We had such a great experience here! I ordered the Mongolian beef and the shrimp & crab roe soup dumplings, both were beyond good. The dumplings were perfectly juicy and packed with flavor, and the Mongolian beef was amazing. I really loved that it wasn’t drowning in sauce like at a lot of other places, it was cooked just right and still full of flavor. My husband had the spicy pork belly noodle soup, and wow… the broth was incredible. I’m not even a soup person, but I kept stealing spoonfuls from his bowl because it was that good. I also liked that the menu was on a tablet with pictures, which made ordering super easy. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was casual but comfortable. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to again!

"I tried sesami balls and fried tofu , beef shizuanat special noodles , and it was love at first bite! The were perfectly cooked, and the savory sauce had just the right balance of spice and flavor. The portion was generous, and the presentation was impressive. The service was also top-notch – friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for authentic Chinese flavors!" Come and try it too!

My family and I have been here a few times already and food has been great each time. We haven’t tried a dish we didn’t like yet. Service is friendly and accommodated well with my two kids. Restaurant is very clean, well decorated and has a nice casual vibe. Good for lunch of dinner. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for another good Chinese restaurant as your regular spot.

Google
Solid food and pricing. The pork soup dumplings were great and everything came out quick and hot. Custard buns were tasty and not too sweet. Beef was a little too salty, but otherwise great food and pricing.

Google
The first time here. Dishes are tasty. I had to dine with a couple of friends who can't eat spicy so we ordered mild dishes. While they are all hot and fresh and flavorful, the kungpao chicken is just alright. Definitely a place that I'd return and try other dishes.

Yelp
Great experiences. Nice environment, very good food, definitely recommended. The service was impeccable. Our server, Jerry, was attentive and knowledgeable, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Yelp
Absolutely phenomenal! Went here with my girlfriend and we got the Combination Fried Rice, Steamed Soul Dumplings, Chef Special Fried Pork, and the Pork Noodles. (Like lots of Chinese places, the portions are family size.) The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere, dark but not too dark. The walls have nice pictures and engraving, there's window shades and nice aquariums across the tables, and it's clean. The china is very nice too. Service was great too! The food came fast, and the staff helped to put our leftover food in to to-go boxes for us. Overall a great restaurant, one of the best Chinese spots I have ever been to. 11/10 would come again

Yelp
YES YES YES!! 10 out of 10 would recommend giving this place a try after my experience. This place is located in the same shopping center as 888 Japanese barbecue so it can get really busy when it comes to parking. I came here on a Saturday night on my own and was seated immediately. When you're seated, they provide you with an iPad with their menu and all things range anywhere between $8-$60 depending on the dish you're getting. I did notice no one had really taken photos of the menu so I did attach some videos of some of the things that are available and their price points. You order through the iPad, but the guys that are working there are really sweet and answering any questions that you have regarding the menu. Since I was dining by myself after my third plate, the guy helping me was pretty adamant about it being too much food. This is one of those places where you just want to try everything and it's really hard to do that if you're by yourself. If you are coming here with a group, I highly recommend getting several dishes to share. I didn't end up, ordering the Chinese beef burrito, the green beans, the lamb kebab skewers, and their famous fried soup dumplings. Of the four dishes, I would probably only suggest not getting the skewers, they were a little dry for my liking. The beef burrito was exceptional, the soup dumplings were also exceptional and the green beans could've used some garlic. The service was exceptional for it being a place with a slight language barrier. I would definitely be coming back here very soon, but of course with more people so I can try other dishes. My review is as follows: - Food: 5/5 - Service: 5/5 - Ambiance: 5/5

Yelp
This place is right across from the popular 888 Japanese BBQ - same plaza. A newly opened restaurant, I was eager to try. Upon walking in, you notice some beautiful decor. The ceiling has little bright stars and there's zen fish tanks next to tables. The staff is very welcoming and are quick to greet and seat you. One of the cool things is that they leave a tablet with you for ordering. You can scroll through the menu, look at pictures and order at your own pace. We tried two dishes - Dan Dan Noodles and Kung Pao Chicken with rice (noodle is an option). The Dan Dan noodles is a generous portion. I show a picture of it before it was mixed up. The flavor is different than other Dan Dans but I liked it. The Kung Pao I liked even better. The chicken had a nice crisp pan fry to it and the sauce was excellent. It comes in a cool pot and two dishes for two people was plenty.

Yelp
This was my favorite noodle soup spot that has recently opened, however after coming here consistently, I can say that sadly the beef stone pot noodle soup never has any consistency. Came in around 8pm and the restaurant had many tables available. We love sitting by the aquariums, giving our meal some privacy and setting the mood. We ordered the lamb stir fry and this is SPICY! Very flavorful but be prepared. We were very pleased with it since we love spicy food. However with the stone pot beef soup, we first noticed the soup being red/orange in color. The last few times it was clear. However this time we ordered it with chili oil versus schezuan numbing, because the last time we got it, the numbing flavor was over powerful. However this time the flavor was unbearable. We could also taste the schezuan pepper as well as chili oil so we weren't sure if there was a language barrier, because we didn't want the schezuan numbing. Anyways, we tried to tough it out and it got worse. We went through PITCHERS of waters and napkins from blowing our noses. We also tried to ask the server to dilute the soup, however it was too unbearable. Comparing to all of our other experiences, we've realized we've had 5 different versions of this soup. Once it was just right with a hint of numbing spice, second they didn't add any spice at all, third, too my numbing was added, forth numbing and chili oil was added. We're not sure where there's a communication issue since we order from the iPad/our phones and we just pick and choose the same options. But we're going to let them work their kinks for now.

Yelp
Special Noodle took over the Cafe Sanuki location and has completely revamped the interior. Walking in, you're greeted by the grandiose furniture fit for royalty. The fish tanks look great and give a nice vibe to the room, although I didn't see any actual fish yet. We called ahead to see if they had room for our party of 9, and they told us they did. We locked in our reservation and headed over. Unfortunately, the table was nowhere ready when we showed up 10-15 minutes later as we had said we would. I asked for a menu so I could review it beforehand and was offered a QR code from a business card to scan. They did mention not to order yet as our table wasn't ready. We were finally seated at the one large table by the entrance. It's a very decorative table and chair set, with a lazy susan as well. It can easily fit about 12 diners. Their tableware is quite fancy as well - matching plate, bowl, soup spoon, and chopsticks. We asked if they could do separate checks, and they said they could! We would just order separately. I proceeded to order from the QR code I had scanned earlier and waited. My fellow diners were wondering if the order went through as dine in as it seemed like the instructions indicated a pickup time. We called the waiter over for clarification and was given a different QR code that was connected to our table number. Since we had already ordered, I just let them know which one was mine and that I was dining in. We ordered: * Braised Pork Belly Rice $17.99 - Fatty pork belly and you can't go wrong. 4/5 * Stirfry Potato Strings $18.99 - This is probably the most we have ever paid for this dish. Their version is definitely meant for sharing though. 4/5 * Fried Chicken with Egg Yolk $20.99 - The crispy rice crackers are a highlight. 4/5 * Spicy Lamb Rice $19.99 - Really good flavor and heat. 5/5 We also received two bowls of lukewarm seaweed soup, which we can only assume came with the two rice dishes we ordered. It was good but probably would taste a lot better if it was hot. 3/5 Our dining companions both ordered their Xiao Lung Baos, XLBs, aka soup dumplings and enjoyed their versions. Although there was less per order (6), they were bigger than other places. The Lamb Skewers were also something our friends ordered and would be on our list too. They said they enjoyed it. Their prices are a bit higher than other Chinese restaurants, so it can be a sticker shock to some. Alot of their dishes are meant for sharing, so not ideal for a small party. I'm not sure if they have any other larger tables in the back. Nonetheless, the place was bustling on a Saturday evening. Service was a bit lackluster, and I'm wondering if it was because of where we were seated. We were never given the table QR code to scan, which was just as well since we were all looking at the menu on our phones already. And since we ordered from our phones, there was minimal interaction with the staff. They also just place the water pitcher and cups on the table, so you have to pour it all yourself. It definitely doesn't feel like a full-service experience. Every time we needed something; we had to wave an employee down. No one really came to check in on us or ask if we needed anything. At the end, the employee offered us a free dessert if we gave them a five-star review. This definitely confirmed how they had such high reviews in such a short period of time since opening.

Yelp
Late to reviewing Special Noodle from a previous visit to Vegas. This place is welcoming, and has design elements that really transport you into a different country for your dining experience. Their mini pan fried buns are served on a bridge, for example!! Food here slaps, but the menu can be a bit overwhelming. Definitely not a bad thing: there are tabs dedicated to chicken, beef, and pork that have quite the variety of selections. For similar items, I could not help but to compare against Din Tai Fung as a benchmark. Special Noodle is either on par, or surpasses DTF on most aspects, especially on portion sizes and price point. Stop by this place for your Asian food fix - open late night!

Yelp
Beautifully decorated restaurant in a strip mall. Friendly service. Order through their online platform. -pork and crab roe soup dumplings - plump and juicy filled with plenty of savory soup and crap and pork. Make sure you ask for sliced ginger. - fried chicken with egg yolk - sweet, salty and crispy. Comes with flavor chips. Very unique. Highly recommend - spicy beef mixed with noodle - has a slight kick to it. Noodles have a good bite to it. Huge portion. I added a little bit of soy sauce. Also comes with a side of soup. - eggplant with string beans - great veggie side dish. We appreciate how the entrees are not oily at all. The flavors are unique and authentic

Yelp
Hype lives up. Food is on the pricey side but we had an awesome experience with very attentive staff. You order from the iPads and the food comes out quick. We quickly had a table full of items that we shared around and the place was packed! Beef wraps were delicious, xiao long baos were fresh, and the namesake "special noodles" were fantastic in the varieties that we had from the braised pork belly to the delicious Dan Dan noodles. It is definitely loud in there but the decor is nice and the atmosphere is great. The menu is so massive that we felt like we barely scratched the surface so we will have to return to try some more. A great import from the Bay area

Yelp
Dinner in Las Vegas, Nevada... I read a review by my friend, Jessica P., and decided to dine here. Luckily, my roommate trusts me to find a good restaurant! Special Noodle is a Hot New Business with great service and delicious food! The workers were very cheerful and helpful! We were seated right away without a reservation! The interior was quite impressive. There were empty aquariums between tables. The dishware was fancy! The decor was beautiful! We ordered on a tablet because the menu is very extensive... that's what the waiter explained to us. We got: 1. Beef Roll - it was similar to what I've had in Los Angeles - we haven't found it in Honolulu. It's like a Chinese Burrito... thin slices of beef rolled into a tortilla-like wrap with veggies and hoi sin sauce! Yum! 2. Mini pan-fried buns - they arrived on a little wooden bridge! These Xiao Long Bao - soup dumplings - were not bad! 3. Braised beef on flat noodles - delicious! The beef was tender and tasty! The noodles were soft, comforting, and filling! This was a wonderful meal with complimentary tea! We had a choice of green or jasmine - we chose green tea. It was warm and perfect!

Yelp
Northern Chinese food. It's best to come with a group of 4+. Excellent service. Order via QR code on your table. This place is new so giving them the benefit of doubt. We were only a party of 2, ordering 4 dishes, total around $93 and was not satisfied. The SO is would to give in it another try later just because it at least taste like Chinese food... unlike many other local Chinese restaurants. $11.99 Cucumber salad: Too salty. $17.99 Spicy Beef Noodles, Flat noodles. Was decent. Light broth. Mild spicy. Not the typical soy sauce broth. Light spice numbing beef noodle soup. The tea egg was super salty. Noodles were decent, packaged flat noodles. Nothing really too wrong with this dish. Mustard was sweet. The meat was tender and tasted on point. I liked this dish as okay. Maybe need to change the noodle style next time. But SO doesn't think it's worth the price. $13.99 Pork Soup Pan Fried Buns (6). It's a popular but not for us. Overly fried and oily top for us. It's not the typical pan fried. It's full of juice so the meat is juicy. Something we usually don't ever order at this age. But for a new Northern Chinese restaurant, and yelpers keep repeating this as a popular dish, why not. $26.99 Fried Pork Intestine, Kidney and Liver. This is a very sizzling dish. Be careful because oil will splatter far out. In a table for 4, theres only 2 of us and we placed it across from us and it still can splatter to you. Taste wise, it might to be manually mixed. All the meats were soft and moist. Most places usually over cook it. I'm okay about this dish. The SO really liked this dish and sees potential in this place because of it. $2.50 White Rice. I'm really picky with my xiao long baos. I haven't found any restaurants in LA now a days and Vegas that is worth trying. The reviews on it from certain yelper definitely confirms it. Butttt maybe dumplings could be ordered. I'm picky with dumplings too but it seems more promising. Next time we visit, maybe we'll try - cabbage, and potatoes string - dumplings, - other wok/satay type dishes, - Fish or a clay dish - They have peach red bean buns! Fyi, no peaches in this...aka Longevity peach/Shoutao (寿桃). It's usually eaten and given for bdays. Wonder if these are fresh, or just frozen store ones. - Friends would be interested in coconut eggs custard. I've only usually seen these in canto dim sum restaurants. - Mince pork noodle - rice noodle with hot oil appetizer - skewer, or a lamb dish.

Yelp
Ever since I saw that Special Noodle took over the spot that was once occupied by Sanuki, I have been dying to go. I've been waiting and waiting to see when my friends would be available to go with since their menu is extensive and we want to try everything. Well, tonight we went and I must say, we all left severely disappointed. At over 100 reviews with 4.7 stars, I was expecting way better. We got there at around 5PM and there was no wait. There is a QR code at the table and from there, you got to scroll through the menu and ordered whatever your heart desired. There was little to no interaction with the servers. They actually never came around to check on whether or not we were good, if we liked the food, etc. Since we had a party of five, we tried a good amount of items: Pork soup pan fried buns ($13.99) - otherwise known as sheng jian bao, these are typically found at a Shanghai restaurant along side xiao long baos. The execution of the dish was stellar with their soft bao tops and crispy bottoms. They were juicy and if you aren't careful, one bite will have you squirting. However, the soup and the meat were too sweet for me. It was missing sodium and umami-ness. Pass. Onion pancake ($8.99) - was crispy and oily, which was perfect. Taste was OK but it also had a weird chalky after taste to it. They either used too much flour or added cornstarch to their dough that made it not as enjoyable. Pass. Lamb skewer/kebab ($10.99) - this came with three skewers. The chunks were cooked well, nice and tender. However, I'm not quite sure if it's worth the price and it tasted like they brined the skewer so it had a weird saltiness to the meat itself that didn't come from the seasoning. Pass. Chicken gizzard skewer/kebab ($4.99) - texture was a bit off than what I expected of gizzards. I'm not sure if it's because they marinated it beforehand or they cooked it weird? Unsure but pass. Roasted intestine skewer/kebab ($5.99) - texture was great as it was crispy on the outside and had that nice fattiness once you bite into it. Flavor was good as well. Would recommend if you like intestines. Beef stone pot noodle soup ($23.99) - ordered this as original with regular noodles. The dish looked completely different than what was pictured on the menu and was absolutely disgusting. The noodles were overcooked and gummy. The beef was sliced beef instead of chunks (+overcooked and tough) and the soup was salty. I guess they decided to use the sodium for this dish instead of the pan fried dumplings. Hard pass. Spicy lamb mixed noodles ($19.99) - ordered this with noodles. Shaved lamb slices with sauce over a bed of noodles. Came with tofu and egg. The lamb had a good seasoning and the sauce is what gives the noodles flavor. However, the sauce didn't stick to the noodles as well so it turned out pretty bland unless you made sure to eat it with the lamb. The noodles were a great texture though despite the blandness. I wouldn't order it again though so I guess it's a pass. Tinfoil duck blood ($18.99) - duck blood is different from pork blood FYI. The texture is softer and has more of a slippery texture to it. It comes cooked in a numbing spice broth on top of vermicelli noodles. I actually didn't mind this dish and it was pretty good eaten with the noodles. But I wouldn't order this again. Fried pork intestines, kidney, and liver ($26.99) - this was pretty much a liver dish. The pieces of pork intestine and kidney were hard to find and the dish itself was quite small. Sauce wasn't bad though and I would recommend getting steamed rice with it if you're gonna order it. Pass for me. Griddle pig intestines ($25.99) - spicy, fatty, and somewhat crispy. I personally liked the dish. Cumin lamb ($26.99) - shaved lamb with onions. I think the flavor/seasoning was a bit lacking and a bit monotone. It seemed like it was missing something and the dish itself looked very bland. When I typically order this dish elsewhere, it's usually cubed lamb and not shaved. It also typically has some greenery in the dish as well. Pass. Fried coconut rice balls ($9.99) - crispy outside, soft inside with coconut sago. Not exceptionally sweet at all and works great as a dessert. This was my favorite thing that we ordered. Would recommend. Overall, for the price, execution, and flavors, I don't think it's worth it. There are other places in the valley that do these dishes much better. Sure, you get the convenience of having all these dishes in one place vs. having to go to several different places for them but that's not what I'm into. I prefer to pay similar pricing for better tasting food, especially in Vegas. I don't think we'll be back!

Yelp
Came here because my husband and I were craving Chinese food and it was a great experience! We ordered these dishes: - pork noodle soup 10/10 Noodles were aldente and the pork was super tender! It tasted like the pork was marinated in a char sui sauce. The pork was very fatty as well. - Pork Soup Pan Fried Bun 10/10 Crispy on the bottom, huge pork meat in the middle and the soup was delicious. - Red Oil Won Tons 9/10 Tasty, but wish there was more meat filling. The ratio to wrapper to meat wasn't balanced. - Black Golden Sweet Custard Buns 7/10 The bun was super soft and fluffy, but the filling was had a very eggy taste more than custard. - Beef Wrap 9/10 This dish tasted like hoisin sauce and it lacked meat. Again the wrapper to meat ratio wasn't balanced. The veggies were fresh though. The service was great! We ordered through the QR code and the kitchen got the order and the server delivered it. The ambience was welcoming and clean. I will be back to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
Fairly new restaurant in Chinatown and we stopped by to try it out on Sunday at noon. No wait at this time and we were seated right away. We picked 4 things to try, $10.99 lamb skewers (not pictured), $17.99 spicy beef noodle soup, $24.99 sweet and sour pork, and $16.99 ground three delight. Service was polite and answered all our questions about the menu. For noodles, they recommended we order the 粗面 thick noodle or the 细面 regular noodles since those are hand pulled and the others are supposed supermarket bought. We ended up getting the thick noodles and they were nice and chewy. Really great texture on these for the noodles and spicy level was great, but due to the spice, there was a lot of oil. Once the noodles cooled down, the oil congealed into a waxy orange substance that would stick onto the noodles and form a layer on the edges of the spoon and bowl. A bit unappetizing so definitely eat these noodles fast when they come and it may be possible to adjust oil amount when ordering the dish so I would recommend trying that as well. Ground three delight was delicious! Potatoes were thinly sliced and separately cooked before stir frying with the bell peppers and eggplant. Sweet and sour pork was a bit too dry and sweet for us but the outer coating was nice and crispy. I would not order this again. Skewers were the highlight of the order and I would order these again. Healthy douse of cumin and other spices and flavoring, these came out hot and oily just how we like them. Food tasted okay overall; however, at this price point I would not order these dishes together again. Total cost was $76.90 including tax. In Vegas Chinatown, I would rather choose to order these dishes at different restaurants that specialize in noodles or other dishes rather than one that covers all these. If you're looking for something that does, however, I think this restaurant may be worth it, if you're willing to spend a bit more than usual for these dishes.

Yelp
Out with the old, and in with the new. 四姐 Special Noodle, the first two characters of which apparently mean Fourth Sister, is the first location of this chain in Las Vegas. I've heard good things about their NorCal locations but didn't have time to try one out on my last trip there, so I was happy to learn that I had the opportunity to do so closer to home. I'd spotted them while going to a supermarket at the southeast corner of Decatur and Spring Mountain, so I was familiar with how to get there. Parking was strangely tough to find during Sunday lunch (and it wasn't even that crowded in this restaurant). They've taken over the former site of Cafe Sanuki, which brought back some memories even though they've changed up the layout and decor significantly. The service is nontraditional. You sit down, but then you have to scan a QR code to browse the menu and to order. The full menu isn't quite there yet, most notably some of their made-in-house tea beverages. I'm guessing that you can order multiple rounds, although we got everything all at once. Checks are settled via asking an employee. The first order to arrive was the Pork Belly Noodle Soup ($16.99). It was also the best dish of the meal. The broth is flavorful but not too heavy with all the oil dispersed in it, and it's very lightly sweet. The pork belly was super tender, and the marinade resembled char siu in its sweetness and redness. I enjoyed my choice flat noodles, which are kinda like knife cut noodles but not cut and more uniform. The one thing I could have used was more cilantro. The Steamed Soup Dumplings ($12.99), aka xiao long bao, arrived soon afterward. This was the worst dish of the meal. The broth inside was way too sweet, which is not something I've ever experienced in XLB. Yes, you can use vinegar / soy sauce, but it'd harder to balance strong flavors with more strong flavors. The Salt & Pepper Chicken ($11.99) was a good shareable dish. The crispy pieces of chicken seasoned with maybe a tad bit too much salt, and the meat filling was a bit lacking compared to the breading, but it was enjoyable overall. The Boiled Dumplings ($14.99) were fine. The pork and cabbage filling wasn't amazing. The dumpling worked well with a mix of vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil (just a tiny bit of the latter for me, thanks) and didn't fall apart. The Pork Soup Pan Fried Buns ($13.99) were the one must-try which my Bay Area friend recommended, and she was right. The exterior does resemble the bao buns but are rolled thin and crisped up at the bottom. That part is the best as it's both crunchy and airy. The pork is really really hot inside, but after poking a hole and letting it cool enough, it was nice and juicy. Notably, it was not anywhere near as sweet as the XLB. Why couldn't they have just used this broth in that dumpling? Since only hot tea or pre-packaged drinks were available, I simply used the complimentary house water, which was served iced in a refillable plastic bottle. It was really odd that they threw in a lime wedge without squeezing it at all though. I barely got any lime flavor. Perhaps they should either squeeze the lime for us or let us squeeze it if they're taking on the expense of providing it? I can see myself returning to 四姐 Special Noodle for that excellent pork belly noodle soup and to try the variety of menu items which they have. I just can't rate it higher because it has to fire on all cylinders to justify the pricing. I didn't get to try the skewers, grilled seafood, hot pots, and other apps. There's a lot more available here than in the standard noodle soup meta, so it's definitely worth a try.

Yelp
Heard it's always busy with line, but we were able to get seated upon arrival. Scan to Order. Service is really not that great, some staff were nice, and some were not even professional and just ignored us. We ordered a couple of dishes, the crab steam buns (XLB) were good, spicy wonton is good, but it could be better with more sourness touch up, and surprisingly the deep fried mochi is good. The duck blood is close to the authentic version in Asia comparing to other Chinese restaurants in town. The eggplant with black egg is better at 湘味軒.

Yelp
A GREAT addition to the Las Vegas noodle scene. The noodles were so bouncy and QQ, and paired with the broth put it on a whole other level. The pan fried dumplings were super juicy and had such a great variation in texture. Everything on the table was spot on. Service was a bit slow, and the floors were a bit slippery, but whatever the food made up for it lol.

Yelp
Amazing and traditional Chinese food. There are many options to choose from. Enjoyed the food and the interior is beautiful! Must try at least once. I ordered the Malatang, which is a spicy Sichuan street food dish. If you love spicy food, you'd love this and is a combination of items mixed in a bowl of slightly dry noodles. You must try the pork soup pan fried buns. It was like a dumpling in a bun that is half fried and with a pork meat ball. Very tasty! Everything is ordered using a QR code and you have pictures of these food items. The wait wasn't too bad. We arrived around 8pm, but perhaps late night wouldn't be so busy. I would come back soon to try more dishes.

Yelp
Extremely diverse menu items. Always quite crowded in terms of the parking situation due to location and close proximity to other popular Asian eateries. Ordered their cold noodles because lots of spots around do not serve cold noodles in winter. It's a semi Chinese take on the Korean cold noodles. A bit on the sour sweet side of the spectrum. I think it's better to stick with other authentic northern noodle dishes because it seems to be their specialty. The shengjian is a little bit blend on the inside, need a little bit of flavor adjustments. Steam dumplings need bit juice in otherwise it's a bit dry. The service was okay. Overall, it's a value spot for vegas. Good lunch spot but it would be a hard spot to take girls to especially vegas girls. Casual dining recommendation for their specialty dishes : 4/5 To impress a girl for some action: 1/5

Yelp
Late night cravings brought us to 四姐 SPECIAL NOODLE in Chinatown Las Vegas since closing time was 2am on a Friday night. Remember Cafe Sanuki? Special Noodle has taken over that space and the food was flavorful, comforting, and filling! Our party of 5 were seated in a round, spacious booth. We started off with Steamed Soup Dumplings, Snow Flake Potstickers, and Pork Soup Pan Fried Buns, which were all fresh, hot and yummy! Perfect for sharing. I ordered the Spicy Eggplant Green Bean Noodle, which came with a side of shrimp broth. I really LOVED this noodle entree!! The veggies were so fresh. The regular noodle was perfect. Be forewarned though. The spice level was on fire! I like spicy, but this was a bit too spicy for my tastebuds, so I ended up picking out some of the red peppers. Overall, there are very many options on the menu and the dining area is spacious for small or large parties. I definitely need to return to try the Special Stone Pots and more!

Yelp
Came here for a Lunar New Year family dinner and it was great! I loved the festive dishes they offered, which we did order and it tasted great. We mostly ordered dinner items, I'd recommend the chefs special fried pork, clay pot tomato beef stew, eggplant, and pork belly over picked cabbage. We did get 3 orders of the pan fried pork buns and they were so perfect and juicy. Service was great ~ rice was included with our meal, chive dumplings were given for the new year and sesame balls (which were so good!) will definitely be coming back to try their noodle dishes, appetizers, and skewers. Interior is great, loved how it is decorated after the closure of cafe sanuki. I'd like to mention how great their plating/serveware is as well, definitely makes them stand out compared to other Asian restaurants.

Yelp
NEW RESTAURANT ALERT ‼ Highly recommend! I went with a group of 4. We all ordered random things from the menu and it didn't disappoint! Here is everything we ordered and tried: Pork Soup Pan Fried Buns 10/10 Steamed Soup Dumplings 8/10 Beef Wrap 7/10 Chef Special Fried Pork 8/10 Salt & Pepper Chicken 8/10 Lamb Mixed Noodles 7/10 Beef Mixed Noodles 7/10 Portions are shareable. Needless to say, we went home with a lot of leftovers. Service was great! I thought it was cool you search through menu and order through your phone using the QR code. However, the waiter or waitress will give you bill at the end.

Yelp
Nice clean and bright restaurant with good food and friendly service. You order straight from the menu on your phone with good pictures and descriptions of everything. The Peking style noodles were excellent, and the soup dumplings were very good.

Yelp
Food is good. Service is okay. They have a vast variety menu that goes on forever. It's a little overwhelming to finish the whole menu. I don't particularly like the rib rice noodle. But other than that it's pretty good. I might come back and try other stuff. I heard the skewers were good but I didn't get a chance to try them yet.

Yelp
Service was great. Very kind and prompt. Easy to order on a tablet with pictures even! The spicy pork soup dumplings were amazing and delicious. Also had the fried pork dumplings. Eggplant in a spicy garlic sauce was delicious. Must go!

Yelp
Food is delicious and service was great! Very friendly and attentive staff. Ordering is done on an iPad which was very simple to navigate, and the food came out quick and warm! I will definitely come back again and try more food options. My only down side is I prefer chicken, beef or seafood in dumplings and they did not have many filling options other than pork.

Yelp
Everything we had was delicious! Love the soup dumplings and beef noodle soup! Great environment and service! Servers were very polite. Will definitely be back when we're in Vegas!

Yelp
We've been here two times already and everything we ordered is super delicious and authentic. This visit we ordered the salt and pepper pork ribs and beef stone pot noodle soup. The ribs are cooked so well- tender and well seasoned. Most places where I order this dish the meat is over cooked and hard to eat. We really enjoyed snacking on the garlic, green onions, and bell peppers in this dish. We already started eating when the picture was taken. We had to order another noodle soup dish because the noodles were so tasty from our first visit. The soup itself was perfect, nicely seasoned and it tasted like a home cooked meal. We opted the 'no spice' option because we like to add the chili oil in our own bowls. The cucumbers were soo good they soaked up the broth. We will definitely be back to try more dishes. The dishes are meant to be shared so I feel the prices are reasonable and we still had leftovers to take home. Service is amazing and everyone is so friendly. I really like the thoughtful decor and ambiance.

Yelp
Very good food, soups are very tasty, service was excellent, servers & waiters are very attentive. We had the pork belly noodles, clams stone claypot noodles, braised beef rib noodles, squid skewers & soup dumplings. Tea was free. Dishes are fancy. Ambience is very nice. There's a lot of Chinese people eating here so you know it's good authentic Chinese food. Will definitely come back with friends. Noodle are hand pulled

Yelp
I love this place. Super authentic, kinda feels like you're in China. Food is too notch. They just don't miss on any of their dishes. Service and ambience are great as well.

Yelp
Special Noodle House is located on Spring Mountain and Decatur near Twain. There's good parking available. Soft opening was on November 27, 2024. They originally started in Bay Area, this is their tenth location. Inside is clean and spacious with plenty of seating for a table and booth. The dining area is magnificent, very elegant and beautiful with peaceful instrumental music playing, atmosphere feels calm and relaxing. Menu offers a great selection of pastry, beverage, hotpot, special stone pots, house specialty noodles and rice, special pot, clay pot, popular street food, wok fry entrees for pork, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood, option for veggie, chow mein, fried rice, soup, cold dishes, appetizer and sides, beer and wine. Started with Hot Jasmine Flower tea, it comes with the teapot. Cucumber Salad ($11.99) and Chinese Celery with bell pepper and Dried Beancurd Sticks ($12.99) is excellent! This is a cold dish that's light, appetizing, and very refreshing! Veggie Stuffed Pancakes (6 pieces, $6.99) is good and tasty! It's pan-fried Chinese pancake. Inside has rice, corn, green beens, carrots, and a subtle hint of cumin. The stuffed pancake is a little oily, it's good to enjoy this with a refreshing cucumber and tofu salad to offset the excess oil. Prawn Chow Fun ($16.99) is wonderful and delicious! Noodles are nice, chewy, and flavorful sautéed with succulent shrimp, bean sprouts, carrots, and scallions, it's really good! Sesame Ball (8 pieces, $9.99) is perfect! It has a lovely and crispy exterior, soft and chewy with yummy sweet red bean filling, it's amazing and a personal favorite. Service from Jerry and Atlas is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly. They're accommodating and super helpful! Ordering is placed using a tablet device which is useful and convenient in viewing item description and photos.

Yelp
Food here is AMAZING and so authentic!!! The Shengjian bao was crispy on bottom and light/fluffy on top with yummy pork. Tasted more similar to be to those in Shanghai compared to other places. The stir fry cabbage was also a favorite, it was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of salt plus tanginess. We also ordered the tomato egg noodles - noodles had great texture!!! The Chao mein was also delicious - The service was great too. The interior/decor is elegant and good for small and large groups both. Definitely want to come back and try more items.

Yelp
Came here late on New Years, luckily open for the holidays. Heard about this place because there is another location in SF. The food was overall delicious, some that were more memorable than others. The notable dishes were the homemade pastries (unanimous vote was the mochi bread especially!), pan fried dumplings, pork belly soup. The chow fun was lacking flavor, and I wish the sweet and sour pork was crunchier. The food came very fast as well! The ambiance was very pretty inside, and can accommodate large parties. Service was very friendly and efficient, upon calling they answered quickly. They checked up on us and told us they'll make any accommodations if the food isn't up to our taste.

Yelp
Very spacious and clean. It's a corner restaurant in a large parking lot. I came on Christmas Day and the wait was about 20 minutes at 11PM. A large section to pick from. You may get dim sum at any time of the hour or actual entrees. All decently sized and shareable dishes. Their noodles are freshly made. You order off your phone and their pictures with each item for easy ordering. Service is impeccable. They're quick and efficient. Definitely coming back. You can't go wrong with anything you order.

Yelp
Came here with family wanting to try a new restaurant and found our new favorite Chinese spot. We ordered way too much food and enjoyed every bit of it. The heat level was good, none of the skewers were smelly or gamey tasting, and the staff were very quick and attentive. Definitely a staple spot to take friends and family when they come to visit, or if you're looking for a good meal. We really liked the snowflake dumplings, the pan fried bao, the stone pot beef noodles, pan fried cabbage, the fried spicy fish, and yellow croaker. Will definitely have to visit multiple times to try out the rest of the menu. Looking forward to try to claypot dishes next time.

Yelp
Solid noodle shop with good tasting food. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone offered. We enjoyed a couple of vegetable dishes, a couple of meat dishes, and some savory buns The place is nothing special to look at but you are here for the food aren't you? The space is clean and orderly. The service is curt and efficient without a lot of personal touch which is typical for this type of establishment.

Yelp
The service was amazing, very attentive, always checking on our table. The food was also delicious! Everything was hot and fresh. The beef soup was so good. We're all very pleased We're coming back!

Yelp
Where do I begin? I was visiting Vegas for Christmas and our party of four needed some place for dinner. Our first option had a closed wait list, so we proceed to walk down to the sidewalk and see this place, and check out the menu. We all agreed it had great food options. Authentic flavors and so good, I failed to take pictures of our food. I did take a couple of our place settings and desserts. Service was friendly and fairly fast, considering how busy it was. They had a long wait list, and the crowd never died down. I would definitely come here again, if I'm in the area.

Yelp
This place has only been open for a month or so and we are so lucky we found it! My wife was craving some Dongbei (Northern Chinese food) and we found this place. It was amazing! Everything was delicious and the dishes tasted like we were back in Northern China. We were so glad to have found this place off strip and got there early enough so we didn't have to wait to get seated. The staff were friendly and can speak English and mandarin. The restaurant was spacious and created a homey vibe. We will definitely go back for more.

Yelp
Great food @ Special noodle. This is our 4th time coming here. We ordered their special stone fish noodle, fried yellow fish and XLB. 10/10

Yelp
Came here 3 days in a row! The food and service are great! The service is so helpful when deciding and the ambiance is nice where you're not hearing all kinds of conversations. The fish was amazing and the xlb perfect but don't tell too many people because I don't want it to get too busy Truly a grea

Yelp
Recently opened so we gave it a try. It's still new so the service is a little slow. We ordered 3 items. The soup dumplings, beef noodles soup, and the stirred fried pork kidney, liver, and intestines. The stirred fried pork never came so I didn't get to try that since we had to cancel. I did try their soup dumplings and the sichuan beef noodle soups. Dumping is good and fresh. The beef noodle soup is definitely a shareable pot cause it's huge (I guess for the price of 2). It has an after taste of the numbing tongue so I probably need to try something else next time I'm back. But if you like spicy food, give this new place a try!

Yelp
Amazing food and service!!! Definitely telling everyone to come we tried the green beans, the dumplings homemade noodles, Mongolian, beef and spicy chicken skewers and we got a complementary soup and a complementary sesame seed dessert Cute little place

Yelp
Have been seeing a lot about this place online and with a bud in town who wanted Dan Dan Mein, it was the perfect opportunity! Theirs was not blow your socks off hot which was nice. Also had a good peanut feel to it. Definitely is a go back just for that. Also did their XLBs, which were huge and didn't fit on their spoons. You only get 6 but they're big! Also got the Shanghai pan fried dumplings. Those wrappers were tasty themselves, but if you decide to get both too, make one spicy or a different filling so it's not so one note! Servers were great, bathrooms are clean! great new spot for spring mountain, will be back again!
