, Copiague, Lindenhurst) this is now my spot for all Printing and Shipping needs. Had a wonderful experience today at this store. Donna was so helpful with a return of two rugs for us where Amazon would take one back for no charge and the second one for half the amount of the rug. She came up with a great solution. Will definitely go back and use them again. All staff was kind and knowledgeable and the store was clean.

We received the packages today from South Shore Mailroom and we were so very happy! Not only were they so accommodating with the shipping and pricing, but they also did an amazing job packaging each item and piece. So many times we have beautiful things shipped, only to be destroyed by the time they reach us. This was certainly not the case with Melissa and her team, everything was expertly wrapped with care and consideration. We want to thank them again for everything their whole team did for us, we are absolutely looking forward to the next time we get to work with them!

I recently purchased an auction item in the area and needed help with pick-up, packaging and shipping out of state. Steve was so kind and helpful. Received the artwork today, well packaged and fast. Great local location for all your shipping needs. Ships with multiple vendors FedEx, DHL, UPS even USPS, so if you rather not wait on the pkg line at the P.O. this should be your spot to pop in and out quickly. Customer service always smiles and truly aids to give you all your options. Super reliable as all our packages have gone out when described and arrived when predicted.

What a great place the owners are so sweet!! Its great that I can make my returns in one place! Instead of having to go to the post office FedEx and UPS.

Great friendly service. Always happy to accommodate you. Owner's are extremely pleasant. They go out of their way to help you and will check shipping prices with different carriers to get you the best price. I ship a lot of packages and this is now the only place I use. They also have a frequent shippers discount program which saves $ if you do a lot of shipping. I cannot recommend it highly enough, if I could give more than 5 , I would.

Notary Public not available Mon-Sat as advertised, went there on a Tuesday and was told that he's only available on "certain days".

I have walked in there, trying to be a local business user and basically was thrown my return receipt envelope holder was asked to place my label in there, and basically not even look at, then I kindly asked if I had taped my box for FedEx up correctly and I was told I guess you did. I said excuse me, I simply asked you did I tape it correctly I'm just asking you because I want to make sure I did again the owner said I guess you did so I said well is that the best answer you can give me if you think you did I guess you did, I said oh great personal service here so he said well for two dollars I can tape it for you. Do you see where this is going? I said well I've gotten better treatment at Staples but I wanted to once again try you guys I guess I won't. He said well you don't have to come back here in fact, don't come back here ever again, so having the wife throw the envelope at me from when I walked in I'm saying, second time been in there two times is enough for me reported them to FedEx as they're not really a good representation for me. They would have gotten rotten apple instead but had to put a star or it wouldn't post ! Shame on you ! Shop local with no attitude !! I'll go to the next town that's still local shopping . Bye by snot noses!!

Everything from the customer service, the packing process and the shipment was excellent! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who isn't sure about the shipping process, times, etc. They had every answer for all my questions ! 5/5 !
