An experiential treat tainted by server. Spaghettini's environment genuinely reflect the reviews. A relatively expensive spot where you best find value in the jazz room. Unfortunately, the lady staff who helped me and my elderly parents was rude and off-putting, rolling her eyes when my parents didn't understand what drawn butter was. A personality that simply doesn't fit any hospitality establishment, let alone a place like this. Fortunately, the hosts and bus boys picked up the slack. The food was above average -- steak was tough for a prime cut but the lobster made up for it. The African American artist in the video was splendid. Her band also delivered. The lights and decor blended well with the music. I can appreciate the consistent design language. The vibes alone may be the reason Spaghettini is still in business. Definitely come here if you want to be entertained but not necessarily for the food. And don't expect much from your primary servers.

Our first time here! We came for dinner and to catch the Linda Ronstadt Tribute Show. The restaurant was awesome! Service and food were outstanding! Great selection of Italian food. Very clean and great atmosphere. It was a perfect cozy venue for the show.

Google
Exquisite is the best word to describe Spaghettinis. The decor, service, food, and vibe were all the best I've experienced in all of California. Lots of regulars, much like Musso & Franks with a 1960s cocktail lounge feel. I saw Jessy J perform and enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass. FYI .. Be prepared to spend as the prices are steep.

We’ve been here several times for dinner and a show. First time for Sunday Brunch and it did not disappoint. Tables are a bit closer together during brunch but it’s all in good fun and in the overall experience.

Google
Amazing service. I wish I could remember the names of the servers I interacted with to give them the credit they deserve. The 2 ladies that served out private dinner party on December 19th were very knowledgeable and charismatic—something rare nowadays. The food was very good as well. I had the short rib dish. It was a touch on the dry side but I tasted a friends who had the same dish and theirs was much more moist. No big deal. Cocktails were delicious too. The restaurant itself was beautiful but the live band (which was fantastic) bled too much into our private room where speeches were given. If we were in the live venue room, it would have been fantastic sound but because we were expecting a quieter area and often distracted by the muffled live band and audience, it was not what we expected. It's not the restaurant or services fault at all, just a truth about proximity and acoustics. Love spaghettini and will be back for a special night.

Google
Highly recommend! For years, we have been going to a restaurant for their Chilean Sea-bass this weekend I tried it at this restaurant and this one is now the #1. Everything is delicious. Aside from being a beautiful restaurant and they’re delicious food. All the staff are really nice and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Google
Went to see Eric Marienthal and Richard Elliott. The music was fantastic! The food was good, not great. Is an expensive place, so plan to spend some money. For the 1.5 hour drive roundtrip, it was worth going for the pleasant atmosphere and fantastic music.

Google
Had a girls’ night out with friends here in December. The food and drinks were delicious, the staff was very kind and attentive, and the holiday decorations made the place feel extra warm and festive. Great ambiance overall. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
Large portions of incredibly delicious food. Fantastic musical artists. Joyful, professional hospitality!

Yelp
I've been here three times now, twice for work parties and once for lunch, and it always delivers. That consistency is exactly why this place stands out. Whether you're coming with a group or stopping in mid-day, the experience is smooth, welcoming, and dependable. It's an easy spot to get to, just off the freeway, and works perfectly for after-work gatherings or casual lunches. The bar is a major highlight. It's well set up, energetic, and often features live music that adds to the atmosphere without overwhelming the room. The crowd is a great mix of friendly locals and professionals, which makes the vibe relaxed and comfortable every time. Service has been solid on every visit, attentive, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Food and drinks arrive as expected, with no issues, which is especially important when you're hosting coworkers or clients. Overall, it's a reliable, enjoyable spot with a great bar scene and good energy. Easy five stars.

Yelp
Tonight was our first night going to Spaghettini for a show to see Yacht Soul. We had an amazing time. The food was absolutely delicious. For our appetizer we had calamari and for our dinner we had the seafood pasta and the Italian salad. The music was phenomenal and really elevated the entire evening, creating such a great atmosphere. A huge shoutout to our waiter, TJ--hands down one of the best servers we've ever had. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. TJ truly made the night extra special.

Yelp
We had a fun filled evening with LA ABBA entertaining Friday at Spaghettini, con grazia. The music was all ABBA for two hours without break. The energy was palpable in a room with other fans, making for a fun evening of singing and swaying. We started with drinks and were served water and pillowy focaccia. My friend had the house wine, a Pinot Noir, which was delicious. I had the pineapple habanero margarita- a tasty number served with the flower like slice of dehydrated, pineapple. Beautiful presentation. We started with bruschetta (which I have at each visit). The halved cherry tomatoes are served with goat cheese, vinaigrette and slim slivers of basil. The toast is perfect and that it is slim crispy on the edges and still soft to bite into My friend had the pommodore, a light sauce married nicely with thin spaghettini. I was less impressed with my Bolognese. It was the most delicate Bolognese I've ever had; served with a very large rigatoni. It was too much pasta for sauce. Previously, I enjoyed their salmon, halibut and Chilean sea bass, expertly prepared. From my perspective if they can make fish this good I bet the pasta is incredible. So, I deleted a point for the Bolognese, BUT Two stars for service because JON took such good care of us.

Yelp
A group of us ladies met here for dinner. The location was initially selected because it is off the freeway and easy for those traveling afar. The restaurants ambiance is very classy. We met for dinner and it was the month of December so it was lit up for the holidays. The furniture was very elegant. I found the young hostesses at the front did not have the friendliness that a host would have. Our server had a great personality. There were about 12-15 of us. He took care of our table and was patient. We ordered appetizers, pizzas and mixed drinks. We were still within the Happy Hour time frame so our appetizers were off the HH menu. Everything was tasty! I ordered a Margarita, Mushroom and Pepperoni pizza, a bruschetta dish all to share. My drinks were a glass of Moscato and an Espresso Martini. I would love to come back to this place and try some other things on the menu.

Yelp
Thank you gain for the impeccable service, Simmone, and the great food and perfect birthday vibe. We had a great time!

Yelp
We had a 10am Sunday reservation and the staff seated us right away. We were able to get one of the last parking spaces. It's decorated in Christmas decorations and there is jazz music in the background. Our server, Jon was exceptional and attentive. He was able to let us know which items were dairy free and gluten free on the Brunch Menu! And he was able to accommodate any of our food restrictions of no dairy, no gluten, and no egg. We had such a great time and the food was delicious! The staff even contacted me for the birthday person's name, they made it extra special for the birthday person.

Yelp
On the heavy rainy day....we are here again. We love happy hour pizza time w great wines. Starting from 3 after hard work...raining. Finally relaxed having awesome pizzas w Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc, Alexander Valley Merlot....penne w mushrooms, chicken. Great cozy ambiance plus all the time!!! Their wines are pretty good either white or red. Especially pizzas...way perfect pizza for us like pizza lovers. I strongly recommend the pizzas here. When I saw the pizza brick oven in the kitchen, felt so cozy, warm, relaxed. Always great service w ambiance, great quality, great price. So full, so happy to go home w leftovers too....

Yelp
Another great lunch at Spaghettini's! Today I tried the Beef Dip. It was excellent, tasty tender meat on a crunchy roll. Of course too much to eat both halves so I took one home. It reheated so well, as wonderful as it was yesterday dining in, it was even better the next day! Service as always was excellent! Great place for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner!

Yelp
Trying this place for the first time. Valet parking is available for $12. I think self parking is also available. They have outdoor benches to rest the 6 ounce filet mignon. Outstanding also had the mashed potatoes got a cappuccino with dessert. Bathrooms is very clean Staff outstanding thanks for great visit. Food was fabulous. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
I had such a great time dining here! Came for one of their r&b nights so eating while listening to a live band was such a good time. The service & hospitality was also amazing!!! On top of that, the food was also great. The focaccia starter, calamari and short rib was delishhhh. Also, their pear martini was so delish!!! Sweet how I like it, but still strong. This spot would be a great date night, gno or even fam outing. I highly recommend!

Yelp
Linda Ronstadt cover band tonight . . Great service always and perfectly created meals . The bar service is fast & they have some of the best old fashioned here . Filet was cooked perfect . Solid date night dinner spot

Yelp
I forgot to add the pics of the delicious pizza and chicken parm with rigatoni on my last post, so now I am adding them I'm still thinking about our beautiful birthday dinner. Can't wait to go back in February!! Service and food is always spectacular.

Yelp
I came here for an event. They had a phenomenal live band!!! Whew they were amazing!!! Really set the vibe I had to get up and dance a bit! I had a three course meal and two cocktails. The cocktails were okay in my opinion. However my friends really enjoyed their drinks! The calamari was delicious and I love the sauces that came with it! The short ribs were cooked to perfection, very juicy. Fresh veggies. I was hoping that the corn risotto would have a sweeter corn taste but it was more on the creamy bland side. I tried the sea bass from one of my friends and it was so soft it just melted in my mouth. Honestly the cheesecake was incredible. Next time I'll order about ten of these. I give 5 stars for ambiance, delicious food and the service! My server was so attentive and sweet.

Yelp
First, impressed, great service and great place to relax, enjoy wines, Italian foods. Loved it. My wife picked this location and we decided to try happy hour from 2 yesterday. We are Italian family and tried so many pizzas, pasta specialty restaurants around Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, South Coast plaza in OC and Long Beach areas for years. Always disappointed with the real flavors but we finally got it and left w happy face yesterday. So quiet around 2:20 on Friday. We sat at the bar for happy hour menu. They got everything we liked such as mushroom pizza, calamari, penne or tagliatelle. Good selections on happy hour, pasta choices as well as a la carte. Wow!! We loved wines, my wife got sauvignon blanc from New Zealand and I got red, Cabernet. The wine glasses are big, portion is generous for $10. We really enjoyed the wines and appetizer, super crunchy calamari, mushroom pizza, only $15. My wife loves the pizza. Well baked, no burned, flavorful mushrooms and ricotta cheese. We give perfect 5 stars. And entrée, we picked penne w chicken, mushrooms, and garlic cream. The pasta portion was a lot to feed 3 people. The cream sauce w mushrooms like enoki was unbelievable. That is why we kept drinking 2nd glasses of wines. Cheers!!! For Happy Friday!!! The server as well as a bartender, Kris was awesome. He explained how the reward started w phone no and many info about the wines, and packed our leftovers. Thank you!! Spaghettini!!! Awesome foods, great wines, and service. Loved hot plates of each food from the kitchen to our table. Because I hate cold foods sitting at the kitchen. We couldn't finish our penne, pizza so took lots of leftover. We had a such great experience yesterday. My birthday is in 2 weeks away. We decided to go back to celebrate my 62 birthday. Well, my wife has been using Toast reward app for other restaurants, she already got bonus 50 points and the 1st reward points. Hopefully I get the birthday $50 gift card soon and I can celebrate my birthday there. Strongly recommend for the large group of party or just special days, and happy hour lovers.

Yelp
the tagliatelle mushroom with chicken was so delicious! portion sizes were a lot larger than expected when you're paying for higher prices. we were expecting to do attend the live music & do dinner, but they said it was a separate ticket so just be aware when you're getting a reservation! service was a little more assertive in getting us to try more dishes, but overall, nice spot to celebrate for a birthday or any celebration!

Yelp
Very upscale restaurant with impeccable service. Our waitress was super patient and helpful. She allowed me to change my mind on my dessert three times. The pumpkin tart was perfect. Their calamari is delicious. I loved the soup.

Yelp
Always a wonderful A+ experience here. Eddie our waiter today was fabulous, totally went over and above and was charming, efficient and personable. Sitting outside on their patio is lovely when the weather is right; I highly recommend it. I also recommend their happy hour--a great opportunity to sample a variety of their menu items.

Yelp
Pricey, but good BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY $50 Birthday Month credit for Rewards members I had a Spaghettini e-gift card, to go along with the $50 Birthday Month credit, and dined here on 3 recent occasions. I did attend a 94.7 The Wave AYCE Brunch 7 years ago, but still a novice in what Spaghettini offered on their regular menu. Good thing the e-gift card & promo empowered me in ordering some bougie fare. French Dip- Simply delicious! The prime rib slices were so tender. Usually paired with chips or fries, I asked for vegetables, in which I was given the option for Caesar salad. Much better than a French Dip from Arby's or other fast casual restaurant, Spaghettini's French Dip was chef's kiss. Seafood Pasta- Having the trifecta of lobster, crab & shrimp, the Seafood Pasta was creamy pasta excellence. Having the attendant liberally apply ample amounts of freshly shredded cheese upped the cheesy quotient all that much more. Short Rib- Creamy sweet corn risotto, heirloom carrots, horseradish gremolata & lathered in a red wine reduction, The Short Rib was decadently succulent, and a pleasure to eat. 16 oz bone-in Pork Chop- Berkshire pork chop, topped with miso apple compote, paired with Brussel sprout leaves & parmesan polenta. Let me put it like this - after elegantly slicing bite sized pieces on the majority of the tender pork, I grabbed the pork bone and ate all the delicious bits of meat left on it Fred Flintstone-style. Service was excellent. The bartender was friendly & hospitable, and the wait for food was negligible. A small parking lot in front of the restaurant, additional parking is available at the Bixby Business Center across Old Ranch Pkwy. Valet parking is also an option. Masterly crafted cuisine, with prices to match, Spaghettini had me in culinary ecstasy with everything I had the pleasure to dine on. Spaghettini does have great Happy Hour Specials (including French Dip), Weekly Specials, Wine Wednesday & more, to save a little dough over regular price. Not to mention live music events & Sunday Brunch. Spaghettini is a great choice for special occasions, or just an enjoyable meal with sumptuous food & impeccable service to match. I can't wait to come back, with the difficult decision whether to choose new menu items, or go for the delectable French Dip & Short Rib, again. Highly recommend!

Yelp
It's been some time since we were last there, but we were celebrating a special anniversary and what better place than Spaghattini's to do so. I ordered the wild mushrooms, chicken and roasted garlic, Caesar salad, Ahi Tower, and my wife ordered the Chilean Seabass. For dessert, we share an espresso with vanilla bean ice cream. It has a name, but I forget. Service was great. Food came out right away. I drink a lot of water so it was nice that there was a bus boy always there every time my glass went empty to fill it with water. My wife loved the Chilean Seabass. My pasta was good. The Ahi Tuna was excellent. The ice cream was different and interesting. It was my birthday and I'm in the rewards club so they took off $50 from my bill. Sweet!

Yelp
Spaghettini's beautiful atmosphere outside welcomes you into a lavish comfortable dining room inside filled with laid back conversation, beautifully crafted drinks, impeccably designed dinner plates, and jazzy nostalgic notes. Our amazing server, Eddie, was so kind and friendly as he delivered our tasty Ahi Tuna, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Mushroom Chicken Pasta, Garlic Fries, Limoncello Cheesecake, and Tahitian Vanilla Butter Cake. We had a great dinner along with tantalizing cocktails and listening to the famous melodies of Steely Dan. Thank you #spaghettini for your amazing service. Can't wait to come back!!

Yelp
We love Spaghettini so so much. The service is impeccable. The food is amazing. And the entire experience is just the best. We ordered filet mignon with sides of mashed potatoes, green beans, brussel sprouts, and corn risotto. Sipped on some "on the floor" and "sitting pretty" cocktails! Paired with some delicious celebratory champagne. The warmth and hospitality of Spaghettini continues to remain unmatched with our server, Danielle, who made sure we were well taken care of! We wrapped up the evening with a crème brûlée (we get it everytime) and a cappuccino! Cheers!

Yelp
We had dinner for the first time outside. It was a nice evening and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is quieter than inside, had heat and comfortable. The salmon was excellent as well as my veal which is Friday special. The beet and burrata salad was terrific. Service was excellent. There is entertainment in the lounge area. Definitely more noisy in that area. Parking can be limited but you can valet or park by the office building across the street. It isn't cheap, however, the quality is superb.

Yelp
Straight out the gate this place deserves 5 stars for service I brought my friend here for her birthday. When I made the reservation I made them aware it was for a birthday They reached out to me the day before we came in and asked for the name of whose birthday it was because they wanted to make a card I absolutely love that they did this. I know this place gets packed and I love that it's such a busy place yet this establishment takes the time to do this. So, thank you to everyone here!! We were greeted right away, the atmosphere is really nice (it was both our first time here) on certain days they have live music and different specials We had the most amazing waiter, Roberto. He was absolutely so kind and kept asking whose birthday it was and how long have we been friends and him talking about his childhood best friends. He was very very easy to talk to and relatable, it was like talking to a friend. I love having waiters like him, He was genuine. The man walking around refilling our waters did an amazing job as well. Our cups were never empty He was so knowledgeable about the menu. He went above and beyond My girlfriend and I wanted to share a large steak and get a bunch of sides. The biggest they had on the menu was 18 ounces. (We saw ahead of time that they had bigger steaks when we searched the menu online) We asked if they had bigger and he informed us they JUST took the 32 oz steak off the menu and made it strictly a weekly special. (Saturday's special I believe) After knowing it was a dinner for my girlfriend's birthday AND we were talking about my upcoming surgery he immediately went to the kitchen and asked if they could pull some strings. Roberto and the rest of the staff came through. The steak was cooked perfectly!! It was juicy, it wasn't too salty and had the right amount of seasoning. (It was on the pricey side. But again, it was for a birthday and pre Surgery. I highly recommend this place for special occasions) Along with the steak we got the Mac and cheese and the scalloped potatoes. (Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious but I'd pass on the scalloped potatoes) They also brought out delicious bread to the table. We ordered drinks that Roberto recommended He recommended the- sitting pretty. Which was a fruity vodka based cocktail. And my girlfriend got a watermelon mint mocktail with no alcohol that he said was one of his favorites At the end they brought out a mini birthday cheesecake and we asked to add a scoop of ice cream. He also took our photo for us with our phone but he also brought out a camera. So they give you a birthday card and at the end they print a photo out and put it inside the card. It was such a perfect touch This was a bit of an older crowd, I noticed. So don't come here expecting a rowdy party. And a lot of people coming here for special occasions. It would be nice to have some wine here with girlfriends. Roberto was telling us all about their special wine menu. So I'll definitely have to come back for some wine and their steak P.S they have a private parking lot with a bunch of handicap spots up close which is a huge bonus

Yelp
This place is one of our favs dinner place. Can't get tired of seafood pasta. Hubby likes their short ribs. The focaccia bread is so good. Brussels sprouts was excellent. Service was good, can be slow depending on how crowded it is but they are very nice and tries to tend to your needs. Good ambiance.

Yelp
Dao, waiter extraordinaire, is my first comment! We just died last evening at Christmas time my friend and I who are very discerning customers I had not been to this restaurant in many years and it has not missed one beat! They are more extraordinary than what I remember 20 years ago and we enjoyed some of the finest foods and plates to share and take picture of and enjoy and some of which we even took home! Five star review from this very discerning diner please ask for Dao if you can be lucky enough to acquire him, but something tells me there's not a bad waiter in the whole place! Nor is there a mediocre chef! From reception Valet to the band in the entertainment lounge, it was spectacular‍

Yelp
Spaghettini has been a staple spot in Seal Beach for eons. The layout is inviting for all: - large parties, family dinners, celebrations - private space can be reserved - bar style is sophisticated with open seating and efficient service Now, let me tell you what... We sat at a high-top in the lounge where we were serenaded by Mic Dangerously and his pal Alex Vo. These two will make you swoon. Check out these Studs on Wednesdays from 5-7:30pm. We ordered the fried calamari (fresh, not frozen ++++) and the bruschetta made from scratch. Add an espresso martini to the tasty apps and catchy tunes, can't celebrate hump day better than that. Shout out to Roberto for his excellent service!

Yelp
I treated my parents to dinner here for their anniversary, and we enjoyed every moment of our evening at Spaghettini. I loved the restaurant's upscale vibe, classy interior design, and the dim romantic lighting that created a warm and cozy ambiance. Service was also exemplary. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and she was so kind to my elderly parents. As for the food, everything from the bread to the pasta was delightful. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I would definitely return for special occasions. Note: Parking in the lot is limited and difficult unless you valet ($10). ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.

Yelp
Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen was invited to a Happy Hour meeting here. What a wonderful place! The space itself is large and comfortable. There is a touch of elegance here that makes this restaurant stand out. The appetizers are delicious. I enjoyed the deconstructed bruschetta, Brussels sprouts, and pizza. We also enjoyed the wine. Our meeting went well and we ended up sitting and relaxing while enjoying the nosh. We are already planning our return for the next meeting. It is important to note there is live music here, a lovely restaurant, and a venue for special events. When we left, I wondered, what took me so long to get here? The end.

Yelp
We hosted a retirement party here a few Sundays ago and the live jazz set was phenomenal! I've been once before and I for sure come back for the live jazz. The food both times were fine, nothing spectacular but planning this party was the highlight. The sales ladies I worked with were great, no issues and they accommodated me going over my count as folks love to not rsvp but still show up. Parking was fine, valet was cheap and really the band was the highlight!

Yelp
My second time here. The first time was so good I had to come back. This time I arrived after happy hour was over. They were very busy. Luckily I had a reservation and was quickly seated. My waitress, Terri was very knowledgeable and friendly. As before, the food was great. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.
google avatar

Homie D.

Yelp
Excellent services. I give five stars for service and four stars for food. We ordered seafood dishes, salad, and a lamb rack. Overall, everything was fine except the calamari appetizer was too soft and crumbly, and the seafood over salad was too dry and possibly old.

Yelp
My best friend brought us to Spaghettinis for the first time last year....for Sunday brunch with DW3!!! It was so amazing we had decided to make reservations for our anniversary there this year. They had a dinner showing with a jazz fusion band called J-Rod and The 4 Korners. They were so, so good, we sat front and center. The band rocked the house out. We had sooooo much fun. We can't wait for them to come back next year. We had another couple with us and we all had such a great time. The outside was sooooo cutely decorated with a variety of pumpkins (which we found out were real and they did that every year). The hostesses are always so welcoming with a smile and accomadating. They have these in house Spaghettini candles that they sell and they are all so tantalizing to our smell senses. Jill was our server and she was as sweet as can be. She made sure to keep our drinks flowing and always served or delicious food hot with all the sides and more. She was polite and made sure to not reach over us. She was awesome and we will be asking for her section the next time we stop by. Let's start off with my drink, I had a Jameson sour that was perfect. It was a balanced mix of sweet, tart, and strong, with a smooth classic flavor of Irish whiskey at it's core topped off with a Luxardo cherry. Can I have another? The Mr. had a Pellegrino with lemon, lime and orange wedges. We had the saturday dinner special: 32oz Porterhouse for Two, medium well, the steak was grilled to perfectioin and perfectly seasoned and so tender, it literally melted in your mouth (we also asked for fresh horseradish and creamed, both equally delectable). It was accompanied with char-grilled asparagus and house side salad. We added two 7oz Austrailian lobster tails which were seared to perfection which highlighted it's sweet and briny ocean flavor along with melted lemon butter. We also added a wedge salad which came with crisp lettuce, even crispier applewood smoked bacon chunks, thick sliced sweet heirloom tomatoes, slices of red onions and incredibly pungent blue cheese. Yuuuuuummmmmmmy!! For dessert we had the Tahitian vanilla butter cake which was warm and sooooooooooooo incredibly moist. The vanilla bean ice cream was so rich and creamy. The house whipped cream was slightly sweet with the tart slices of strawberry and sweet black berries were the perfect end to our awesome anniversary dinner. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR SOME MORE DINNERS AND A SHOW!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL TONIGHT!!! Pictures to come with another review.

Yelp
Well, it's finally time to update that last review, after an off experience prior to my last visit, things have changed for me in a positive aspect. Patrick, the general manager reached out to me and personally made sure that I was taken care of for the off night that I had there. I've been back multiple times since that experience and it's time to let you know that everything since then has been great. The service is never an issue here as all of the servers are great. The bus boys are amazing and I guarantee you you will have a positive experience when dining with them. Going back to what I'm used to the food. The last few times has been totally amazing also Calamari = 10/10 .. bruschetta 10/10 .. sea bass entree 10/10 .. rib eye entree 10/10 I'm going to update my photos now to show the new pictures of the food that I've had there lately. I just wanted to reach out and tell everybody about the positive experience I've had. Thank you spaghettini for making things right I've been a customer for many many years and I will continue to be a loyal customer to you guys . Looking forward to the same great food and same great service that I've had on every opportunity to go enjoy.

Yelp
Sina is awesome! Lauri is awesome. This is amazing food amazing cocktails amazing ambience. The exposed kitchen is absolutely fantastic. You can see the workers all buzzing like bees in a hive. The staff is the most friendly people that I have ever met in my entire life. And the entertainment is second to none.

Yelp
False advertising!!!....CAUTION..you pick seats with tickets but it doesn't mean you get them. Even showing up an hour early....2 stars, only because the food was good, but pricy and the band was good but NOT Jazz. They should have honored the tickets bought for the pri-fix brunch and that was NOT Jazz!... The band was Just not what I expected ...more motown and soul..NOT Jazz. the food was good but service was slow and the intermission waaaay too long. The break was longer than the set. They had at least a 45min intermission... after playing 45 min and only came back for another 25 min..... I bought tickets based on a "Jazz Brunch." Brunch included a $70 pri-fix brunch that would have convered the minimum; in addition to the show cost. After purchase of tickets a day before the show they removed the pri-fix brunch and only offered al-a-carte and still expected a $70 min.

Yelp
Great food! They have delicious food, and not just Italian food either! Love the live music when it is there?

Yelp
First time here and we want to come back for the show. The meatball appetizer was delicious and perfect to share. The pene special was so good, I wish I had more room to finish it. My husband really liked the chicken Parmesan. Our server was very informative. She told us everything about the two sides of the restaurant and had great recommendations. Service was a little slow but luckily we weren't in a hurry. They were also very flexible with our reservation timing after having some car trouble. The restaurant is split in 2 sides. One for the sit down restaurant and the second for the live show. If you like love music, this is a great place to listen to jazz and many cover artists. Tickets are sold separately and have a minimum for food and beverages. We will love to come back for this and to try more items from the menu.

Yelp
Found this place randomly while looking for a dinner spot to take the in-laws. I was very impressed by the staff as well as the food! I'm picky about my italian food and this place definitely checked all the boxes for me! They had live music that I was loving too. Wish I lived closer so I could go even more often!

Yelp
We planned a special birthday dinner for my wife at Spaghettini in Seal Beach with our guests and were very disappointed. From the moment we arrived, we felt ignored by the hostess. Our waiter was inattentive and waiting 30 minutes he got our wine order wrong--despite clearly asking for a Cabernet Sauvignon, a white wine was brought out. He was not personable or accommodating, and even asking for water felt like an inconvenience. The wine glasses were cloudy and appeared unclean, and the restrooms were disgusting. Valet parking was advertised but unattended, and self-parking was extremely limited and frustrating. The only positives were the bread, which was delicious, and the restaurant manager, who was polite and accommodating by offering us another opportunity to revisit. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for what was supposed to be a memorable evening. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday at Spaghettini and picked it mostly because it's close to Old Ranch Golf Course and had great reviews. We got there around 4PM for an early dinner and were seated in a comfy booth. By 5, the place started filling up -- definitely worth making a reservation. The ambiance was warm and homey, quiet enough for good conversation. Parking was easy, though the entrance was a little confusing -- one turn looked like it led straight to the freeway. The spaghetti with meatballs was hands-down my favorite, right next to the Ahi tower. The seafood pasta and tagliatelle al funghi were a bit bland, and the sweet corn risotto was on the salty side. But the desserts totally made up for it -- both the cheesecake and crème brûlée were amazing. So glad we didn't skip those!

Yelp
My Fiancé & I had a very nice dinner last Sunday night... we were there celebrating his birthday. Everything was perfect... We got the beautiful table that we requested. Great food and excellent service, from Danielle, AGAIN! She is a pro! Super nice and she made our experience feel special... she has waited on me before and I'll ask for her again...

Yelp
Word of advise for all American Italian restaurants.. Do not overcooked the pasta.. You are doing a disservice to your investment the ambience is great and people work really hard until you get the food. And then is all downhill from there.

Yelp
Spaghettini continues to deliver each time I dine here. I came recently and had the pleasure of being served by Natalie who was absolute wonderful. Ordered a few faves like bruschetta and short ribs but also tried the seafood pasta. The butter cake was highlight It was warm and soft and went well with the vanilla ice cream. For cocktails I recommend the Perfectly Pear and Vanilla Old Fashioned. Thank you to Patrick for being so welcoming and making sure all was well.

Yelp
This post is regarding the "Jazz" Brunch. Was pretty disappointed. Pros: - the food was good, large portions, and came pretty quick. - server was very friendly and pretty timely. Cons: - the band was good, but defintely not jazz. Was more pop and motown, which is fine, but not when you are expecting a relaxing jazz brunch. - The band took a 40+ min intermission while we just sat there. it's only a 2 hour show, seems very long for that. - they changed from a prix fixe to a menu. Fine, but we paid for the prix fixe. The set menu was very expensive. Good food, but you still had to hit a minimum of $70 on food on top of the $44 for the jazz, which again wasn't jazz. - they refuse food modifications. That's understandable on a prix fixe, but when you change to an open menu without notice, not good service. - servers seemed like they had too many tables to properly manage. Mix in some large demanding parties and service was lacking. Wouldn't go back for the jazz brunch. Might try again for regular dinner service...

Yelp
Made the trip to Spaghettini to celebrate my uncles birthday. We needed to make a last minute venue change but were able to get a table for 8 at 7pm on a Monday within a few hours. While we waited for our table we got to listen to a great live performance to start our night. I think the seating by the band is at an extra cost but honestly could hear the music throughout the restaurant. Food was good. I honestly am not a huge fan of Italian food in Southern California but the pasta was good. Everyone ended up bringing most of their entree home though because we were so full. Everything is good and pretty filling. Service was great! The birthday boy had a coke and our waiter ensured it was always full and even packed some fresh bread for us since he enjoyed it so much.

Yelp
Loved dining al fresco on the patio as well as Latin Jazz live music. I tried this spot with my family for a special birthday and enjoyed the staff and live artists.

Yelp
This is a great place for a special occasion, filled with delicious food, excellent staff, and great live music in the evenings. I came here for dinner in a large party and was able to try many dishes. For appetizers, the persimmons and burrata was a great combination of flavors. Their pastas were also delicious, my favorites were the seafood pasta with the cream sauce, as well as the spaghetti that came with the chicken parm. The spaghetti tasted fresh and handmade, with the perfect chew. I have also tried the Sunday brunch four course menu for $65 a person. This came with a bread, appetizer, entree, and dessert that you can pick from a menu. For the second course, my favorite was the ahi tartare, which was fresh and the perfect contrast of textures with the toasted bread. For the third course, I paid a little extra to try the Chilean sea bass, which was decadent and ridiculously soft. I would highly recommend if you haven't tried the fish before! We ended with a sampler of desserts, and a complimentary cheesecake for celebrating a birthday.

Yelp
Wife and I have been coming here for 33yrs and everyone is always soooo nice. Last night we had a young server named Maggie, all we can say is she made our evening with her bubbly personality and her hard work. Thanks Maggie for helping us have a great evening out and listening to great music from Julian Vaughn. Oh, the 35oz ribeye was really tasty and cooked so well, just enough finishing salt on top!!!! See you all for brunch in a few weeks!
