"A pop-up run by the chef’s father that served as the young chef’s first professional cooking experience, providing an early, practical kitchen education and exposure to cooking for guests outside the family and helping shape his culinary approach." - Alex Leo-Guerra
I went here for a drink and was treated very rudely because I wasn’t a regular. And I ordered a Long Island iced tea and the bartender looked at me like I had five heads!

2/4 people in the bar were nodding off from heroin, which was surprising because the greasy, gray hair rooted fat girl was selling coke pretty openly. Not sure how this place stays in business honestly, until you realize they don’t make their money from the same 4 weirdos that call this their “spot”

Lives up to it's name. Great lil place for a drink or 12. Stairs, so not handicap accessible but there is outdoor seating you could use for a wheelchair.

Speak Easy is a local point of interest to stop by and say hello to friends. The personnel working there are quick with service, even when the tables inside and out are full. You can call it the Cheers of Waterbury, because we are not in Boston.

Very little seating felt like if you are not a regular customer then they could care less about your business. Bar tender was very rude acted as though it was a issue to do her job. Will never go back there again

A true dive. Very tight inside but don't worry, it doesn't get very busy. Staff is friendly and attentive... Not a great drink selection
