Sam Goldstein sent a heartfelt email to Souvla, and owner Charles Bililies opened up the restaurant, helping to arrange a sign in the front window, along with photos and roses for the proposal. The restaurant played a significant role in the couple’s relationship as it was the site of their first official date. Goldstein and Simone turned up at Souvla on a Saturday morning, where Goldstein proposed.
