South Windsor's Penalty Box

You have to try the Chicken Delight Meal! Very delicious and filling. The fries were amazing and the sandwich is a healthy choice.

Ordered 2 Chicken delights and fries. The chicken delights needed more sauce and the chicken was a little dry. The tomato slices in the delights tasted off this time, with a really heavy chlorine flavour. This has never happened to me at the walker location. The tomatoes didn't have the usual sprikle of seasoning salt. ** **** ******update. Feb 22, 2026 Ordered again today and the tomatoes in the chicken delights tasted really bad like chlorine taste. And again not enough or barely any delight sauce in the chicken delights. Plenty of hot fries though. Really good fries. **************************************** It's always consistent at walker location. The fries were really good. Seasoned and cooked well. There was a generous portion of fries. Also had the souvlvaki dinner with fries and greek salad. The souvlaki skewers were very flavourful and seasoned. Always amazing. Very tender. Service was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff.

We thought this was bigger and had more seating. You order at the counter and they call your name to pick it up. Everything comes in take out container boxes. Possibly 9 tables inside. Chicken delight was dry and the fries had so much salt. Definitely will go to the other location on Walker and fight the construction next time we want a chicken delight.

Great location,friendly staffs. Very tasty chicken delight and steak delight!! highly recommend this location for take out or just a quick lunch .

Food was delicious. But I'm disappointed with the 100% single use plastics- they serve EVERYTHING in plastic take out containers with plastic utensils, in a plastic bag. Not environmentally friendly at all. Only had 8ish tables - encouraging you to "take out". Overall, won't be coming back to this Penalty Box --- recommend going to the one on Walker.

I’m never one to choose a wrap for a meal but the chicken delight is so darn good. This is my second time at penalty box and every time I’m blown away. The wrap is soft and pillowy, the chicken is so thick yet tender.. and the fries are GIANT. Easily one of my favourite spots in Windsor.

I came here on recommendation and got the chicken delight. Requested it with half fries and half salad. The salad was not worth it and tasted more like water than anything. Would not recommend. The sandwich itself was good. It was a decent size and I loved the fresh tomatoes on there. I felt the portion was very filling with the fries and I still had food left on my plate and was stuffed. Not sure how big it was before as some reviewers claim portions have gotten smaller. They have some yellow sauce that they charge an extra $1.50 for? I would have passed on that if I knew there was a charge. Our server was great! Wish I got his name.

Steak delight was terrible. Maybe 3/4 pieces of small steak. Was like eating bread and sauce. Not impressed. never again 40$ for a steak delight and chicken delight no sides. Terrible!
