I liked it, walked in around 12:40ish on a weekday for lunch and there was no line, ordered a salad with chicken and Vietnamese ice coffee and it was ready immediately. Good food, tasty. I got it go but ate there and only ate half, saving half for lunch tomorrow. I would go back again for a quick & easy lunch.

Tastes awful, they gave me the wrong order too, also very cold. Ordered beef got chicken. This thing is GROSS.

I love Spice Kit! Their Korean Bowl is just the right amount of meat, veggies, and rice in the perfect proportions. They are super fast, so you never have to wait long. The only thing that disappoints me about this place is they don't do dinner anymore :( I'll almost never get to eat here now!

The store was pretty dead and I understand that all hands were on deck for a catered order they had going on but the food was pretty old and greasy. The chicken was dry from sitting in the hot pan all day and the rice was dry as hell. I'm not sure if my mom made the fish sauce wrong all my life but the fish sauce tasted off. I was hoping to find a new go to restaurant but this definitely was a disappointment the saying quality over quantity doesn't suit this place either since the serving was small as well.

The ingredients taste fresh, the staff are friendly, and it has a good location. The Asian bowls are custom made and there are a selection of good ingredients you can choose from, even if not as extensive as Chipotle. The prices are OK for the quality of food. I would highly recommend this as a place to get food before boarding the nearby Caltrain as there is never typically a long line.

The place seems to be popular. The food is edible for a quick lunch. Good luck finding a seat during busy times. The staff is very pleasant at the counter. I was surprised to see a guy grab a knife from the cook counter to cut open a large bag of sugar and then put the same knife back on the cook counter for use with food again. The flavor of the food is very eclectic. It is kind of a mix of Korean and Vietnamese but without the flavor of either. The fish sauce is like lemon juice and garlic mixed together. It seems that they have created their own asian style to fit in with the trendy people and Stanford students that eat hereThe pork belly buns are good. If you want to be adventurous and try something new you can come here. If you are looking for traditional Asian street food, this is not the place to go.

I remember hearing about this place years ago so I was excited to finally go. I ordered the classic banh mi with five spiced chicken and pate. Over all, pretty casual - like most fast food places but not your average flavors.

I go to both the Palo Alto location and sf. The service in sf is blah but you order at the counter anyway so no biggie. In Palo Alto the are friendlier. It’s like Chipotle but with Asian street food. Bowl, wrap, or salad choices. Sous vide egg is a great addition to anything. The wrap is a huge sticky kind of rice paper and I’ve heard some people turned off by it. Best eat this food hot as I’ve had it delivered and the magic was gone. Now, about those steamed pork buns. Maybe I’d request them for part of my last meal. Really! That good!
