This review is purely based on a phone call earlier this afternoon with their Front Desk Staff.
I had an appointment this Sunday at 10AM and called Friday at 12:30PM to cancel. I'm sick at home and don't want to get their entire staff sick/ contaminate their office and supplies.
The woman who I spoke with was super snippy and rude via the phone. "We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and we'd have to charge you $75 for the service". Even though my service is $55 for their LED Light Club-Member Treatment?...
I told her that I'd be fine keeping my appointment, coming in and likely getting people sick but she said she'd call me back to let me know. After she spoke with upper management, I suppose, she had the nerve to tell me that I've cancelled a lot in the past.
I've been a member of Spa Radiance since December of 2017- I'm extremely new and have only had one treatment done so far. To say the least- I won't be coming back.
I cancelled one other time, due to a medical eye stye issue. My doctor said "any more bacteria, done by a facial, would infect my eye further"...hence why I cancelled.
The woman said she was putting a note onto my account "a threat", saying that if I cancelled anymore in the future then I would be charged $75 asap.
That's honestly just a laugh! I'm fine coming in, Sunday morning and receiving my treatment, If anything I'm looking out for your time, business and staff! I mean really?!
Just overall left a very sour taste in my mouth and why would I give these people my money? I wanted to come in and get my service done! You think I'm intentionally cancelling w/o cause?! No.... I'm sick at home and if anything, thinking out for your staff!
Other than this instant, things have been fine... yes, just-fine.

+ Lots of Services Offered with somewhat reasonable prices (per industry standard that is)
+ My esti, Lindsey, was good! She was sweet and did a fine job on my Light Treatment. I'm still young, with super clear skin, and wanted just overall smoothness. She said I needed a couple A La Carte Facials ($$$) to even out my skin.
