Here are some of the things I liked about Spice House: The food is delicious and authentic. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Spice House to anyone looking for a great Indian meal in Edison, NJ.

Google
The service in Spice House was really good, and the owner and waiters were very friendly – 5/5 We ordered the gongura chicken and the paneer kadai, and while the spice level is good, they were very salty though – 4/5 The ambiance was alright, relatively simple – 5/5 It wasn’t particularly crowded for a Friday evening, but it made sense for Thanksgiving weekend While it isn’t a restaurant that I would go out of my way for, it is a restaurant that I would consider returning to in the future Overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the food

The Lamb Vindaloo wasn't on the menu, but they made it for me anyway. It was very flavorful and had a good spice level. The Chili cheese Naan was good. As well as the mango Lassi. It was thick with a lot of flavor. The service was very good. I would go there again if I was in town.

The food was really good and the prices were low. It came out relatively fast, and the service was great. Plenty of parking. Vegetarian and nonveg options.

Ordered daal makhni and fish curry which costed me almost $35 and let me tell you this was the worst daal makhni i have ever had in my entire life. Not fresh at all.. the fish curry was edible but we had to throw away the entire daal makhni. It was that bad.

Weekend lunch buffet available between 12 and 3pm for $20 pp. Small food selection for the price and the flavors were nothing special. Chicken biryani was somewhat disappointing with lack of spices. However, the Asian dishes, especially the noodles were very flavorful. We were the only non asian couple there, which usually is a good thing, but this time we were not impressed. The staff was very nice and inviting, but between the price and lack of selection it's unlikely that we'll be back.

Google
Would do with a little more ambience. The server looked very irritated and banged plates on the table . Food was very salty but was compensated with butter chicken ,Naan & gulab jamun which tasted much better . The mango lassi was overly sweet and tasted more like mango juice than a lassi . Falooda was OK. The hot & sour soup didn't taste anything like the name and again overly salty .

Yelp
I actually saw this restaurant from a yelp notification suggesting I check it out. The name sounded familiar but I didn't think I went before so it was worth a try. It wasn't very busy but it was a pleasant experience. It's not a high traffic area, the other shop space in the block were also empty businesses. The only workers I noticed were the owner and a waiter. They took our order, and if there were any other requests we had, they got it for us quickly. The food was good. The proportions look like they're small bowls but I consider it to be a really nice shareable size for maybe 2 and a half people. So it's enough to share between 2 people but it's plenty enough where neither would stay hungry. My group had 3 people so we ordered 2 entrees which both came with rice and a soup. It was enough where we had our fill and didn't take leftovers home. It's been a while since I haven't taken leftovers home from a restaurant. Some might think that it could be too little, but I found it to be the just right amount. Taste was flavorful and expected for what was ordered. I did order a falooda to go which I personally get excited for as I think it's such an indulgent combination. As expected it had noodles but it wasn't soft enough for me to thing it was that good. Most of the sugar came from the kulgi ice cream that was used so it wasn't aggressively sweet but a nice milky drink. I'd bring people to this restaurant again to show them what indian food is like. It's not crazy spicy but it is a comfortable kind of palette in their food

Yelp
Came in for a weekend buffet. It doesn't have an abundance of options which I kind of like because it can get overwhelming. They have a mix of indo chinese and Indian dishes. The noodles were one of my favorites. Samosas were also great. I really enjoyed the butter chicken and chicken biryani too. Asked for fresh naan and it was garlic naan! Freshly made was delicious with the fresh garlic and ghee on top.

Yelp
I ate here a few weeks ago with a group of friends. We were not holding back on the spending. None of us are Indian but we all love Indian food so we ordered appetizers, multiple naan breads, and our main meal as well as mango lassis. To say we were excited to try an Indian restaurant none of us have been to before is an understatement. I say this because from the moment we walked into the door we felt rushed, and given it was empty at that time and we called ahead the day before to make a reservation, this feeling was totally unwarranted! The weird vibes aside, everyone enjoyed their food. We had samosas and pakora for appetizers, chicken tikka masala, Hakka noodles, chili paneer, malai kofta and dal for entrees and of course- lots of naan! They had a great variety of naan breads. We washed it all down with our mango lassis, and likely would have ordered dessert if it wasn't for feeling like we needed to leave asap. Honestly, we laughed about being rushed the whole time and it resulted in some hilarious inside jokes, but at the same time, it's really rude to make patrons feel this way especially when they have just sat down to order! Had the service been a bit friendlier, this would likely be a 5 Star review.

Yelp
Ordered the paneer tikka lunch's special online - restaurant is directly across the street from my work so was able to just walk over and pick up which was nice. Reasonably priced and decent sized lunch portion. Tikka was flavorful and for the size I was surprised how many paneer cubes I got. Would definitely come back and try other dishes. I also got the gulab jamun dessert but forgot to get a photo....a little too saturated but perhaps they were sitting for a bit.

Yelp
I have never tried Indian chaat and a review from a Yelp friend got me tempted to give it a try. Unlike most of the restaurants on the Edison stretch of Rt 27, Spice House is on the northbound side. Signage is huge and professionally designed. Parking is plenty and easy. The interior is also well thought out with red and yellow ethnic theme. The menu contains Indian and Chinese dishes. I knew I was going to try one of the chaats so I asked the manager for his recommendation. As a result, I ordered Samosa Chana Chaat ($8.95). In the process, I learned that the manager isn't Indian but Bhutanese. That may explained the color theme? It took a bit longer to prepare despite no one else was waiting. I think that was because the samosa either had to be cooked to order or had to be reheated properly. The rest of the ingredients were cold and ready made and just have to be mixed/sprinkled in. Most if not all chaats are vegetarian, so I didn't expect to be wowed. But the taste was explosive! It was plethora of spices, temperatures, and textures. The samosa was hot and chunky, the yogurt was cold and creamy, the chutneys were sweat, the curry was spicy, and the nylon sev was crispy. It was fantastic! I am glad I had a positive initiation to Indian street food. I will definitely venture for more in the future! P.S. 5% off if paying with cash

Yelp
The menu at Spice House consists primarily of Indian dishes, although there are some Chinese and Hakka options too. The food was decent, although in general way too much sauce. Started with the drums of heaven (basically hakka style fried chicken chicken lollipops). I've had this dish at a few restaurants and love it, but thought that the ones here were not great. Just like the other food, they applied way too much sauce. Now I do like strong flavors, but this was just like eating sauce. Also I could barely make out any Indian/ Chinese/ Hakka flavors. The Hakka noodles were also disappointing. This just tasted like regular Chinese food to me. Slightly like Singapore noodles (from HK cafes), except less strong. Disclaimer. I did enjoy the Cumin chicken, as I'm a big cumin fan. This was flavorful with a fairly generous portion. Again too much sauce though. 5% cash discount. Large parking lot.

Yelp
I sat down for the lunch buffet on Sunday, 11/10/24 at around 12:30 pm. The food as usual was good, the curry goat and chicken were succulent and tender. However, about 10-15 minutes into my meal, the waiter serves me an unsolicited and unordered plate of carbs (chaat) and said "I made you this plate." I answered "I can't finish this." He responded "I already mixed it together." I thought this was uncalled for and inappropriate because I never asked for nor ordered this plate of carbs and I thought the waiter intended to fill me up with unnecessary carbs. It was also dangerous because I could have had food allergies to the food that was served to me without my asking. The reason I got to buffets is that so I can help myself to the food that I want and need. The very definition of "buffet" is: "At buffet restaurants, customers pay one flat price and then help themselves to an array of different foods arranged on hot and cold food tables." (source: Toast.com). That was what I was expecting and paid for. I did not expect a plate of unsolicited food to be shoved in my face just to fill me up. It violated the principles of "buffet eat-all-you-can" when a waiter who is an agent or servant of the business tries to serve me food I didn't order or want just to fill me up so that I would eat less protein. If a buffet eat-all-you can restaurant wants to limit the food intake of customers by serving them unsolicited food, that place should stop advertising as buffet eat-all-you-can.

Yelp
4.5/5 Came by for the weekend lunch buffet and it was definitely one of the better buffets I've been to! Plenty of selection and great quality too. The chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala were both some of the tastiest I've tried!

Yelp
This was good. Definitely a "return to" and enjoy again. Sag, lentils, chickpeas were all great. As was the naan.

Yelp
Damn spice house was on point. I went here recently for lunch time. In fact I went for a late lunch so I was the only person dining in at that time. The reviews were excellent on yelp and so I ordered a dahi puri and an aloo papdi chaat. Both items were presented so well and In actual ceramic serving dishes rather than paper/plastic plates. The papdi chaat was excellent. Flavorful, savory and fulfilled my hunger pangs. The dahi puri was excellent too. I wanted to try other chaats but I was so full. In the end, I ordered 2 cups of masala tea which were very good. Loved the taste and flavor This is definitely a spot I plan on dining again.

Yelp
The indian buffet is small but all the food we had was delicious!! The staff and the service was also great! I will definitely revisit again when we are back in NJ

Yelp
My family and I came to this place because it has overall good ratings. My advice to you folks thinking of coming here, is that unless you want be diagnosed with hypertension, then don't come here. The food was overloaded with sodium. Had it been less salty, it would've been a better experience, but all four of us, felt that the food was way too salty.

Yelp
Food is on point and very good. A must eat place if you like Indian food. I had the chicken Tikka it was amazing.

Yelp
First time at Spice House since my cousin wanted to get some good Indian Food. I wasn't sure what to order but we got the following: 1. Chicken MoMo -- everybody had said these were good but I didn't get the concept of it? They tasted like regular chicken dumplings but they weren't bad they were good actually. Just nothing really stands out for me to say THIS IS THE ONE. Idk i might be a picky dumpling eater. 2. Lamb chili masala -- the sauce was super rich and creamy. But the lamb could've have been more tender. The spice level was medium and it was cooked to perfection. 3. Goat Biryani -- The goat was superrrr tender in this. The rice was delicious as well but the goat was the star of this dish. 4. Garlic Naan: I love naans but the garlic added to this was *chefs kiss* I can eat 100 of these in one sitting. Not even being dramatic which is the bad part. Overall, food was good and I think I've found one of my go to spots for Indian food. Service was great and my food was made on time. I would def come here again to try the other dishes. I just wish we weren't so hungry and took pics of the food to post thought lol next time!

Yelp
Great food. Ordered the chicken Tikka Masala. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Staff here were polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable too! I got an extra entree to bring home to the wife and my bill was under fifty bucks including tip. Sorry there is no picture, I wolfed my food down!

Yelp
Come for a quick lunch. We ordered the chicken vindaloo, chicken curry home style, chicken angare, naan and roti. I asked for the vindaloo and curry more spicy and it was really delicious. Definitely coming back again!

Yelp
Highly upsetting experience on Sunday 5/14/23. I live nearly 30 mins away from the restaurant but was in the area and really missed the food here. I decided to get food to go for me, my partner, and 2 kids. I get inside to pick up what I ordered online and get told it will be about 5 mins. Great, I take a seat with my son and wait: almost 30 mins later it comes out. Not upset about the wait, things happen. But my children ARE getting fussy so I take my order and we leave, I got home and opened the bag to realize half of the order is missing. I definitely should have checked prior to leaving, but with me waiting 30+ mins while they finished, I (stupidly) assumed they would have put everything in. I gave the restaurant a call and explained the situation and ask to be refunded for the missing items. Instead, I get told that I can just come back. I explain it's not possible as I am 30 mins away (1 hour round trip) and there's school in the morning; it's simply not realistic for me to come back. The man I was speaking to said "not tonight, another time". I'm VERY rarely in the area so there won't be a time for me to come back, Hopefully my bank is helpful in getting my money back, but I won't be coming back here at all.

Yelp
5/5 for food taste, service and location .... love the food here . We tried a few items yesterday and it was just awesome .. gongura chicken / goat is very good here . Chinese fusion is also good . Tried chilly , 65, mutton chilly gravy and veg kabab - all awesome taste. Do consider them for ur party orders. You will never be disappointed.. Great job chef, owners and management ...

Yelp
I had been going to this location for a few years now but recently their quality of food has gone down a lot. Last time i got methi malai mutter and it was gross with undercooked peas that i threw it away. Prior to that i got a super salty paneer makhani that i also threw away without eating. This time i got a very salty paneer makhani again and i decided to call them. A lady picked up the phone and said im sorry, next time ask for low salt, thank you for the feedback. "Sometimes it may happen " and was rushing me off the phone. This place is always empty so seems more like a takeout place. Well, I will no longer be getting take out from here as I'm not about to pay $20 in this economy for food that I'm gonna throw away when i get home.

Yelp
The restaurant is in bad repair and was filthy! I would normally not stayed and ordered but it was the only place open. The young man that I ordered from only brought me 1 of the 3 items I ordered correctly. The butter chicken was actually surprisingly good. Not a place I would ever go back to!

Yelp
The best indo chinese food we've had in the US. We ordered 1. Hot and sour soup - perfect soup to go with the momos 2. Spice House Veg Momos - great flavor and filing 3. Crispy lotus root - these could have been made a little bit better as the lotus root was little hard 4. Chinese Bhel - amazingly good, definitely recommend it (I am a bit of a Chinese Bhel fan) 5. Hakka noodles - these were so good! Full of flavor and nicely made The quantity of the food is generous! We were so full that we had to take 30% of the food home to enjoy for later. Anyone looking for flavorful indo chinese in NJ should definitely visti Spice House

Yelp
This is a kind of hidden gem we found while going through Yelp. We especially drove 40 minutes on a weekday evening to try their chicken momos and it was definitely worth it. The momos are fresh and the wait time can be around 15-20 minutes as they steam it as per order. One of the juiciest I have had in the US so far. We also tried drums of heaven and goat curry with few breads and they also tasted really good. a must try if you are in the area or I would recommend a drive will also be worth it.

Yelp
Usually don't leave Yelp reviews BUT BE CAREFUL! I ordered the spinach paneer with rice from here via Uber eats and got severe food poising a few hours later. I was hospitalized for 3 days, you have been warned!!!

Yelp
Had momo cravings and decided to try a new place, since most places in Edison don't make anything close to what we know as momos. Was pleasantly surprised! Probably because this place has some Nepali staff and they really know how to make momos, since it is their native food. Was expecting the sauce to be authentic as well but that was a disappointment, especially since they gave ketchup. Ask for the spicy sauce if they don't serve it with the momos. 4.5 stars for the momos. We were informed of the 15+ min wait time beforehand. The momos were really big with a delicious minced chicken filling and $10.95 was totally worth it with 9 pieces. Feeling bold, we decided to order the Chicken Choila, another Nepali house special, since the manager seemed really passionate about it. Was BLOWN away. Juicy, super tender chicken, unlike any kebab you've had in Indian restaurants. Chicken grilled in a coal oven and later tossed with onions, mustard and fenugreek - this was a win for the evening. This place is popular for buffets and this was really a surprise find. Special thanks to the super friendly manager who came over to our table multiple times to chat with us and make sure we were satisfied. The wait time was 20+ mins but since they make this absolutely from scratch, we didn't mind. Next on the list is the sekuwa which is another specialty from Nepal. They also give free roasted papads with chutney, which was so delicious that we had to ask for another serving (and they so very graciously obliged)! Thank you Spice House for introducing me to amazing Nepali delicacies in New Jersey!

Yelp
I was looking for a low-key Indo-Chinese restaurant for birthday takeout with my family. This definitely fit the bill! I ordered on the phone in advance and there was a bit of a delay with picking it up, but overall I was very pleased. We got samosa chaat, lots of naan, chili paneer, chicken vindaloo, butter paneer, and chicken tikka masala. This food got rave reviews from our group. The raita on the samosa chaat was the perfect cooling complement to the spicy chili paneer. I would go back for sure!

Yelp
Indo-Chinese fusion is such a rarity cuisine and this place proves you why, with their amazing menu. We ran into this place when searched for Indian restaurants in Edison area. The reviews were mostly positive and we decided to drop my birthday dinner bet on this one. We entered an almost empty restaurant on a week day evening and were contemplating if we checked a different restaurant, online and if we made the right choice coming here. We were attended promptly and given a seat by one of the waiters. They have a plethora of options in the menu and it was delightful to see a lot of Manchurian options. We picked the Chinese bhel and Triple Fried rice based on some of the reviews that had mentioned them. We weren't sure of the quantity and went ahead and ordered a Steamed momo, cauliflower manchurian and cut mirchi bhajji. The food didn't take a lot of time to be served, except for the momos (the server gave a head up that it'd take at least 25 mins for it during the order). Now to the taste of the food - it was AMAZING and lip smacking-ly delicious. Everything was well cooked and had a soul to it. We enjoyed every dish as we worked our way through them. The portion was huge and that's something we weren't prepared for and we had to pack some of the food for the next day's lunch. The service was pleasant whenever the person who waited or the owner-look person who also served and checked on us whenever he was at the table. But the problem is, they weren't checking on us consistently and that was bit of a sour spot. Water was not refilled regularly and we had to wait until somebody came to us for serving food and again waited to get us checked out. It's understandable when you are having a busy day with staff shortage. But when it was quite the opposite, we only wished we were attended to, promptly. And the sofa seats were little bumpy with may be broken springs, inside. PS: Yelp check-in gets you a 5% discount for $30+ order.

Yelp
Amazing food and great service. Never ever seen fast service like this place. Food is awesome that never had any complaint so far. Ambiance is relaxing and comfortable. organized and attended many family and friends get together and all experienced same. Catering service is superb as well.

Yelp
I had come here expecting it to be a Chinese restaurant catered for Indians. Though it wasn't explicitly listed as a Nepalese restaurant, once I saw the momos on the menu, I knew I was in one. In the other Nepalese restaurants I've been to in Boston and the DC area, the what I assume is Nepalese staff looked like they were a mix between Indian and Chinese. The staff here though looked like they were from South Asia. In the other times that I've been to Nepalese restaurants, I ordered their thali and gotten familiar Indian dishes but the spices tasted different. This time I decided to order a Chinese dish, vegetable stir-fry, and gotten a similar experience. My dish had more cumin than what I was used to and did not taste greasy like the usual Chinese takeout. I was impressed. I also ordered fried momos for the first time. It was dry, again heavy on the cumin, and the sauces (mustard and some type of chutney) did not help. I liked it but I couldn't eat more than a couple. I'll stick with the steamed next time.

Yelp
Came here on Saturday, 10/2 around 7:30 pm and what a disaster. I should've known by the look of the unhappy patrons this was not going to be a good vibe experience. They had 1 waiter available for the entire restaurant and once in a while someone would come out of the kitchen (possibly the cook) to deliver food to disgruntled, waiting guests. We ordered 4 different items from the menu and although the food tasted ok, the wait in-between each item served was about 20 minutes. So, we received 1 item first, 20 minutes later, the 2nd item was served, another 20 minutes, 3rd item was served and so on and so forth. The family next to us got up and left because the wait was ridiculous. Another patron had to get up to go to the person working the register and ask them where was his food because he was waiting over 1 hour!! Overall, I would never come back simply for the poor service received in wait time.

Yelp
My best friend loves this restaurant, especially its Indo-Chinese dishes. I was craving it for a while and decided to order from Spice House. My friend mentioned their chili paneer is superb and so I ordered exactly that. All of the Indo-Chinese entrees are served with jasmine rice, which is perfect because the sauces stick perfectly with the item you order. As soon as I took my first bite, I just couldn't believe how tasty and flavorful it was. Indo-Chinese is easy to mess up, but very hard to perfect. But Spice House nailed it! The paneer is slightly fried because there's a crispy exterior. The dish also has diced pieces of onion and peppers. The three ingredients are stir-cooked in a schezwan sauce. I requested to make the sauce very spicy and hence the spice was kicking it with every bite. I loved my first attempt; can't wait to try other dishes soon.

Yelp
Really good food here. The chicken vindaloo was complex and spicy. The tandoori chicken was the best I ever had. Samosas also had many levels for spice. The place is appropriately named. Even the naan was top notch fresh and cooked perfectly. Resturant is immaculate. Sever was super nice. Will come back here from Bergen county.

Yelp
We visited in the middle of the afternoon on Father's Day. We had been there once a year for the last 7 years and we were never disappointed. But this meal was exceptional. We had the chicken curry homestyle, tika massala, aloo gobi and garlic nan. All the dishes were rich and savory and the spice did not overwhelm the flavors. The chicken in the curry was tender and moist. The massala was the best we ever had. The ambiance of the room was very plain but who cares! The service was very friendly. It is an hour from our home but we will make every effort to return.

Yelp
I used to come here all the time because the food is good, but they have poor hygiene, don't practice covid safety, and frankly don't care. When I saw the cook wasn't wearing a mask and talking over the food, I asked to please have my food remade by someone who is wearing one. The guy at the front was huffing and puffing, threw the bagged food to the side (because I didn't see this until I approached at the end) and told them to put a mask on. I said forget it and just wanted my money back. After handing me my card he said "we're all vaccinated"... Well you obviously aren't if you waited until then to say something. Still, you work with food during a pandemic. I'm so disappointed and hope they fix the staff issues soon.

Yelp
Spice House is one of my new favorite restaurants. Craving good Indian food we first went to a nearby place on 27 that turned out to be takeout only. I'm glad I happened upon Spice House. Its located at the former location of Spice Zone but it's Indian Chinese fusion. Sometimes when I see the word fusion, especially in the setting of a strip mall in NJ, I think of sushi rolls and bad Thai food. However there exists true og Asian fusion before it became a thing. Asian countries have their own take on their neighboring countries' food and have done so for a long time apparently. Coincidentally, nearby to Spice House is a Korean Chinese fusion restaurant which is also delicious. Spice Zone is even better. Chicken angare was delicious. Spicy grilled boneless chicken with grilled onions. Awesome flavor and tender from marination and seasoning. The garlic and tomato flavor was superb. Vegetarian momo dumplings were pretty good. Spicy with chewy skin but not greasy or stale. Paneer makhani was the highlight of the meal. Delicious buttery tomato curry with pieces of equally delicious Indian cheese. It could be related to factors such as how hungry I was, what I hadn't had in awhile and what I was craving, but this was the best dish I've had in a long time eating out. Dipping with their excellent Naan bread or eating the curry with rice both worked great for this dish. Speaking of the Naan bread, what a great deal for super deliciousness. A nice sized order of garlic naan is only 2.95. Chili cheese naan is 3.95. Take note Papa Rich with your overpriced roti bread! The samosas were also awesome. Fresh and tasty and big. They were also an excellent value at only $5 for 2. Reminded me of piping hot samosas I would get from little shops in Manhattan after a long night of hanging out. So far, having moved to the part of Central NJ I'm at, I'm still searching for good pizza but Indian food has been a big hit.

Yelp
My family and I had a lovely, lovely dinner on a Tuesday night. We we're celebrating. The place is also BYOB which is always a huge plus in my book! We tried the momos, both veggie and chicken, cauliflower Manchurian, noodles, eggplant, and naan. We also had a complimentary Raj kachori chaat. Everything was delicious. A lot of great flavors. It's Asian and indian fusion with some Nepali as well. The owners and managers are very nice and the space itself is bright with a lovely atmosphere. This is a great new edition to the central Jersey scene. You don't have to go to Oaktree for the flavors!

Yelp
I was craving for Biryani and looking for good restaurants since all other restaurants doesn't have the same quality anymore. And then I came across this new Spice House restaurant and wanted to give it a try. So, I orderd Methi Malai Mattar & Garlic Naan which was good. I also, ordered Goat Biryani and I was amazed with the quality. It was great, well marinated, enough meat and lots of flavor. I really liked the food; great quality and quantity. When I picked up the order, they can me Gulab Jamun as complimentary. It was very fresh and delicious. Thank you! I would definitely order again from Spice House!

Yelp
I have no words! The food is phenomenal! I've never had such good pan-Asian and Indian vegetarian food. I'm obsessed, I'd give all the stars in the night sky if I could. You must eat here if you're ever in New Jersey!

Yelp
Veg American Chopsey was a total delight. Sezwan Noodles and Chilly Garlic Rice were little less in salt so was little tasteless but overall food preparation was good.

Yelp
Great Indian food and superior service. If there's something you want that's not on the menu, they can most likely make it happen, and make it happen really well. I'm not one to take advantage of a buffet, but theirs is top notch. The place is also really clean, including the bathrooms. Props to Sam for always making me feel at home when visiting for a meal. Give this place a shot, you won't be let down!

Yelp
Great spot with amazing food! Employees and location are of no complaint! Close to many convenient spots as well. I loved the Garlic Naan and Chicken Tikka Masala. The service was so-so but for the price and quality of food, I suggest you give this place a try!

Yelp
I visited Spice House this afternoon with a friend from New York City who was shopping at the nearby Costco. The restaurant is conveniently located on Route 27, just less than a mile from I-287. The staff greeted us warmly and seated us immediately. We each ordered chicken tikka masala and naan. The tikka masala was served in private urns and arrived with sides of fluffy rice. The food was well prepared and delicious. The seating was comfortable and the room quite spacious. My friend and I chatted over our meals for nearly an hour. The manager dropped by our table and thanked us for our visit. I would recommend the place and hope to visit again soon.

Yelp
WORST FOOD AND SERVICES EVER. After reading all these reviews, i went there today this is worst buffet place so far ive ever been. The food was way to cold, like completely cold, they had pao bhaji and chicken tandoori on stater, pao was like tosted in the morning and left it like that and tandoori was dead cold, when i checked, there was no burner under the food containers, when i informed the server he was like, sir actually there was only one burner under there now we put two. For the price of 15 all u get is one stater which is cold tandoori chicken and main course will be mutton rogan josh and tawa chicken. Biryani, paneer and daal. All the food was way too cold, except the naan Plz dont waste ur $15 per person meal here. Food Service Ambience BEFORE YOU START EATING ANYWHERE CHECK THE FOOD.
