South Windsor's Penalty Box

You have to try the Chicken Delight Meal! Very delicious and filling. The fries were amazing and the sandwich is a healthy choice.

We thought this was bigger and had more seating. You order at the counter and they call your name to pick it up. Everything comes in take out container boxes. Possibly 9 tables inside. Chicken delight was dry and the fries had so much salt. Definitely will go to the other location on Walker and fight the construction next time we want a chicken delight.

Food was delicious. But I'm disappointed with the 100% single use plastics- they serve EVERYTHING in plastic take out containers with plastic utensils, in a plastic bag. Not environmentally friendly at all. Only had 8ish tables - encouraging you to "take out". Overall, won't be coming back to this Penalty Box --- recommend going to the one on Walker.

The walker one was packed so decided to try the south windsor location, didn't know it was a carry out place till we got there, still ordered and ate out of take out boxes, my salad had a long hair in it, waited for another to be made while my husband and kid ate my food came when theirs were almost done, my husband's last bite of delight another long hair. Horrible experience and I paid $70 bucks for it.

Great location,friendly staffs. Very tasty chicken delight and steak delight!! highly recommend this location for take out or just a quick lunch .

Have always been a big fan of the og penalty box, and this location does not dissapoint! Changed it up with a cripsy chicken delight - top notch - the best just got even better! Service with a smile, quick, clean, and delicious✌️

I’m never one to choose a wrap for a meal but the chicken delight is so darn good. This is my second time at penalty box and every time I’m blown away. The wrap is soft and pillowy, the chicken is so thick yet tender.. and the fries are GIANT. Easily one of my favourite spots in Windsor.

I came here on recommendation and got the chicken delight. Requested it with half fries and half salad. The salad was not worth it and tasted more like water than anything. Would not recommend. The sandwich itself was good. It was a decent size and I loved the fresh tomatoes on there. I felt the portion was very filling with the fries and I still had food left on my plate and was stuffed. Not sure how big it was before as some reviewers claim portions have gotten smaller. They have some yellow sauce that they charge an extra $1.50 for? I would have passed on that if I knew there was a charge. Our server was great! Wish I got his name.
