I have so many positive things to say about my experience with Southern Cut. These guys came over to meet with me about what I was interested in having done for my patio, and they helped me design my outdoor space with paver types, shapes, colors, and layouts. I spent a fair bit of time pricing these patios out from a variety of different installers, and none of them even came close to offering me what Southern Cut did for the price. Noah and Grayson came initially, and after they started the project, they assigned Danny to manage my patio installation, who has been absolutely amazing to work with. He's offered suggestions, given me feedback, and even let me choose different options for how I wanted things done. They take their time to make sure everything looks right, and that I'm happy with how the project is going instead of rushing to get it done and move on to the next job. I had a patio done that was a little on the smaller side of what these guys typically install, but I definitely got million dollar customer service from them every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone looking to have hardscape or yard work done. I'll definitely be hiring them in the future for yard redesign after the exceptional hardscape work they did. Edit because we've had some updates: the lights on our sitting wall started to flicker and Noah and Danny were both very responsive in helping us get it fixed. They stand by their work and guarantee the satisfaction. Call these guys as soon as you're ready to start your project.

This company did a fantastic job. We worked on the plans with Noah and then Chandler and their crew completed the job. They finished it in an extremely timely manner and completely transformed our backyard. We were very impressed with their work and will definitely be using them again for any of our landscaping needs. Would highly recommend this company for projects. Looking forward to enjoying our new backyard with the family this summer!

While I was initially excited with the possibility of working with Southern Cut, they never actually provided me a quote despite multiple follow ups. I was told twice that the quote would be sent the next day but then never received it. It’s now been over a month since Colton came out for a consult and still no quote and no update from Charlene. Overall the customer service and communication has been very disappointing.

I recently had an irrigation system installed by Southern Cut Design and Build. It was such a pleasure to work with Corey, Mac, and Charleen, who were all so professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant! The crew who did the installation were also amazing and didn’t tear up my yard. Everyone, from Corey working with me to stay within my budget, to Mac overseeing the entire installation project; coordinating with the plumber and getting the final inspection done as well as the start up. And Charleen was always in the office to answer any questions that I had. I’ve already received compliments on how nice my yard looks, after the trenches were dug. This is truly an amazing company that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have an irrigation system installed!!! Thank you so much!!!

We brought a design to southern cut and they were able to take care of the entire landscape installation process. Starting from the design process all the way through installation including gas line and electrical work! We love our finished product and would highly recommend using them for any landscape install.

The team did a good job on my irrigation repair. Charlene was good with communication and worked with me on scheduling. Once scheduled, Conor and Mack were the two that came out and took care of the repair. Overall it was a great experience and I would work with them again.

Would not recommend them for irrigation. We had them install an irrigation system several years ago and are continuing to have issues with it. They did not stand by their installation and after the first issue would not even return our call. These are issues that others have told us were due to using incorrect materials during the installation.

Got a quote to fix 2 zones of sprinklers for over $1100. Was able to get a local competitor to fix the issue for half the price. These guys are expensive and there are better options out there. This was my experience.

We had the company Southern Cut's come back and help with drainage at the fence gate- I could afford to paver my walkway all the way around to three gats- So they did an awesome of installing the pavers at the gats and a alternative less expensive product for most of the walkway. We have no more mud puddles and the cost was very reasonble-

They built a wall and tackled an extremely difficult drainage issue. They went above and beyond to help keep the water away from my house

Tay and his team were amazing. They were punctual and got the job done as efficiently as possible. They made sure to discuss with us prior to installation and they communicated throughout the process so we knew how the system worked! They cleaned up well and went above and beyond!

I originally told these guys yes in the beginning of may that I am ready to install. With a first tentative install date of June 28th. Then I find out they moved it to July 15th. I call this week to make sure every thing is good and they reschedule to next week. Then I tell them that it's raining and their like we can't work in the rain. I just personally didn't have a great experience because they rescheduled too many times and I had to push back my landscaper which now the landscaper doesn't have availability until august. This company should have been straight up with me. Should have told me that they are not able to install until July then I would have gone with another company that actually could have installed sooner. So because of that I lost a month of staying idle. I wouldn't work with this company because they aren't reliable. Horrible.

so happy to have found Southern Cut and Matt! He was knowledgeable about my drip irrigation system and took the time to help me understand how it works. I'm looking forward to having him back to get the system functioning at optimal level. I highly recommend them!!

If you like paying someone to fix your stuff then pay them to come back and fix it again this is your company. Personally, I used them twice and that was enough for me.
