I have been coming to Spice Deli for many years.
The café is located near Finchley Road, which is a busy street — but thanks to Spice Deli, anyone can feel like they’re in a small village, surrounded by local people.
Spice Deli has become like a port for many — a place where people drop in for all sorts of reasons.
I come regularly because the owners, Tarun and Kim, have made this place truly special.
Kim creates the most delicious food, putting her whole heart into both the taste and the presentation. Tarun makes the creamiest oat cortado and the most perfectly frothed iced coffee.
The young team is always respectful, kind, and helpful.
To me, Spice Deli is a space where people greet each other, chat, smile, and connect in a real neighbourhood way.
I honestly can’t imagine my everyday life without Spice.
I’ve met people here who were just stopping by — from Australia, Canada, the US, and more — and I’m still in touch with some of them.
People keep coming back, and that’s the best proof of just how unique this place is.
