Had a great Mother's Day Brunch at the SYC. Their cuisine & service is as good as any restaurant in NOLA. The view of the marina & boats entering Lake Ponchartrain are unparalleled.

In my opinion, this is the quintessential Yacht Club in all of Louisiana. After Hurricane Katrina destroyed our city including the old Yacht Club, they have rebuilt it to be even larger and better laid out. It still boasts some of the finest sailing vessels in the Gulf South through incredible photographs through out the facility! The food is outstanding and the wait staff is superb, paying close attention to all details and to your every need. There's always something interesting and entertaining going on here. If you're looking for a place to belong, then look no further, as membership is required!

The food was scrumptious and the music was perfect and the bartender and staff were great for my nephew's engagement party!!

The food was very good. Everything was cooked as it should have been there was plenty of it. The bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had the distinct opportunity to have sunset drinks at this beautiful location.

Recently sailed a regatta here and omg it is so epic. I wish we sailed at this regatta all the time. It's just a nice place to be. It's super nice inside and the balcony is awesome and has great views. The bathroom was also super nice like I wish that was my bathroom. The boats we sailed were nice and clean, the docks are nice too. Also that pool looked epic but couldn't go swimming because it's December

This might be the worst place to host a rehearsal dinner. The steak was honestly the most undercooked steak I've ever seen. To make matters worse I asked one of the servers for an extra bread roll. AND SHE FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER IN. Don't pay $100 per plate for service that doesn't care to get your order correct.
