26 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World

"On Sardinia, La Pelosa's bone-white sands and shimmering clear shallows are so valued that between June and September visitors must pre-book and pay an entry fee online and follow strict rules — use beach mats under towels, do not smoke, and wear your wristband — measures intended to prevent overcrowding; an Aragonese stone watchtower on neighboring Asinara completes the picture." - Anne Olivia Bauso Anne Olivia Bauso Anne Olivia Bauso is a travel writer and hotel expert based in New York City. Very pretty, but very expensive and full of people. First row 50 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) other rows 45. It’s very very full and very very beautiful. Depends on the kind of trip you are doing. And if you enter the website at 8 it’s almost sure you can buy. Parking paid, saw many people getting tickets on the way out, so pay for the hours you are going to stay.

Overall experience was a 3/5. What is good: - view and the sea was just so beautiful and a must see for sure What is bad: - parking is quite expensive (paid 15€ for 4h) - you need to put a mat below your beach towel - reserving is a bit stressful (tickets are very popular and so you should reserve by 8am (or 9am when the not fulfilled reservations get back online)) - place is super crowded; it is really hard to relax there - windy place; be prepared for flying sun umbrellas (so better get a anker for your umbrella)

One of the nicest beaches I’ve ever visited. Things to note if you want to visit: you need to book online in advance. There is an app and a website and you can only do it a max of 48 hours in advance of the day you want to visit. It’s not much money. You can’t put a beach towel on the sand or the beach police will fine you. You can use a microfibre towel or a sheet even. Or you can buy a straw mat for 6 euro at the info desk. Also loungers and umbrellas for hire. Quite a lot of parking but if you don’t want a long walk get here early. You can use machines, easy park app or pay the attendant. The beach is perfect for little people as it is not deep for a very long distance.

One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The water is so blue and tranquil. Plan ahead to either get a full day pass 7 days in advance which allows you to enter the beach at anytime on the day(s) you previously selected. Alternatively, you can obtain a QR code 48-hour in advance, however, you must enter during a specific time. You will also need to pay for parking which accepts credit cards. Plan in advance and you will absolutely enjoy your time here.

Lovely beach, one of my faves! I loved that it was shallow and crystal clear; though one must be aware that tickets can be booked online, and you can only book up to the next 3 days. Each day they open a new date for booking. Another important piece of information to note is that booking can be made starting from 08:00 AM local time. Be prepared to book right away as the tickets get booked quickly in high season.

Unreal color of the water. We arrived at 8 pm and there was a paid parking space above the beach. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. There is a restaurant above the beach.

One of the most beautiful and stunning beaches in Sardinia! Before to come here I strongly recommend to book online in advance otherwise there will be any chance to go there. If you didn’t book it, there will be an open entrance starting from 6pm.

There are so many people! There is so little space! This is ruining this place! The child wanted to go to the toilet but there was no water and we were sent to go to the sea🤯. Security guards are constantly walking around and checking for violations, and you are always in tension so that you don't get a fine because your child will accidentally make a hole in the sand, it's psychologically stressful and you can't fully enjoy the view, which is crowded with people and constant control. I recommend visiting in the evening after 6:00 PM or in the off-season, and preferably without children. The sand is very shallow and it's everywhere - ☑️. There are free spacious beaches with free parking nearby, I recommend them. And here it's not a vacation, but constant stress, so find a place, or so as not to violate the beach rules, and there are also problems with the toilet...
