"Nicky Kinnaird's beauty emporium has launched more than one of the best skin-care brands known today. Lines like Tata Harper, Laura Mercier, and Eve Lom were virtually unknown before winning shelf space here. If you're looking for some skin-care advice, Space NK is a good place to mix up your beauty regimen. There are locations throughout the city. "

Wafaa was very helpful and friendly and helped me and my mum to find exactly what we were looking for. She did product tests on my mum and listened to what she wanted and was able to find the perfect product first try. We also signed up to get an account and she spoke through how to do this and what benefits we’d get from it too, very helpful and friendly thank you!

Popped in to the store for help with a lipstick colour. I was assisted by the lovely Wafaa, she was very attentive and knowledgeable. Walked around with a smile and positive vibe which definitely made the experience worth it. Will100% be revisiting, thank you !

Usually love Space NK shops but this one is bizarrely rude, it’s like staff were going out of their way to be disruptive / unhelpful (I didn’t even need help?!). Wasn’t surprised to see other comments like this when I came to leave a review. For the price of their products, avoid. There’s plenty of good, friendly skin / hair care stores now.

Sarah the advisor/ very talented make up artist helped my friend and I today try Kosas the brand. We trusted her authenticity and related to her so quickly and really appreciated her advice. She was not only kind and knowledgable, she made us feel comfortable and happy to give her our custom after such great service. More people should be like Sarah in general! Thank you Jenny

Never have what you want in stock and this is not limited to the Duke of York store, it’s pretty much across all of them. I don’t know who does the merchandising for them but they need to get better at ordering the right quantities of the different shades of make up. Don’t just order the same quantity of every colour. I asked about four different foundations in the store and all of them were out of stock in my colour and I had the same experience in the regent street store earlier in the week. In the end I got fed up and went across the road to John Lewis and purchased a new foundation. It was one that was sold by Space NK I might add.

Racial profiled, followed and disrespected: i thought I was making this up in my head but similar reviews here tell me otherwise. I am an awkward indian girl and was just browsing the store on my payday, looking for perfumes and lip liner making use of their sale that ends tomorrow. I have a habit of walking around the entire store and picking up random objects to test them, and I do not like to ask for help. I suddenly felt the security guard over my head, and noticed him follow me across aisles. I moved to the other corner of the store where a saleswoman asked me if ‘I’m okay and need help’ which is code for Leave our store, specially after being followed. I believe this is racial profiling along with utter snobbish and ignorant attitude. I am owed an apology for this and I hope management doesn’t make brown and black women feel so disrespected moving on.
