The guard at the entrance was very polite and professional. Lots of room to maneuver. Unloading in less than an hour. Do not arrive earlier than half an hour before the appointment

Horrible customer service over the years. We needed an order before the Thanksgiving, and they promised to deliver before then. Now it's Saturday (No delivery) and we'll have to wait another 5 days for product... Absolutely Horrible. It's not the first time they've done this

NEW ENTRANCE is only off of WIGWAM Ave!!!! Very messed up check in process: white chocolate lady in the guard shack is very pleasant and helpful but once she gives you an approval to proceed for an actual check in, then you have to call the number and the guy does not always answer that. Once he does, he’ll tell you to call at exact appointment time. I tried checking in 32 minutes before my appointment time and he told me to call back at exactly 10 AM. Got unloaded very fast but it’s 1050 and I am still at the door waiting for my paperwork. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING!!!! Currently, they are building another building and everything is under construction

Enter on Wigwam Ave...Gps gone say different,go to next entrance...Easy check in and polite security..Very tight in parking lot because of there trucks everywhere so hope your skills up to par..Loaded me up within a hour..you might can park on side street I don't know..I seen some trucks parked by dead end definitely can't park at place of Dec.2024..

Security at the gate was very helpful and polite. The guy in shipping who answered the phone was not. Facility was easy to find, accessible, and docking was a piece of cake. The load is not pulled in advance, so there is a little wait.

Quick Offload, these guys are always great. Thanks Ryan, I can always count on you as well as the rest of the team.

For the most part i was unloaded fast but the receiving staff need to be a little more friendly with the drivers ... staff is rude and claim to be busy but all they did was be on their phones sharing videos to each other so in the end i ended waiting another 30 minutes for the paper work

Off of 215 Once you come to location . Entrance is second light. After location/employee parking, make a left. Then a left onto dirt entrance. You will see a guard shack. Pull close to side to not block entrance. -30 min before check in- Not sure how other loaders are here. But the guy unloading door 11 On 1/14/25 @1300 First came out and asked me “WHY” there was space between last pallet and door of trailer. Not sure what he was getting at! But told him…that’s how shipper loaded it. Then he asked if I had other stops. Nope. 20 mins later came out and said. I had to pick up the one pallet that tipped over. Which was about 15-20 small boxes poorly wrapped. I told him…You going to pay me? He said nope. I said well… Loader got upset and said well…you’re going to be here a while longer then. Mind you it was 15-20 small boxes. I said…..OK. My next load isn’t till tomorrow @2100 Take your time.
