Southpaw was delicious! Having just moved to the area, it's great to find a dependable pizza place and I'm excited to try their other options. The ricotta on this was an excellent touch and big fan of thin crust. My only recommendation was to cook for a bit longer to crispy up the crust but I did get it close to end of the night for them. In any event, will def be back and try this and other varieties

Got takeout from here last night and it was good! The crust was pretty thin, which i like. Sausage was crumbled style. Could use a little more cheese. Side salad was big and tasty and the chocolate chip cookie was warm and gooey and melty! Overall a solid neighborhood spot.

What an absolute great find! On the “Southside”… of Denver. They have a bourbon selection. That is impressive nearly 140 selections, Great wine, options, and a good selection of beer. By far the best thing on any menu here is the salads and pizza. Their dough is light and phenomenal. I almost ate an entire medium by myself, but I left a few slices for lunchtime tomorrow. Nicholas was an absolute great person to speak with to learn about the restaurant, history and his passion. I’ll be back.

Smaller local pizzeria with absolutely delicious pizza, great fast and friendly service at a really reasonable price. They serve full bar drinks as well. Would highly recommend if your in the area for sit down or take out. Can't go wrong!

I’ve been coming to Southside for years; before it transferred ownership. The old owners were awesome and the new owners I don’t know enough about. They have not changed the great food and have hired some great staff. All the men are very nice and professional. There is one server there who’s been there for a long time, Sarah and the manager who make the atmosphere here to die for. They both seem to know everyone who walks through the door and are incredibly welcoming. Not to mention one time my order had a mistake and the manager not only compensated me, had the order remade very quickly and apologized. Young girl with her head on her shoulders who knows how to get business done, it is clear why she is the manager and there so often👍 This restaurant is why I love “Mom and Pop” dining. Not only is the service great but so is the food. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant to anyone!

Staff have always been welcoming. Pizza and salad have been great. They have a surprisingly extensive bar, limited tap beer but extensive bourbon. Extremely convenient location if you need to charge an EV.

As someone who recently moved into the area, this place has quickly become my favorite spot for dinner. the food is DELICIOUS and i’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions with the staff. i’ll be a regular customer for a good while and would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone.

The answer to question is yes it was every bit as delicious as it looks! Unassuming gem! Salad had croutons that were so freshly made they were soft. The whole meal was just perfect.

So after living in the SW metro area for 25 years, I had an itch for pizza on a solo Friday night. I was hoping to belly up and get a pie, but found Southside wasn't really the place to do so. Its bar is more of a "waiting spot" for to- go orders, seating 3 or 4. Not being in a hurry and having heard great things about their beer selection, I grabbed a booth and perused the "beverage" menu...and decided upon a Industrial Arts Hazy DIPA...Nice!...The pleasant waitress took my order for my go- to pizza....Mushroom, Onion and Sausage.....and the wait began, while enjoying this brew. The simple Pizza joint decor was perfect and complemented with a couple of TV's to entertain those not writing a Yelp review while enjoying their DIPA......Ahhh, the anticipation grows.....How will the Southside Pizza stack up against all of the hundreds of Pizza's this CT based Foodie has sampled over the years?..The Verdict?....Good!....The Crust (The foundation of all Good Pizza) was better than I expected. It could have been a bit crustier and a bit more flavorfull (salt?)...The Sauce and toppings?...A little...and I mean a little, weak.... Overall: The waitress was super pleasant and attentive. The Pizza is good, but needs a little more kick...Maybe a splash of Olive Oil with Oregano, and it would have achieved another Star in my review. I'm glad I tried it, and it was good!....But this transplant from the pizza capital of the US will continue his search in the Mile High State!

I've been going to Southside Pizza for over 10 years. With the new owners it was always really good. But on Sunday for my B day we went. The chicken wings were very good. But the pizza was not that good. The Supreme, was supremely greasy! Never had supreme from them that oily and the dough was a little underbaked. It had an odd taste. My wife's pizza which she has always eaten or taken home. She left behind after 2 slices. If you went to other sources for your product to make pizza . But it can be tasted. At the end of the day cost was high the product was ok. Look I believe in supporting small businesses The staff is friendly and it's always clean.

We had eaten at Southside Pizzeria a few years back after some kayaking at Chatfield and were satisfied so we decided to pay another visit a couple of weekends ago after seeing Christmas lights at the Chatfield botanic garden event. Seating inside is limited but we were able to secure a booth on this visit. The staff are attentive and friendly. Willing to offer suggestions and give you all the time you need to make decisions. We ordered the spicy buffalo and a southern belle. The crust was thin and crispy, the size was good. Two pies were enough for 4 of us. Flavor was spot on. If you're here to watch some sports they have well positioned TVs on the walls for viewing. All in all we'd return!

Pizza was awesome thin crust. Well priced for the area. Large fed three of us. Managed well and fun people. Ambiance good. We took out so can't speak to staying nearby and eating

Really yummy (& incredibly greasy) pizza! We ordered delivery and were expecting about an hour until we were to get our food but they were here about 20 minutes later. Pizza is well seasoned and hot but there was an ungodly amount of grease, would love the addition of another layer between the pizza and box for the grease to drip into instead of soaking into the crust.

Just had a slice and a beer for $8 and got a chance to meet the owner Tom. Very nice people! If you are from back East you might remember your local Pizza place you used to hang out at with your friends. Well, this is one of those places where you can have great Italian food at a reasonable price. And most everything is made from scratch. This place is a gem that you just don't find much anymore.

When you walk into this place it looks like a to-go counter where you'd pick up your pizza order and leave. Then you look to your left and see a full bar and realize they are planning on customers hanging around the place. When you walk between the front counter and full bar you come to a cozy dining room. It's got 4 booths on the left side and 3 tables on the right. There is also a TV at either end so you don't miss the game while you eat. Being our first time, we tried a few different things. We had the Southie salad with raspberry vinaigrette, the meatball submarine, and a small cheese pizza. And because I hadn't had them in a while I started the meal with cheese sticks. It was a lot of food and we brought 1/2 of it home (because Italian food just seems to get even better overnight). Everything tasted fresh, they were generous with their cheese and I liked that their marinara dipping sauce for the cheese sticks was thick and flavorful. Our server (maybe one of the owners?) was very attentive, but not overbearing. All in all, it was an enjoyable feast for lunch and we won't hesitate to try them again, or maybe next time we'll get one of their pizzas delivered.

Great food here! The quality of their pizza is top tier. It is a very small restaurant so tables are limited. We waited about 30ish minutes for a table for two. But they do let you order drinks while you wait, so that was nice. I'd definitely recommend trying their pizza!

Ordered pizza and cheesy bread online. Wait time was an hour and 40 minutes. Fine. Being skeptical, I called after an hour and they said it was already ready. Ten minutes to drive over and the box was cold, pizza was cold, cheesy bread was cold. Probably wouldn't be that great even if it was hot. Not a good first look.

Good balance of ingredients on the pizza without anything being over powering. Delivered very quickly and very reasonable price. Will use them again the next time in town.

Fabulous pizza, calzones, garlic knots. The sauce was delicious. Well worth the drive. We will be returning to this establishment. Thank you!!

Little bit of a hole in the wall. Pizzas Were Excellent!! Service was good. The list of Signature Pizzas was interesting, lots of variety. We fed 8 people for under $80 That's a pretty good deal.

Underrated: Mac and cheese pizza Pricey for @ $20 for a medium pizza but always great quality. Updating with correction! I did do a pick up order on a medium pizza and it came out to $20 the tip was of course on top of that. I'll be back again for another!

I ordered for takeout nearby our AirBnB. The order was accurate and quick as promised. The restaurant and bar looked great. There was a nice variety of pizza, Italian food and apps to choose from. I choose mozzarella sticks, double pepperoni pizza and the Compton (minus Canadian bacon). The food quality and taste were excellent. I'd definitely go back again, if I visit this charming city again.

Options / Fast / Friendly Being new to the area I needed to find a pizza to feed a group of us. I got two larger(8 big slices). One was their margarita and the other BBQ Chicken. The margarita wasn't what I was expecting, small diced tomatoes with a white sauce that had garlic. The bbq pizza was delicious and I think the better of the two. Their dough was lack luster sadly. Chewy and didn't taste authentic. The service was great though. Very kind!

I love this place. Nate the chef makes the best sausage sandwich around, topped with Roasted peppers and a great marina with melted cheese. The best hands down

Pizza was excellent! Ambiance was okay. It's a small place that seems to do more takeout than dine in. Service was not the best - server was distracted.

Outstanding pizza and salad! Fresh vegetables, delicious spices, sauce, and the service were excellent! Highly recommend "The Southside House" salad and "Southern Belle" for veggie lovers! Southside Pizzeria is the best pizza in Denver!

This is a nice, warm place, with very good food. We were welcomed and seated immediately, and the service was terrific. The food was excellent. My chicken pesto sandwich had moist, tender, breaded chicken and a tasty pesto/vegetable garnish. The hazy IPA was really nice, and carefully poured. My companion had a large, tasty calzone.

Always friendly staff! Pizza is great. I typically get take out and it's always ready on time or early. The Port Palermo is yummy. And their salads are delicious too!! Great local spot for thinner crust, artisan style pizza.

Southside pizza was decent, for CO pizza. Sorry. You get spoiled when you're from the east coast and have also traveled quite a bit. We got a couple large pies on election night as comfort food. The pies were just as advertised and the food arrived in a respectable amount of time. Everything was cool with the delivery guy too. Actually, they were kind enough to ask if it was okay if he came to the door of if we wanted a more COVID oriented drop-off. I appreciated that extra step and care to make the offer. Aside from nothing being especially notable about the pies, they did miss an ingredient on the pizza. We'd ordered something from the menu and asked for sausage to be added. They did add it to the bill but they forgot the pizza part, haha. Unfortunately, the driver had already left when we realized it.

Pizza was ok, nothing special. Zero crisp, very floppy. Ordered online and received at the estimated time. Also ordered buffalo wings. These were the biggest disappointment. Zero crisp, tastes like the wings you buy at the grocery store and microwave. There was also zero buffalo sauce on them, completely naked. Ended up throwing them away.

This is a great little "hole in the wall" type pizzeria. There's really no ambiance but the staff is friendly and welcoming and the food was great. Went here for lunch with my family - who work nearby. The side caesar salad was big enough for 2 people. The pizzas had the right amount of toppings and the crusts were done perfectly. I would definitely go back.

Because I did a negative review, the so called owner slandered me on here. With false hoods about my purchases.NEVER wanted anything for free. And continued to lie in her post in in hopes to find a reason to cover up my review. I copied it. And will have UT looked over for slander and lies. Sad that they are so unprofessional to try to rectify my bad review. I have never even been in this resturant, saying I was banned, when I'm the one that said I'd never order from their again. She post hearsay, I was welcomed back, when I stated I'd never order from them again. So being unprofessional, they slander. I posted over a year ago, and they jyst now respond. I have no need to want anything for free. I will let others post their bad experiences with them. I posted facts, she posted a "book" of lies. This just showed how unprofessional they are. It didn't make a fool out of me, but just showed her true unprofessional management skills. I have never posted a review before let alone a bad one. I wish you only the best. Sad this was the only way, again, they tried to cover up the true issue. Being a high end restaurant manager,this is flabbergasted me that an owner would lower themselves to lies. Ludicrious. Be Leary to say your order wasn't correct with this establishment. They will write an unprofessional post for your complaint about you. They have a lot to learn. And she continues to show how unprofessional she is. Slander and lies. I will take this elsewhere, to professional, to decide about the unprecedented comments. I'm embarrassed for you.

Stopped by for a kinda quick, no stress dinner, since everyone loves pizza. Southside Pizzeria did not disappoint. We had a couple of beers and split a southie salad and a compton pizza. The southie salad is arugula with pecans and apple. It was really good; not dressed too heavily (who likes a salad swimming in dressing!). The pizza was basically a meat lover's with plenty of pepperoni. The server was amazingly friendly. I would be that the guy was an owner; it just seemed like he loved the beer and the food and was glad we were there to share it with. I would definitely stop by again next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Outstanding, amazing, wonderful....BEST PIZZA EVER! I love the pizza here, if I could I would come weekly here. My kids love the pizza also, its a whole family fun adventure coming here because we enjoy the meals. I can order any pizza form here and watch my two kiddos both under 5 eat it. Ha, even with all the vege on it! Love it! The customer service is great. This is a small local joint to Littleton which I love because you know your supporting something local and getting a true local feel from the place. They also do a lot of take out form what I can see and their eat in area is a small space but still great. The cheese quality here is better then most other pizza joints also. You can't go wrong with any of the pizzas you order from here, if you don't know what to order stick to the basics, vege, cheese, pepperoni but if you want to go fancy go for it! you will love whatever you order!

My wife and our adult sons with spouse decided to have supper together at this restaurant last night as it was a convenient location for all of us from the Denver-Colorado Springs area. The location was very convenient in the Wadsworth Blvd/W. Chatfield Ave King Sooper's shopping area on the SW side of Denver just to the north of C-470. The location was convenient, parking was tight but adequate, the outside of the restaurant was interesting, we were welcomed upon entering as we enjoyed the delicious pizzeria aroma in the air, there was adequate seating for us (group of 5), our server was patient, helpful & efficient, the menu was quite varied, our meal (a large "50th State" pizza, large "Compton" pizza, large "Southie" salad, & Cheesy Breadsticks) were served hot (not the salad!) and delicious, was reasonably priced, the large screen TV was on and showed interesting things, wifi worked, and the men's restroom was clean. You have to visit this place!

Great pizza! They delivered to our house! It's our go to spot and they always come through with piping hot pizza! We love it! Tried the jalapeño poppers this time and they were amazing

We love this pizzeria! The pizza is great, I've tried it several times. But IMHO the South Paw Calzone is the best thing around for many miles. Don't forget to ask for extra sauce tho. It's a smaller place and worth the wait if you show up at dinner rush.

Just ordered takeout on a Thursday night. I ordered wings. A Philly and their Supreme Calzone. Disaster. Wings were just icky. Wet and limp. Nothing to like. Philly was as dry as a popcorn fart. No juice just meat in a bun. My calzone looked good but raw vegetables inside was like eating a salad. Had to nuke it to make it palatable. Red sauce was a joke. Never again will I blow 40 with tip on this crap.

This place is kinda like the Cheers of pizzerias. Every time you walk in the door you are greeted by someone up front who seems happy to see you (does Nick work there every night?) , and it seems there's always at least a couple of regulars lounging at the cozy bar or booths. The pizza is the best in the area. We'll keep coming back a couple times a month as long as we live around here. Thanks, guys!

I work nearby so I usually come here alone to pick up pizza to go. Everytime I will call bit ahead because it can be hit or miss on how busy they are during the day. I'll give them a time I will stop by so my pizza is fresh when I get there. I usually get the South Park (it is Extra virgin olive oil blend with mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta cheeses and fresh garlic). It's really good, especially since I was vegetarian for a while. But now that I am not, I've loved the Port Palermo and the Southside Supreme. I haven't had a chance to try the Sandwiches but they all sounds really good and would also be good for a lunch meal. I also usually get a side Ceasar and it's a pretty good size as well. If you're in the area definitely stop by and try some of their fresh made pizza!

Love this pizza! The Peppedeaux is so unique and delicious! The Popeye Salad is one of the best around. Fast and friendly service. Check it out!

Very authentic! Not greasy but cheese is still cheesylicious Crust is thin but not gross cracker crust, also still has a substantial crust at the end you can grab. Sauce is great- tangy The best local pizza I've had!!

Hi. This place has really good pizza. But, the Philly Cheesesteak was great!!! The bun was fresh and perfectly crisped. The sandwich was excellent. Very nice service. A quiet, low key atmosphere with no loud music. Right next to a pretty good Starbucks. I'll be back! A very new version place for lunch and relaxing.

Tried this place for the 1st time this weekend and overall not a bad slice of pizza. The crust is what you would expect from a NY pizza shop and the pie was put together nicely. My disappointment was with the sauce as it lacked any flavor that you would anticipate with a thin crust pizza. I know many places use San Marzano tomatoes which gives the sauce a really great taste which I didn't get from this pie. I would have given them a 3.5 star review, but yelp needs to allow 1/2 star ratings first.

Best pizza in south Littleton hands down so glad it's only 5 minutes from my house! Their Bourbon selection in their small bar is out of this world.

Nope. Worst pizza I have ever ate. The dough was undercooked and bland. The sauce on the pizza was sweet but tasted like it came out of a can. They skimped on the toppings. Threw the whole large pizza away. Don''t waste your money.

Food and pizza was always cold. I did love their pie even though I had to re heat in my kitchen when i got the delivery. if I went to the shop it was good. Their new policy is to not deliver to areas whom helped them through the pandemic (like sterling ranch ). good luck and I hope they reconsider.

The best pizza we have had in Littleton. Consistently good, great service, locally owned. Doesn't get better than Southside!!

We had two calzones. The crust had no flavor (no seasoning). You could barely find any ingredients in them. Will not be ordering from there again!

Small place, big taste. You can smell the garlic walking in. We got the two house specials 1/2 1/2. Friendly service.

Crust so thin you couldn't pick up the pizza. Sauce tasted straight out of the can. New to area and we we're hoping this would be our "go to" pizza, but not going to happen.

This place has the friendliest people and the best pizza. Everything I've tried is good. Favorite pizza is Port Palermo. The Southside shorties are a must have as well. And the cheese bread. And the cessar salad. And the calzones...
