I have been coming to Spice Deli for many years. The café is located near Finchley Road, which is a busy street — but thanks to Spice Deli, anyone can feel like they’re in a small village, surrounded by local people. Spice Deli has become like a port for many — a place where people drop in for all sorts of reasons. I come regularly because the owners, Tarun and Kim, have made this place truly special. Kim creates the most delicious food, putting her whole heart into both the taste and the presentation. Tarun makes the creamiest oat cortado and the most perfectly frothed iced coffee. The young team is always respectful, kind, and helpful. To me, Spice Deli is a space where people greet each other, chat, smile, and connect in a real neighbourhood way. I honestly can’t imagine my everyday life without Spice. I’ve met people here who were just stopping by — from Australia, Canada, the US, and more — and I’m still in touch with some of them. People keep coming back, and that’s the best proof of just how unique this place is.

Super friendly and welcoming staff and space, and great food! We went for brunch on a Sunday and had cappuccinos, the toasted cheese sourdough with green chutney and the anda Bhurjee (Indian-style scrambled eggs) which comes with possibly one of the best sourdough toasts I’ve tasted here in London! Definitely do check this place out!

Breakfast was decent but dont call the beans Masala beans when there was literally no Masala in them. They were just ordinary beans with a piece of cilantro on top. The Chai was nothing like a real Chai. It tasted weird like it was made with off milk.

Amazing friendly service, great coffee and tea drinks, the pastries are life changing (the pistachio croissant and butter chicken pastry are 🤯), the sandwiches/salads are creative & delicious, and the breakfast brunch menu is incredible (the chickpea bowl with poached egg and beetroot yogurt is one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever had). Lovely for takeaway or to stay in the nicely appointed downstairs dining room. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

My favorite place to eat in London. They are so welcoming and the food is delightful.the best avocado toast I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot being from California). The chai and matcha latte are both delicious, and the fresh juices are a great way to start the morning. I can’t believe how perfect the croissants are as well.

Been here a few times for dine in and takeaways. Nice cafe with good range of items on the menu for sweet and savoury. Coffee can be hit and miss - think it depends who makes it. Good is generally nice and on point. The desertsnare amazing. Staff are friendly. Will be back for sure.

Second visit! I don’t live around here but came all the way for this place. It has a homey welcoming vibe and the dishes are special and taste like they’re prepared with love💗 The oat decaf flat white was lovely, too, with this cool latte art, and had a perfect temperature and balanced taste.

Amazing cute cafe with very well designed selection of food for breakfast and lunch with a mix of the usual and more traditional dishes. Amazing pastries that are scrumptious, smoothies and coffee. Can’t wish for more for a great breakfast!

Yelp
Ate here 5-6 times on our recent trip to London. Absolutely amazing food! Lots of room to sit downstairs. Baked goods, salads, brunch items, all a hit! And one of the best matcha lattes around. Lovely service and reasonable prices. Try the avocado smash and cardamom pancakes! Can't wait to go back on our next trip to London.

Yelp
Great place to visit for takeaway or dine in. It's always a treat for me to come here for breakfast. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is comfy cozy with few tables on ground floor and a lot more seating downstairs. The food is not plain at all. It's flavorful, tasty, they use different ingredients and spices that I'm not normally use to but it all works very well and I enjoy it very much. Cardamom banana pancakes, poha with fried egg, froothie drink and their coconut almond minibundt cake--all amazing! Delicious!

Yelp
An excellent selection of food for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The changing range of salads are always healthy and tasty, and the breakfast selections from the middle east and India are different and keep me going back to try them all.
