SPA Las Jaras

Very relaxing experience. Nestled at the base of the mountains. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with traditional Mexican options and relaxing views. I love the contrast circuit with thermal water and cold plunges. The temazcal was very intense and relaxing. The spaces are carefully curated for total relaxation. The spa services were great. Professional and clean. The garden areas are serene and peaceful. We didn’t stay at the hotel.

A small resort with everything you need to relax: a spa, hot springs, a restaurant with delicious food, and a bar with unique drinks and snacks. Very cozy and spacious rooms. The atmosphere is very peaceful and eco-friendly.

Really nice place but my family didn't sleep in peace thinking about the Cockroach

The pools were filthy. They were so cloudy and the water was half empty. There was a bunch of hair in the smaller pools. I've been coming here since 2009 and this was super disappointing. The price has increased significantly and for what? Dirty unkept pools ? Someone also stole my husband sandals and I mentioned it to the workers and they kept going in circles about "we have to ask management" "where looking for them" "we will get back to you". Not once did they approach me during the 6 hrs I was there. i had to keep asking them for an update. If they weren't gonna do anything about it they could have had enough common courtesy and have said that from the start and not kept lying about it. So clearly they could care less if anyone steals your items even though they have 'cameras'. My husband left the spa bare foot.

The perfect place to relax and forget about everything. Great service great food. natural water with minerals.termal waters 7 pools an temazcales all rooms are well equipped kid friendly but I will not bring kids couples are perfect great location close to everything

Our family made a day trip primarily for the water park. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for. The bathrooms were very clean. Our only disappointment was finding the primary pool half empty with stagnant, dirty water. For those in our group not interested in the spa, saunas or thermal pools there was no where else to swim. After driving over two hours this was not satisfactory especially since we were charged full price for an aquatic facility that was definitely under maintenance and not fully operative. Maybe because we went during the week vs. the weekend.

My husband and I spent two wonderful relaxing days at the spa. The tubs were wonderful, each a different temperature. The steam rooms were unlike any other we’ve been to. It the grotto with steam rising from the natural springs in the middle…there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax in between spas.|The breakfast was delicious. There are three choices that are included including a hearty American breakfast. The service was fabulous. We were lucky enough to meet our waiter, Rogelio (Roger). Attentive, friendly service. Rogelio loves to practice his English, he is going to English school. Great guy!|All the service at las jarres thermale was excellent, the rooms were exceptional. Thank you, we will be back…again
