Saturday growers market that opens at 10 am - Silly Goose Farm is a great place to buy eggs and collard greens. "Silly Goose Farm does not use pesticides or herbicides. We employ organic, regenerative, & permaculture practices to raise our animals and grow our produce. We also produce >95% of our fertility (soil) using 3 compost streams."

We had immense pleasure enjoying a country pancake breakfast and listening to an amazing violin and banjo music. We appreciate and look forward to seeing more wonderful events come from the Spencer Creek Grange:)

My wife and I took our dogs (one is a fully-qualified service/alert animal and the other is just REALLY well behaved). Everyone seemed to welcome us. We purchased a couple of items and I was waiting on my wife to finish her meal so I could hunt down water for my dogs. An older woman, Norma was her name I believe, came up to me and almost ANGRILY TOLD me she was getting my dog some water. She THEN proceeded to sit at the booth directly behind us and chatter with the booth owner, eyeball us, and did her best to make us feel uncomfortable. Got it. We wont be back.

Grange is very friendly to bicyclists, allowing our cars to park in their lot. It would be nice to have a water tap available outside, eh?
