Sovereignty Ranch

We had heard about Mollies restaurant and ranch and wanted to experience it ourselves. The restaurant was fabulous. I ordered the sourdough vegetarian pizza and what a delectable delight! My husband enjoyed the sourdough hamburger and tallow fries. I ended the meal with a popsicle. They had friendly staff and Mollie greeted us and she signed a copy of her book. Can't wait to read it

This was an unexpected delight! A much needed break from being connected to devices and recharge your soul in a country environment with great food!!! I loved my visit here. You MUST try the tallo fries.

We had a great time at the Ranch. We stayed in one of the glamping tents for a weekend getaway, and we had many meals at the Barn Restaurant. Mollie was a successful chef and restaurant owner in Los Angeles for 10+ years prior to opening her hill country farm, so all the food was of course amazing. Mollie and the crew at ranch were full of hospitality. We enjoyed a thorough farm tour and the down-to-earth barn store. The atmosphere of the whole ranch is very open - guests are welcome to meandering through the greenhouses, say hi to the farm animals, etc. I will add on, perhaps it's only for guests staying on the property since it's not on the website, but on weekdays there are meals served buffet style at the barn as well. Dinner buffet was $25/person -- it was great to arrive and settle into our tent that first night and not have to worry about camp cooking dinner that night. We just walked on over and dinner was delicious!

We had Valentines Dinner at the Sovereignty Ranch. All the food was delicious and they made it a special night for us. They were accommodating on our allergy and we appreciate it! We will definitely be back in the future! We bought food from the little store they have. The chorizo is delicious and the salsa with pumpkin purée! Can’t wait to try more of their food items.

The food here is wonderful, the passion and concept is evident through its food and staff. Atmosphere great, staff super friendly and helpful. A very relaxing part of the world, lovely views, animal friendly. A lovely energy about the whole place, from farm to food, off the beaten track, but worth the excursion. I would definitely come back here

One of my absolute favorite places in the Hill Country! Sovereignty Ranch is more than just a spot to grab a meal — it’s an experience. Their mission to nourish both people and community shines through in everything they do. The food is fresh, intentional, and absolutely delicious. This place is truly a gift to our community, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you haven’t visited yet, make sure to add Sovereignty Ranch to your must-visit list — you’ll leave feeling full, inspired, and grateful.

Brunch was the best I’ve ever had. Honesty! Kind great stuff. So much to offer us as a community… from fresh produce to milk, baked goods, tinctures, syrups! Great family spot!

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!!! Sovereignty Ranch in Bandera is a family owned regenerative farm! They are having a Harvest festival with hayrides, pumpkin patch, pumpkin decorating, children’s area which includes play scape, petting/feeding animal area & a farm tour. The farm to table restaurant is phenomenal! All of the meat is from the ranch and the menu varies with what is available for processing. Tonight we had Lamb burger, lamb tacos, sausage pizza & cheese quesadilla with fries. I will say the lamb is the best I’ve ever had 🤤 We took home a fresh sourdough round (still warm!), sovereignty seasoning and pickled jalapenos. You can also rent a home/cabin/tiny home & stay to enjoy the beauty of this ranch! Thank you Mollie for sharing your knowledge, your passion and your love for regenerative farming! This place is way off the beaten path, if you aren't specifically going there you probably wouldn't even know it existed. They seem to have a lot going on with trails and events but we went there for the organic restaurant. Unfortunately the night we chose they were unusually busy due to a book signing so we had to wait quite a while for the food. I ordered the pulled pork tacos and was a disappointed with how dry they were, so dry. The lemonade was very tasty though! There were mixed reviews at our table, we had 14 people, some enjoyed the food and others felt the flavor was off or the meat was dry. The parking is very odd, lots of little parking areas but beware, if you're trekking back to your car after dark there aren't any lights out there. Also, most of us did not have any phone service at all. Not sure if we'll go back but glad we checked it out.

This is a tough place to get to, but worth the trek! Jump in your truck or jeep & head to this hidden gem. It's a cool rustic place with great food, service & ambience! The homemade breads & pizza crust are incredible! We loved the pizza, sourdough pita sandwich & patty melt (not pictured because the guys dug in too quickly )

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The food here was delicious. The garlic tallow fries were the best thing by far. I got the birria lamb tacos as my entree and it was amazing! This ranch is a 200+ acre regenerative farm. From fresh produce, to a beautiful pond, awesome accommodations, and a DELICIOUS restaurant, this place really has it all!!

I went for the farm store in an attempt to support local business. What I found was a good size resturant serving farm to table food and yummy looking baked goods. The store had produce, meat, condiments, seasoning, crafts. I bought fermented hot sauce, lamb, bacon, pork sausage. Food as Medicine festival in September. I noticed fresh looking pizza, I want to try. All looked so yummy-Let's support local!

Really great place for the whole family. We recently went on a field trip with kiddos ranging from 4 - 14 and they all had a great time. The food in the ranch to table restaurant is great. Mollie's team is amazing. They were kind and knowledgeable. Their dedication to regenerative ranching and providing clean food is clear in everything they do. We will definitely be going back.

Our stay at Sovereignty Ranch was absolutely incredible, but the food was truly unforgettable. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and honestly, some of the best we've ever had. You can tell how much thought, love and creativity goes into each dish. Nothing felt standard or predictable. It was farm fresh, flavorful and made the whole experience feel special. The property itself is impressive and peaceful and the hosts were friendly, warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway and amazing meals that feel like a treat, you won't find a better place.

Mollie's restaurants have such a special place in my heart. The food has such great energy, it is truly grown and made with love and intention. Thank you to everyone who contributes on the ranch. Also a couple of goodies(dogs) came to say hello on the way in and out. The most perfect stop along our drive to our new home. Will definitely be back any chance we have. Truly one of the best restaurants I've been to. All clean ingredients, delicious meals, staff was so incredibly kind.

Honestly I was not expecting the experience I just had. My wife and I just had a wonderful Valentines dinner that was amazing. The owners and staff were so friendly and kind. The food was so delicious and it was easy to tell that it was prepared by people who care and love their work. After our meal we shopped in their store of all home grown meat, produce, Dairy products and more. Their prices were extremely fair and all I can say is. I will be going back soon. Thank you Molly and the whole crew
