My party of 4 was seated right away on a Sunday afternoon around 12:45pm and it wasn't too busy.
Overall really enjoyed the meal! We shared the pork soup pan fried buns (sheng jian bao), steamed soup dumplings (xiao long bao), farmers stir-fry pork, orange chicken, old Peking minced pork noodle, and salt and pepper chicken wings.
Pork soup pan fried buns: 4.5/5 delicious! The dough wasn't overly thick, bottom was crispy. Although if I had to be nitpicky, I'd say I'd prefer to have less soup and more meat, since a lot of soup was gushing out and the meat to dough ratio was a little off with too little meat for the amount of dough.
Steamed soup dumplings: 4/5 not too bad, pretty standard. No complaints here. Preferred the pan fried buns though if I had to pick between them.
Farmers stir-fry pork: 4.5/5 loved this one. The pork was pretty thin and had both fatty and lean parts. My spice tolerance is generally pretty low but this dish wasn't too spicy for me. Would recommend eating this dish with some rice.
Orange chicken: 2.5/5 maybe this one was on us for ordering a non-authentic Chinese dish, but this dish lacked due to too much batter and not enough meat. Pieces were small and the very little meat we did get were pretty stringy.
Old Peking minced pork noodles: 4.5/5 loved this dish. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture after mixing the ingredients in the bowl together so my picture just looks like a bowl of cucumbers and carrots, but the noodles were delicious and had a nice consistency.
Salt and pepper chicken wings: 3.5/5 nothing too special, reminded me of something you could order from a boba shop that also sells snacks.
Service was good, food came out pretty quickly and consecutively. You order by scanning the QR code with your phone, and placing your order through the site. I would come back for the pan fried buns, farmers stir-try pork, old Peking minced pork noodles, and to try other dishes!
