Maritza was great! However, my experience started off distasteful because of the front desk assistant. Very rude, and absolutely no customer service skills. Muy decepcionada la verdad.

Omg what a bad experience at that office with the owner Maritza Velazquez, I would never put a foot in that office again, I guess she need it the money so bad, that didn’t understood we where in bad shape monetary, basically force me to pay for her time, even if we where not going to file our tax, no words to describe, we where thinking she was friendly and like a family, waooo keep your enemies closer they said, but i don’t think so…🥹
