Spero Rehab has been amazing for my recovery journey. Derek is great. He challenges me and will actually listens when I’m in pain or just not having a good day. Everyone from the front desk to the aids has been so friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend them for your therapy needs. Thank you to everyone at Spero. 💕

Spero Rehab is a good place for people who want/need physical therapy. However, there are areas to improve: * All staff should be trained "to be nice" at all times with patients * Same person (therapist) who is "in charge" of a specific patient should be with the same patient all the time so they can track of the patient's progress. There shouldn't be two or more staff people (therapists) in charge of a specific patient. There are times when I do not know who is working with me. * If a patient can be seen (helped) on a Friday after 3:00 pm, then a session shouldn't be scheduled. A patient cannot be rushed because time after 3:00 pm is over. Therapists know better than patients that time is required to get dressed or clothes changed so they need to understand and show more sympathy and not to rush patients.

This clinic is the best! Experienced therapist who really care and make it fun 🤩 Iv been coming here for about 3 years so Iv been treated by most of the OT and PT that work at Spero which is fine with me because they are all awesome! You can tell they truly care about their patients!! Maegan for OT and Mercia for PT are my typical therapist and I Love them Both! They are Knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond to encourage me and push me forward in my recovery. ❤️‍🩹

So far my therapy has been going well, thank you Julia. I completed my PT and am completely satisfied. The staff was very nice. It’s like a big happy family at Spero Rehab. My therapist, Julia, was very helpful and enjoyable to work with. Interns that worked with me were also enjoyable to work with. Kaylee is the only name I can remember, sorry I can’t remember the other names. Kind Regards

I had back surgery and needed PT to help heal, but also to correct all of the incorrect things I did to compensate over the years. Everyone at Spero is so friendly and listens to my concerns and goals. I’ve only had 10 visits but I already see great progress! I highly recommend Spero!

I have received two (2) full sessions of therapy at this point. I found the staff to be fully capable to complete their jobs. My current therapist (Emily) has shown me to be very capable to help achieve my goals for full recovery. My goal is to Walk Again

I have a special needs, medically complicated disabled son. He is 23 years old. Several months ago his insurance changed and the place he had been getting Occupational Therapy didn’t take his new insurance. Then about 6 weeks after that the place he was getting PT from shut down their neuro therapy program. So I was a panicked mom. My son needs therapy for his health and his quality of life. So I was searching for a place to take him to for PT and OT. That took his insurance. But I needed one that also worked long term with someone with complicated medical needs. A therapist at his old place recommended Spero rehab. And as it happened my mother had been getting PT at another Spero. So I made an appointment for evaluations to see if we could get both OT and PT for Edward. I was impressed as soon as I got there. Everyone was professional and friendly. The facility is clean and seems to be stocked well with therapy aids. My son has been going for over a month now. As we arrive the therapists greet Edward. Treat him with respect. They talk to him. Because he can listen and underrtand - unfortunately sometimes people do not do that. They work well with Edward. I have complete confidence that he will do well here. If you have a special needs child, especially one who is nonverbal you understand the fear in placing your child in someone else’s hands. I do not have that fear here. He is treated kindly, with respect and care. And still work on extending his range of motion and his abilities to work his body. Let me also say for parents whose child is in diapers. Should you need to change them the staff will bring out folding panels to give your child privacy To guard their dignity. I highly recommend them.

Yelp
They are the best at addressing the whole problem and the whole person. They treat you like family and want you to feel better. They listen and are available beyond the session through email and social media. Definitely a pillar of the community.

Yelp
I had previously given them a five but I called today to find out if their staff has all been vaccinated. They refused to disclose that information and said it was personal and they absolutely would not tell me. I know the physical therapist I had was not vaccinated and I quit going. I feel this is irresponsible. They also do not enforce their own mask mandate. Several clients without masks told me they were not vaccinated. COVID is real! I will never set foot in there again and definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Yelp
In 2017, I found myself with a very large bilateral herniation on L5/S1, and there was no choice but to surgically shave. I utilized Spero for my post-surgery rehab, and have been a fan ever since. The biggest reason I return to Spero Katy is due to the enhanced skills and attention to detail of all therapists. If you have a question, the therapists take time to try and answer in ways you understand. They listen to your concerns and complaints, and incorporate them into your therapy. They care about your recovery, and that matters. My favorite PT is Mike Wiechec, mostly because we speak the same language. That being said, all of the PTs I've observed in 2019 are caring and attentive. I would visit any of them as needed. A great choice for Neuro or Ortho PT

Yelp
Mike is super knowledgeable and his myofascial release techniques helped reduce pain in my daughter during the very first session. The location is more than an hour away from us so we can only get there 1x a week right now but our hope is that will be just enough to help her get out of pain enough that she can help herself in between appointments.

Yelp
What they do is a little different and much more effective! They're treating in a more holistic manner, asking what in my gait and my hip was causing me to have problems with my knee and foot? And they addressed it very well.

Yelp
I have a great team I see at Spero. I have EDS and their knowledge of the disease and how to treat the pain is amazing. I normally see Mike, Renee, and Chris. Mike has so much knowledge and is constantly updating his skills. He helps me work in n relaxing skills and helping me understand what is happening to my own body. Renee has magic hands! Chris is great at helping me stabilize and strengthen my joints. Awesome team!!
