5-Star Review "Absolutely incredible experience at the spice house! My mom and I lunched here today, and the flavors were simply divine! We ordered the oxtails and lamb chops, and the chef truly outdid themselves. The oxtails were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. If you're a fan of Caribbean cuisine, you NEED to try this spot! The real MVPs, though, were our server, Shamyra, and the chef! Shamyra was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like family. Her recommendations and warm smile added a personal touch that made our experience even more special. And the chef? Genius! The flavors, the presentation, the love – it's clear that this team is passionate about sharing their culture through food. If you're looking for authentic Caribbean cuisine with a side of exceptional service, look no further! We'll be back, and we'll be bringing friends!" 5 stars isn't enough – I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

I went to Downtown Peoria to catch the Bus home to Atlanta, GA. I had experienced a great 70 year old Birthday Party Reunion with my High School Class of 1973, AOL/ Spalding. I had 2 1/2 hours, before the bus arrived. I went to Spice House Restaurant....right down the Street. I had a delicious Wrap! The meal was Outstanding. The Customer Service was Phenomenal. Everyone was extremely Friendly and Helpful. I definitely will be back! Great dining experience.

The band the singer the ambiance everything was perfect! Plenty of free parking the servers were really nice as well. Now the bad, the food was overpriced especially for the portion they give you but the food is pretty tasty.

Me and my family wanted to try this place because of a flyer that we seen for Specials on Thursday Night just to name a few five dollar margarita’s five Dollar crab legs after 7 five dollar fish and a lil more Only to get there it was told that they’re not sure if they’re doing crab legs tonight they told us that they was out of fish. The server came back and told us they’re doing crab legs, but it’s not until 8 o’clock me and my party got there at about 6:40pm Order some drinks that was not great. My sister ordered a margarita the Server brought the margarita to the table and said oh the frozen margarita machine is broke so I brought you this. My husband ordered the lamb chops broccoli and mashed potatoes the Server brought his food out And told us They were out ofmashed potato so I just brought you peas and rice. It would have been more helpful if the waiter came back to the table and told us that they was out of these things instead of picking a side dish and not having any care in the world. We finally got our crab legs that we was hyped up for, but we could’ve made those at home. The tables were dirty. We had to ask can we get the tables clean and it looks like the server had an attitude that we asked we asked for some water on the side. The server came back 20 minutes later and was like oh I forgot so by this time we was done, we was ready to go. They brought our ticket out. I looked over my ticket before my husband paid the server, added a drink that we did not have and when I told her about it, she told me well He ordered two drinks Mind you we ask for crown apple and she told me they was out so we got two Jack Daniels, but was charged for Jack Daniels in Crown Apple so I explained to her the drink that you’re charging me for is more than the drink that we drunk. She had an attitude and said OK I’ll take the dollar off. I told her you also put a margarita on hmy ticket and we did not order that she looked at me and was like oh OK Do you want me to take it off I’m looking at her like what do you think It’s sad to go out and you spend your money and people think nothing of you. If you don’t like your job go find you another one. I would not recommend this place to anybody..

Google
Positives: chicken wings are juicy and tender. Flavor profile ok. The decor is also very nice. Negatives: I am a quiet person so this place is not for me. It is way to loud especially for a brunch time. Dinner i could understand but brunch is not clubbing time. The food: I got chicken and waffles. This is a simple meal but it took them +45 mins to prep meanwhile my table had got their food well ahead. The chicken breast was dry, and had no unique flavor profile. It also had a bit of a taste to it i couldn't describe but I wasn't a fan. Could have been a bad day for them but was not a good first impression.

We went for a birthday celebration and we got the rasta pasta with salmon and shrimp and one person got the jerk chicken, we all enjoyed the food. The service was just ok but I'll give her grace as I believe she was the only server that evening. I know that it was a Sunday but they could have music playing that didn't have ads. I mean a youtube music subscription is only $10.99. Overall we did enjoy our food and would return on a lively evening.

Monic B.

Google
Food was amazing. It is my birthday, so we celebrated. I had the seafood dip and ox tail rasta pasta, and my sister had the ox tail egg rolls and the jerk chicken dinner, I also tried the rum punch

Neke S.

Google
The service was amazing. 10 stars for my server Niko, serving great energy, serving joyful faces, serving these hot meals and fast drinks like nobody’s business. Spice House the Rasta pasta was slammin. The non-alcoholic fruit punch was ON POINT. I live on the south side but I shall be making that drive over to the East to come back again. Thank y’all so much!

Ashley M.

Yelp
Cool vibe and everything but they charge for everything. $18 for just Rasta pasta and $8 to add chicken. And it's 5/10. The hookah is 40 but you have to pay for flavor which is $5. Ive never paid for flavor. The waitress was ok. Could be better. Probably won't come back.

Yelp
The minute we walked in we were greeted with kindness. Our server (Dante) was very polite and courteous. He even realized that he interrupted my sister and I praying over our food without noticing. So he came back to lend a very sincere apology even though we weren't even offended lol it was sweet. The ambiance was great! The chairs are so comfortable and it's a nice little vibe inside. The music was very good. Although, there were some songs I'd prefer not to hear in a public restaurant like this with such vulgar words. But majority of the music was appropriate and that good o'l 90s early 2000s vibe RnB & hip hop. I actually mentioned the choice music to the dj when he asked and he totally agreed with me lol so that was nice. Now on to the chefs (Diamond & Vance) and the food 10/10 highly recommend! That DIP?! Omg..... I've never had seafood dip so delicious the wings were good as well, maybe just a BIT salty... but not overwhelming. I still enjoyed them. The oxtails egg rolls were good as well. My favorite thing was the DIP! lol the seafood Mac and cheese was also very good. yeah come here and enjoy

Yelp
Second Time coming here, I ordered salmon with mashed & broccoli and Wings with macaroni. Both meals were around $32 the wings was a good portion and taste great, The salmon was different from the last time I had it , wasn't too please with the type of salmon they used it was very small and the portion overall was very small considering the price. Other than that the taste was pretty good my only complaint is the salmon type and the portion.

Yelp
I've been a fan of spice house for years and I'm so glad they decided to open a location in Lithonia. This was hands-down the best location out of the three that I've tried in the metro Atlanta area. I came in on a Friday during lunch and was greeted by the staff immediately and ordered the Jerk Chicken lunch special. The food was so delicious especially the cabbage it had so much flavor and spice and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend you come and get this dish and have a taste of the authentic flavors.

Kisha G.

Yelp
Toddler Food! I literally go there for their egg rolls. The crust is crunch and they are nice sized! Since they've switched kitchen staff, the rolls a baby sized, soggy crust and more cabbage outside the roll than inside. Two orders were $42 dollars? Diabolical! Go to Harolds, up the road. Their portions are at least considered an ample snack!

Yelp
Parking is tight. You can pay for valet parking closer to the door. The ambiance was nice. Of course there is hookah and a DJ. My cousin and I sat at the bar. The bartenders were very nice. My Rasta pasta came out dry and the bartender returned it to the kitchen to get it fixed for me. I'm said the Cascade road location isn't coming back. I don't know how many times I will drive to Lithonia for my favorite Rasta pasta. The Midtown location is a no for me.

Tricia P.

Yelp
Food was great, the drinks are delicious and the hookah was on point. The bartender was doing her thing and she was attentive. If you love Caribbean music this is the place for you, it's definitely a vibe.

Yelp
Spice House Lithonia is a small restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. WARNING: The parking is very limited and there is a cover charge of $10. My friends and I went to check out the live band. We were offered the opportunity to reserve seats online for free, so I reserved three. Well, don't waste your time because the seating was nothing like the layout online. The available tables were created for two guests, which was disappointing. We had to sit all the way in the back of the restaurant, however, the elevated positioning allowed us a clear view of the band. We ordered oxtail egg rolls and shrimp for appetizers, which were pretty good. My friends ordered a seafood bowl and salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. They stated that the entrées were okay and that the broccoli was bland. On a brighter note, the band was amazing, and the lighting effects were very entertaining! I would return to Spice House Lithonia to enjoy the live music, but it's not my new favorite spot.

Yelp
A friend ordered takeout from here and recommended the oxtail egg rolls, so I decided to give them a try. I figured you can't go wrong with egg rolls. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Based on the reviews, I expected something flavorful, but these were bland and overly stuffed with cabbage, tasting more like basic vegetable egg rolls than anything else. The sauce helps a little, but even then, they left an odd aftertaste. 0/10

Yelp
This was my second time here but definitely the best time! I heard they had a happy hour and it's one of the best there! $5 appetizers $10 drinks $15 hookah and not only that on Thursdays they have oysters forc$2 and $5 crab legs! The specials don't run at the same time though! The food Not to over exaggerate but everything was so good! Oxtail eggrolls: 9/10 Oxtail Rasta pasta: 10/10 perfect amount of flavor and actually a good amount of oxtail! Crab legs: 9/10 I'm not a big crab leg fan but these were good. A little on the small side but good. They had a Cajun flavor and garlic butter. Oysters: 10/10 enough said Wings: 9/10 could have been a little more seasoned. We also ordered lemon drops which weren't my favorite. They tasted a little soapy like too much syrup and been used but were very cute. Our server Sisi was amazing! Very attentive and gave great suggestions. The ambiance was so cute! They had a stage where there was a host and Dj for the karaoke night! A great place for a date night or girls night out!

Yelp
I had fun. It's like a good restaurant with a good vibe. Not valid it's more lounge than anything they still have a bar you can sit at. DJ wasn't bad and my biggest pet peeve was I asked for my check to be separate from the group and she still bundled my part with the table. Which mistake or on purpose kinda makes rubbed me strangely either way. I would come but recommend...still undecided. But nonetheless them oxtail egg rolls was worth burning the tongue for. Plus the dip was beyond a perfect pairing that I really couldn't fault them for twist of two cultures. I just kept eating and adding that sauce.

Yelp
I've visited this Spice House location a couple of times, once for their karaoke night and most recently to meet a friend for brunch. I decided to write this review because of the service we received. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, and I have to give a special shout out to Nay, the bartender who took care of us when we came in. The host hadn't yet arrived so we weren't sure if we should just sit anywhere, and Nay directed us to a table and continued to be our primary server, even though she's the bartender and when we arrived she was the only bartender working. Only the brunch menu was available (which was a bummer because the curry chicken is sooooo good!), but I had the crab cake hash which was tastier than I expected. I don't normally eat seafood, so I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The dish included potatoes, tiny shrimp and one small crab cake with a remoulade sauce, and the sauce is what made it all come together. Keep in mind that this isn't a seafood restaurant, so it is what it is. My friend had the veggie omelet, and she enjoyed it. We shared the oxtail eggrolls, and while they tasted good overall, I can't say that I tasted much oxtail. On my earlier visit, I had the curry chicken and honestly, I would have ordered one to eat there and one to go, that's how good I remember it being. We both had the rum punch, which is a 10/10 winner on a fruity drink. This location has plenty of parking as it's located in a strip, and we didn't have to wait to be seated, which is a blessing in Atlanta for Sunday brunch. We arrived a little before 1pm and were prepared for some wait time but we just beat the rush because a short while later the restaurant was full. Happy Eating!

Yelp
I been coming to this location for a little over a year. I'm not sure what's happened but the service has gone down tremendously. My server was Dasia and after we got our oxtail eggrolls they were cold and not crispy at all. We told her and she proceeded to help other people. So I told the manager since she didn't make it known what she was going to do. The manager helped me out and told me to let her know if we have any other problems. The new eggrolls came out and were much better. Afterwards , I tried to order some turkey wings and told Dasia. She never placed the order and then gave us our checks without a word. I gladly paid and left . Something tells me if you mess up eggrolls then the wings would be just as worse. So I won't be coming back here. Also the gratuity was included in my check.

Yelp
Made it to brunch. Taste great. Service on point. Now I can say I've been several times of the day, and there still good with me.

Yelp
This is my 2nd visit and I enjoyed myself so much the 1st time I decided to bring my fam from out of town here. We came the day after Valentine's Day so they still had love in the air and the Valentine menu availability which was a 3-course meal for $80. There was a lot of confusion with the menu and items being served ‍ One server told us the items that were available to order off the menu because we had no intentions on spending $80 for food from the day before ‍ Then a 2nd server came and told us the Valentine menu was the only thing available for the day This server went and told a few tables this misinformation so the ppl at the table behind us got up and left and guess what??? We were right behind them but then the 1st server chased us down walking out the door to ask us why we were leaving and we explained just for her to tell us that information was incorrect and to come back and sit down she would take our order At this point I'm wondering if we're being pranked Anyhoo we were able to order food and drinks enjoy the music and vibe! Ppl were smoking their hookahs and this story ended well check out my vid and until next time SYOY!

Yelp
Security was seating people as there wasn't a hostess which is required for any restaurant. That should've been a red flag however we still decided to give it a try. After being seated and having waited for 10 minutes a waitress walked past and asked have we been helped which we had not. She took orders and went on her way. The pinacolada frozen drink was disgusting and tasty like it had melted and then was refrozen. I told the waitress that it tasted sour but I still had to pay for it. We ordered different drinks and appetizers which we ok. While we were enjoying the live band the waitress came over and said she was leaving at 11:40pm so she needed to close out our tab but would bring our new waitress over. Needless to say that never happened. We paid the tab and she disappeared. We stopped another waitress and was told that she put my drink order in but she never did. So after the frustration we stopped the bus boy cleaning the tables and he at least gave us to go containers. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

Yelp
Spice House !! Parking this trip was free maybe because it was during the day. I went another time at night parking was $20 for what I'm not sure. We went on a Sunday around 1:30pm places wasn't as packed no long wait. Staff at the front seem a bit lost on what they were doing. But we were seated. I had once again the chicken and waffles. I tend to always pick this it seems ℓℓ. My partner had the Steak and eggs. Which he stated were good. Men are so simple to please. As you can see in the photos/videos below my Waffles were soggy. Chicken was well seasoned I truly enjoyed. Ace punch is always a hit . Spice house layout is cute. Decor could upgrade but it's a nice spot I've been there about 3x. But this was my 1st time there for brunch I will return of course

Yelp
I thought I did this review a while ago but it is time. This establishment is pretty amazing. I went years back and it has maintained its palatable integrity. This is a are thing with the every changing ownership of ATL restaurants. The Jamaican food has a kick and the variety is vast. I love the fact that it is an area that wouldn't be viewed traditionally as nightlife/ dining. My only regret was I didn't get the plantains ( my mistake).

Yelp
Attended with reservations Sunday at 1230. Arrived closer to 1145am. There was only one other table/ they had a DJ at 12 which was good. The food was pretty good. Note the egg rolls are a tad spicy. Chicken, waffles and French toast are all good. Our waitress was really attentive. The punch...beware! Strong but good

Yelp
We had my husband birthday dinner at Spice House I called and made reservations for 15 guests and I requested to have Terry the best server there and OMG she was fabulous the food and drinks was so good. Great Service all my family and friends Loved it, oh and the DJ too was amazing

Yelp
Went here for a "date night" w/ the hubby, or as he likes to say, not a date night, just went to get sumn to eat! Anyway, the food was ok. Since it was kinda late, I only got an appetizer which was the jerk eggrolls. They were ok..mos. def. NOT jerk at all! My husband got the oxtail eggrolls and curry chicken. They were both ok. Our waitress was very attentive! We will be back to enjoy the other items on the menu, but an earlier time. I forgot to add, that there is a 18% service charge auto. added to your check! WTH!! Don't know why, it was only 2 of us!

Latrice N.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of hosting my best friend's 40th birthday party here at Spice House Lithonia. Our experience was every thing I could have asked for when it comes to ambiance, service, and food! Seven was the sweetest host!! She took care of my reservation for close to 20 people and bottle service. She came over and checked on us a few times ensuring that all guest were happy and full throughout the night! Also, shout out to the waitress that was assigned to our table!! I can't recall her name but she was an ABSOLUTE professional gem too!! These two ladies worked tirelessly to ensure hookah was flowing, drinks were flowing, and food was of abundance. The food is such a hit!! My crew had just come from a sit down dinner and still opted to eat. Everyone loved the dish they ordered!!! I tried the honey wings and egg roll. It was chefs kiss!!! To say that I was impressed overall is an understatement. HUGE THANKS for making our experience PERFECT!!!

Yelp
On my home from hair appt and starving! first time visiting this restaurant so let's get into it I don't know about anyone else but I am a service snob ! Good vibes and good customer service for me goes along way since this was my first time here I let my waitress know and she proceeded to give me the run down of the menu and I loved her positive friendly energy! ( shout out to Sierra) So the fried green tomatoes nice and crispy soft from the Center and the Rade sauce was sweet and spicy definitely a perfect combination. The pasta! if you don't like spice this is definitely got a little bit of kick to it for me just a little bit too much but still great flavor I did order a side of lamb chops and I have a slight complaint I'm going to put the photo but clearly one of the chops wasn't chopping. It look like a half of a chop lol .. but you know I'm not Trippin I'll say something and if they fix it great if they don't I'm not going to make a big deal about it. The flavor is great and chops are tender! My drink was great! Strong update on the lamb chop my waitress immediately addressed it took a picture and next thing I know there was a new chop coming out hot and fresh from the kitchen! Double down on great customer service Welp... all I can say is stop bar, great for groups, solo or date night. This Caribbean corner is definitely in my top 10 favorites!

Yelp
Came to have brunch with a long time friend for my first time in Atlanta in 21 years. The place is huge with amazing decoration, with a live dj playing music from all over the world and all genres. Upon my arrival I was greeted by YAYA the bartender as we sat by the bar. YAYA was amazing and provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Both my friend and I had the Chicken & Waffle Brunch Special and it was amazing. There is nothing bad that i can say about this establishment and I will always return when I'm in the ATL Area. The entire staff are polite and friendly, great food and drinks, great music and most of all great vibes. I strongly recommend this location to any and everyone.
google avatar

Sabrina A.

Yelp
The food was beyond compare. The customer service was top tier. The ambiance was inviting and they had a live Dj too. If you're looking for a good time paired with good food I promise this place is worth the drive. The brunch menu was very affordable and the portion sizing will leave you full! I had the Escoveich fish and grits from chef Shay she's the bomb.com
google avatar

Yelp
This was my first time going with my girl and we loved it. The food 9/10. The vibe 10/10. The service 10/10. They had music and a DJ and bar. The escovich grits were top tier. That fish was light and very well seasoned it's been a while since I've had fish that good and seasoned. Overall experience 9/10!! Go try them out won't be disappointed!

Yelp
The vibe was nice, food was amazing and very tasteful, the service was pleasant, and the drinks were strong! Definitely want to visit here again and try new dishes!

Yelp
This a cute restaurant lounge with a live dj. It wasn't really busy on a sunday. We were recommended the seafood dip... unfortunately it was not good at all. It was very watery and the flavor just didn't taste good. The salmon was seasoned extremely well and the pasta was tasty. As for the oxtail rasta pasta we enjoyed the oxtail it was very tender and flavorful but the pasta had what i'm assuming is oxtail juices/gravy in it making the entire dish watery. If it didn't have that juice it would have been a perfect dish.

Glenda A.

Yelp
The food was very delicious the service was not great but the entertainment was good.

Yelp
The Spice House is located at 2617 Panola Road Lithonia, GA Suite 105 directly behind the Dairy Queen. Their Health Score is 93= A on July 29, 2023. Parking is horrific, because the restaurant is in a plaza with several other business. So get there early. Men be prepared to be patted down by security for weapons and Ladies be prepared to have your purses or bags searched upon entry. The Food is great and seasoned well. I was in a party of 25 people and we ordered a variety of different things on the menu from Seafood Lobster Mac and Cheese, Fried Green Tomatoes, Oxtail Egg rolls, Turkey Wings Dinner, Honey Lemon Pepper and Garlic and Herbs Wings. Everything was delicious. Getting seated was a challenge for a party our sized even though we made reservations, so be patient. We were only assigned one server and she did a great job but she could have definitely used some help. The Ambiance for me was extremely too loud. They have a live DJ and the music was great but too loud for me. I'd recommend this place for some good Jamaican Food. It was the Fried Green Tomatoes for me.
google avatar

Riquel J.

Yelp
I was really wanting try this restaurant out until I found out I had to pay Valet for an empty parking lot. The restaurant is in a smaller trip of just a few other establishments. I feel the valet parking was a bit over kill. I didn't even get out of my car.
google avatar

Ronette T.

Yelp
The service we received was deplorable at best... The server only entered a portion of my order (although she confirmed each item verbally) I only ordered sides because half the menu was unavailable. Our food came out a single dish per person in 5-10 minute intervals. While we were awaiting our drinks our server left & came back with her own drink. A couple arrived after us ate & were leaving when the last of my order (the appetizer) arrived. You wouldn't need such strict "House Rules" & automatic 18% gratuity if you provide decent customer service. It took our server 4 different attempts to get a check for 4 split into two COME ON!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
google avatar

Shanell P.

Yelp
My favorite meals are the oxtail & jerk chicken egg rolls, the jerk chicken dinner, and the lobster Mac & cheese. Music could be better but overall it's a cool spot & I enjoy the food. Customer service is also pretty good. I would recommend this place.
google avatar

Katrina G.

Yelp
I came here with friends for a birthday dinner. Our server was kind and super helpful. I ordered the jerk chicken egg rolls which were very subpar. Parking lot gets full due to it being a shared parking lot with other popular venues.

Yelp
Both of my clusters looked like this. I was advised by waitress that unfortunately some are like this. And I was not able to get a FULL cluster. The flavor was ok :(

Yelp
For some reason one of my friends just HAD to be out and about the entire weekend so we did what friends do- get some great food, good company and great drinks. For our nonstop weekend - we decided to do Spice house for brunch and here's our review : Parking - the parking lot is tight but you will find some. Restaurant - oh my goodness.. the restaurant is in a weird spot so if you get a seat by the door it maybe too dark, if you seat up on the step - it maybe too hot and sunny. If you sit at the bar - you may not be able to see the full restaurant and look awkward tryna look around at ppl. We opted for the too sunny spot and boy was it hot lol like FORREAL we were hot with the shades down. Waitress: our waitress was really pretty (like yung Miami's twin) and nice. BUT she took forever to come back most times. Like forever! Food: My friends enjoyed the food. It was mediocre to me lol in fact - the location downtown had me singing and dancing the food was so good. This food.. sigh you could only order the brunch menu and it was okay. My drink was bomb ! Delish and perfect. I ordered the red snapper and to my surprise it wasn't a lot of onions/peppers and it was fried! For $38 I would have for sure thought I had the option of it being grilled and or them telling me it wasn't and it came out nasty and fried. Really disappointed. The three stars is truly because me and my friends had a good time in each others company but I think I'll stick to the downtown location.

Yelp
Enjoyed a Wednesday night out at Spice House with my friends. The vibes were great, the live DJ was lit, and the food was fire. I started with the Spice House Rum Punch which was awesome because it comes in a take home bottle if you don't finish it. We also ordered a blueberry mint hookah which was OK but I felt like it went out pretty quickly. Now to the food! For an appetizer we started with the Spice House Egg Rolls with oxtail instead of chicken; they were delicious with a kick. For our meals we tried a variety of things. I had their speciality menu item, the Oxtail Sliders with Rice and Peas and I am still thinking about how perfect the oxtail was on the soft, buttery rolls. Around the table there was jerk lamb chops, kingston jerk chicken, and all of which had good reviews too. I can't wait to try the other locations! #JassyJEatsApproved

Yelp
Food: I ordered oxtails and black rice and it was very good. I have not eaten Haitian food before so I cannot speak on authenticity but as a Caribbean Islander I enjoyed it.

Yelp
Mediocre at best. Went on a weekday so there was not much crowd or action. Which was fine- cute ambiance and probably a great place to have a good time. Server and service was fine. Our server was accommodating and knowledgeable- BUT the food.... It felt as if we received the left overs from what wasn't sold the last weekend. Oxtail egg rolls were decent but don't expect flavorful meat but veggies were good. Jerk chicken was dry, no smoke flavor and brown stew chicken was excessively sweet. We may come back for a hookah night with music but def not for the food.

Yelp
Second time at this location. The first time was EVERYTHING! This time: service was phenomenal but food left a lot to be desired. Something was off: left off one shrimp (waitress corrected issue) broccoli had NO seasoning, salmon taste weird and Rasta pasta had no Rasta - if you follow my drift. Maybe an off night, would still suggest - maybe earlier during the day.

Yelp
We went to have a ladies brunch on a Sunday. The service was good. Nice waitress who checked on us throughout the time there. The food was favorable, but it could have been hotter when served. The hookah was very good. The Dj was good. The decor was nice. The tables were dirty whenbrmwe arrived for our reservation but we asked them to be cleaned.

Yelp
Nice brunch spot with Caribbean vibes and a live dj. Came in a Sunday afternoon and was able to be seated right away with our party of 3. I started with the oxtail eggrolls as an appetizer which came with a side of sauce (appeared to be a combination of sweet chili and yum yum) definitely brought some flavor to the dish as the oxtails themselves don't have much seasoning inside the roll. For my brunch i went with coco bread French toast which was good and flavorful and a side of jerk chicken that was seasoned well with a hint of spice but nothing to overwhelming. The service was fair it did however take a while for our food to come out about 15-20 minutes after placing our order and my chicken was not hot more like just above room temp.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my time here. I was a little hesitant because I'm the vegan of the group and from the website I didn't see anything outside of plantains for me to eat. Luckily when I got there there was a vegan section on the menu! I ordered the veggie delight and it was really good!! The black rice was seasoned to perfection with a little spice! The atmosphere had good energy, I could still have clear conversations without yelling over the music which is always a plus for me!! I'll be back!

Yelp
I came there on Friday and I was disappointed that Aisha the bartender wasn't there. Not too sure why, but the customer service was not the same in her absence.

Yelp
DONT order the rasta pasta!!!!!! I ordered it and thinking it would be flavorful. WRONG!!!! I ordered it with jerk chicken as an add on. The worst I've ever had. It was actually pasta with a touch of Alfredo sauce? It then had a sweetness to it, the chicken was DRY but at least it had a jerk season . Then maybe it was a couple pieces of broccoli, maybe a couple pieces of bell peppers, I could have gone to Olive Garden, if they are islanders i can see the recipes didn't follow. Just tired of paying money for subpar food. Definitely overpriced chicken Alfredo!!!! If you want good rasta pasta go to Duckanoos on memorial drive I promise it won't disappoint amd its worth the money. It really deserves no stars.
