We were so looking forward to Caribou since you typically can’t get it out on this side of the country!!! Unfortunately for the high cost, our coolers were horrible! Way over iced and barely any cold coffee. She had to keep shaking to blend it and it was so thick and chunky it needed to be spooned into our cups!! I am a Caribou girl however this was a very sad experience! Caribou beware... they were not trained well enough here to keep your name in good standing with people!!!

This place is located inside the OYO hotel. It is interesting to say the least, their hours are very very different and not consistent. They brew Caribou Coffee and have a Pizza Hut. There is a very friendly female worker and offered great hospitality but there was also another dude that looks stoned most of the time.

This place should be reported to corperate and shut down. As a tourist and a caribou lover, you'll be happy to see a caribou in another state. At this place, they close and open whenever they feel like it. Only one person working. We got there at 1:30 pm and it was closed. Don't waste your time. Go to local coffee shops or starbucks.

WORST MANAGER EVER! Never in my life have I given 1 star to any of my reviews, but for this one, if i could give no star at all, I would! My family came here yesterday to have some snacks, we were ten of us, and the manager named “ANGIE” told us that we cannot move the chairs (as we wanted to sit altogether) and that we could only stay for 40minutes max. What’s worse is that we were waiting to meet someone but she said that our time already starts the moment we wait there. We all couldn’t believe what she said. None of us has ever been in a food place where staff tells you how long you must stay. 40 minutes?? We are paying customers and not her employees going for a lunch break. What if we wanted to buy more after we finished the pizza? What if we wanted to stay a bit longer for some more coffee? The place was empty and I couldn’t Understand her point no matter which angle I try to look at it from. I asked some of her colleagues who the manager was and to my surprise, it was that same rude girl. The other staff were all nice and sympathetic, I asked them if there really was a time limit, and they seemed to not know about such. It was very disappointing to know that the MANAGER has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, really bad management! I am not surprised why the place seems empty, cause if she does this rudeness and attitude to every customer that comes in, then no one would probably come back.

I enjoyed the seasonal ingredients.

This is the only place on the Strip you can get Caribou Coffee. The Pizza Hut pizza is also great. The service here is always quick and efficient & the food and coffee is always fresh. I definitely recommend stopping in here the next time you are at Hooters Casino Hotel.

Guy manager talking to the two employees while my husband and another customer were standing up there. No acknowledgement, nothing. When my husband said hello, he put up his finger and said hold on and kept chatting. Bad customer service! Iced coffee was luke warm and ice melted quicky. For the price, go to Starbucks, at least they say hi.

Yelp
Very subpar service. I am a guest at the Oyo Hotel and was needing hot water for a tea I needed to drink that helps me with a health issue. I was advised to request the cup of hot water at Southside. To my surprise, the employee at the register advised I would have to pay $1.18 per cup of hot water as supplies are not free. I have my own tea and only needed the hot water but said ok thanks but no thanks. A few hours later after lunch I decided to have a coffee there and upon drinking my coffee, I asked the same employee I spoke to in the morning if she can now provide me with hot water in my already paid for cup and she flat out refused and said "we are not allowed to do that". As if providing someone with hot water was some odd off t r wall request when the hotel rooms don't have any way of obtaining that without being at the mercy of an employee there. Horrible trash service in my opinion. I am from out of town and would give 0 stars if I could.

Yelp
I am beside myself right now. I'm a Minnesotan born and raised. Moved out here 5 years ago, and have been missing Caribou Coffee ever since I left home. One day, I was googling "Las Vegas Caribou Coffee" like I do on occasion, just in case. This time, imagine my surprise when something actually came up!! So, off I was to taste the sweet sweet nectar of Minnesota's better version of Starbucks. This place is in the back of Hooter's Casino. If you enter from the Tropicana Ave side, stay to the right, and go straight to the back. It was there that I saw a sight that I have not seen in too long. The signature Caribou logo. Now, I will warn you.. this is NOT a standalone Caribou Coffee, it's in a place called Southside Eatery, they have Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, and other things. That being said, you won't be able to get the entire Caribou menu. Which is unfortunate considering my favorite (Mint Condition) was not a menu option. But, I was happy to be finally drinking Caribou Coffee again, regardless. I ordered a simple Mocha, and it was perfect. It tasted like the chocolate I remember from back home, and I was in my happy place. I would still love a full, standalone Caribou Coffee here in Vegas, as I think it blows any chain Coffee place out of the water, but I don't see that happening. This will have to do for now, and I'm perfectly happy with that! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Please don't ever go away!

Yelp
Awesome employees, looked over the couple of different displays and menus they had, the employees were very patient while I took my time deciding. I got a glazed Krispy Kreme donut, a Sierra Mist, and Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza. Pizza came out hot and fresh, and way better than I expected. This hotel isn't one I would normally stay in, it's a cheap hotel and they are in the process of changing owners. However we are in town for a business convention and I hadn't eaten all day. I was in my room and so hungry but didn't want to get ready until I had something to eat. I looked up the options on the OYO hotel website. I'm so glad I chose this little cafe! There is only one thing I believe they could improve on. I HATE Pepsi, there is not one Coke Cola to be found in this whole casino/hotel. I figured here they would have bottles of Coke because they were advertising selling bottles of liquor. But alas no Coke. I settled with a Sierra Mist which is okay but I love Coke, especially with my pizza. Anyhow, I overall had a great experience and they exceeded my expectations.
