Best Restaurants and Bars in Del Ray, Alexandria | Eater DC

"Spice Kraft distinguishes itself as a neighborhood Indian favorite with delicious tandoor dishes and festive appetizers, including a mango and ginger crispy chicken and a colorful spinach pakora chaat. Lunch is also standout with handhelds such as a chicken tikka burger, paneer wrap, or customizable bowls. Save during happy hour, with options like a $5 naan flight." - Rebecca Cooper

Google
To start with Bill was super friendly and gave great suggestions. We tried the lentil soup to start and it was wonderful and fresh tasting. We ordered the mixed grill and Biryani with lamb. On the side we added the GF naan. It was all so delicious, we ate ourselves into a coma. 😆 I wanted to try the dessert so bad, but we were so stuffed. Awesome place to have a special Indian meal! Came back to add that I went back for the cardamom & mango cheesecake and it was sooo nice! With chamomile tea ☕️ We left unable to breathe but it was worth it 😆

Delicious traditional Indian dinner. Large portions. Different spice levels available. We had the chicken tika , which we loved

This has got to be some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The curries are rich and bursting with flavor. The menu is vibrant and creative. Check out the butter chicken pasta or one of their pizzas. Absolutely fantastic. They also have an excellent happy hour with some tasty and affordable eats and drinks. The dining room can feel a little bit small but the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is spot on. I come here regularly and will continue to do so.

Google
The MOST delicious food and the best service. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but get the spinach pakora chat for sure! I went to Spice Kraft for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond and made the meal and time there feel so special. Will definitely return!

Google
We love Spicekraft! Hands down best Indian restaurant in the area that is consistently great. We usually go during the lunch as we love their lunch bowl specials starting at $12 !! Tried their chicken burgers as well and what a treat! Service is always great too. Bill is one of the best waiters in the area. I hope they stay around for decades.

We decided to treat our friend to Indian food for her birthday. We love the Del Ray area and thought this restaurant would be perfect. We parked several blocks away (as we didn't know the exact location of the restaurant). Anyway, it was really nice walking down Mt. Vernon Ave and seeing all the Christmas decorations. We ordered some Masala Chai and a Spinach Chaat to start with. The chaat was really nice and a surprisingly large portion. The 3 of us shared a plate and there was plenty left over. For our main dishes, we ordered the Butter Chicken Pasta, Paneer Chana Rice Bowl, and the Tandoori Lamb Chops. The Pasta and the rice bowls were very flavorful and my friends enjoyed them. My lamb chops were marinated very well and soft, but the spices tasted a bit raw! The portions were huge (I had 4 lamb chops). Took 2 home and cooked them for a few minutes on a skillet and they were perfect. For dessert, we ordered the Gulab Jamun and the vegan blueberry Kheer. The latter was okay...it did not look very appetizing and we wasted most of it. The Gulab Jamuns were fine.

Google
Absolutely delicious paneer Mughalai, biryani and chaat, along with the onion kulcha and naan. We are so lucky to have Spice Kraft in walking distance as the food is as good as any Indian we have had in the DMV. Only negative is that we had a take-out order and they forgot to include the chutneys with the pappadum.

Google
Exceptional food. The flavors were distinct but balanced. Medium spice level was a good balance though spicier would be fantastic without melting mouths. Service was odd because the dish that was specifically stated to take the longest came out first by 10 minutes or more....and the food came out at 4 different times. Possibly going in a group of 6 was the cause and based on the other groups of 2-4, this is the only explanation.

Yelp
Wow! What an amazing experience we had tonight. This evening we celebrated our daughters "gotcha day" after being home with us from India and thought we would try spice kraft in del ray. The restaurant was clean and peaceful when we walked in on a Thursday at 5:30. There were two other patrons when we first got there. There was a total of maybe 10 tables and several had reservation tags on them. Thankfully we were seated right away and taken care of quickly. We started off with food and drinks on their happy hour menu (everything was $5 from 4:30-6) and we tried a variety of deliciousness. My favorites were the naan flight, butter chicken nachos and spicy chicken bites. The drinks were also delicious and strong. I had the lime margarita and my husband had the lavender lemonade with whiskey. The presentation of all the dishes and drinks were gorgeous. It felt like a 5star restaraunt with 2 star prices. Everything was so fresh and delicious. For our main he got the classic butter chicken and basmati rice and I had the tikka pizza which was fantastic. Such great traditional and fushion foods. They also had nuggets and fries for the kids. For dessert we had the mango cheese cake, ice cream and chocolate ganache. Our bill was less than $100 and I can't wait to return. We most definitely will be back and with a reservation as it got very busy inside by 6pm. There's also a nice patio outside too! Overall a fantastic experience. I felt like we were back in Delhi!

Yelp
We stumbled upon on this restaurant while looking for some Indian food and it did not disappoint! The staff here are very friendly and informative and they were able to quickly have us seated and offered and made some good recommendations. The restaurant interior is very small and outdated but there are additional seats available outside. Their food is authentic Indian food and the spices are on point, hence their name. Try their watermelon lemonade while it's still available and warning if you get extra hot on any of the items be prepared to HURT lol

Yelp
We were looking for a little comedown after a coffee festival and decided on a nice modern Indian spot in Del Ray. Lamb roganjosh is my wife's favorite Indian dish so we tried out their lamb Josh shank as well as the more classic stew of roganjosh. Both were great, but to be honest we both enjoyed hers much more. We ordered raita (yogurt sauce) to contrast it and our own special touch of raisins to give the touch of sweetness all lamb deserves. It was happy hour so we kicked things off with the chicken 65 which was also kickin'. I was probably just out of sorts from coffee overload, but I didn't enjoy everything quite as much as previous visits tot he Arlington location. Needless to say, there always seems to be something intriguing on the menu as well as for desserts and drinks so we'll make it back someday.

Yelp
I love this cozy Indian restaurant in Del Ray. It's is warm and welcoming, with friendly, attentive staff who were helpful guiding us through the menu. My favorite is always the naan dipping sauces!
google avatar

Jay S.

Yelp
Very good. We did takeout but would love to eat in. Food was delicious. Had the lamb and butter chicken. Very authentic and tasty.

Yelp
This spot was good! I ate outside which had a nice, simple vibe. I first ordered the lavender cardamom lemonade which was super refreshing--the basil seeds were a nice touch. The chili garlic naan was also great. I then ordered the chicken tikka masala (with high spice), and that was delicious as well. It definitely had a good kick to it. Everything held up as leftovers too. Our service was good. Overall, great spot to eat--I recommend.

Yelp
The bottom line: tasty Indian food for dine-in or take out. The 4:30-6:30pm happy hour is a great deal, with $5 apps and alcoholic drinks--a great way to get a spice taste of their cuisine. My favorite is the spicy chicken, which is like an Indian version of General Tso's. Once ordered all of the apps, a cocktail, and had a filling dinner for 1 and a kid for about $30. The naan flight also comes with several selected sauces to savor. For the regular courses butter chicken is often good but sometimes could be better chicken. The tikka masala is flavorful and the garlic naan, too. The in-store service is sometimes rushed, but generally friendly, the seating is a bit tight (and close), which doesn't lend to lingering. For takeout it's worked pretty well, but sometimes lacks any heat (spice), so ask for it if you want it. Overall, a pretty good place to get an Indian fix.

Tweety B.

Yelp
We were before they opened and had decided on what we wanted looking at the posted menu. We were only ones there and they were quick to serve us. We opted for burger and pasta! It was quite only some pick up orders. The place is decorated for xmas! Both dishes were excellent!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here to dinner with friends as it was their favorite spot in the area. Also had a good happy hour menu. There were 7 of us so we really tried a lot of dishes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service was a tad slow but we didn't mind as we were catching up with friends. For drinks we had mango lassi, seltzer waters, lemonade, a lavender cocktail of sorts. Overall drinks were fine, but the mango lassi was thicker and warmer than usual so not my favorite. For starters we had samosas, cauliflower, spicy chicken, naan flight and saag paneer. The cauliflower was delicious hands down flavorful and well balanced. On to the mains we ordered the tandoori chicken tikka, lamb vindaloo, prawns masala, chicken masala, chettinadu vegetable korma, and chana masala. For the ones in our party who wanted super spicy, we were underwhelmed with how mild it was. The tandoori chicken tikka had sauce on the side and seemed like it needed more. I will say that overall all proteins were moist and well cooked. This location, while small has a nice family vibe and would possibly try it again in hopes of having spicier dishes and improved mango lassi.

Yelp
Wonderful interior with clean bright lighting. Wonderful service with a lot of patience explaining the gluten free dairy free options!! So nice to have Indian food including a naan that is vegan / gluten free !! Even the spicy chicken had a gluten free crispy coating which you rarely find. Wonderful happy hour menu. Fresh spinach saag. And best part = 0 indigestion!

Yelp
Soooo good. From the drinks to the appetizers and the main course. Everything was just so good. It is such a cute little shop and everyone there were super friendly and provided amazing service.
google avatar

Yelp
Great local go to choice for happy hour. Great drink and food prices (see receipt) and prompt service. Not necessary the spot you go to for vibes per se but can't beat a $5 menu.
google avatar

Jada G.

Yelp
I've ordered takeout and dined in, and there's really no difference so you're good either way. The protein + sauce combo is infallible--theyre all pretty good and a decent portion size if not a tad pricey. My boyfriend and I decided to get adventurous one day and got the saag paneer pizza and the butter chicken pasta...it was good but not worth duplicating. We realized the sauce is a little too rich to not have rice. But, service inside is decent if not a little hectic, and we always have a good time.
google avatar

Allison N.

Yelp
We love this place! Their food is consistently good and we haven't ever had a bad experience. They do a really good happy hour deal on appetizers. Not a huge drink list because they must not have a liquor license, but that's fine since I'm not a huge drinker anyway. We love their butter chicken, saag paneer and the naan. This place gets kind of packed as it's pretty small, but they also do pickup which is great if you're in the area.

Yelp
I ate tikka masala and it was fire. Very satisfied! I showed up with my boyfriend, he happens to enjoy the food as much as I did. It was epic! I actually wanna return asap lol

Yelp
Food is a legit 10/10. Get the butter pasta. Won't regret it at all. And the wait times are not long either.

Yelp
Came to Spice Kraft to try out their excellent selection on their Happy Hour which includes BOGO wine, beer and wine margarita. $5 Bar food Bhel Puri, Naan Flight, Chicken Tikka Taco and Spicy Chicken. We prefer all but the Puri and it was all amazing especially for Happy Hour. The wife ordered the house salad which was fresh and tasty. I tried the lentil soup in a coconut base and added chicken. Staff was super attentive. Interesting that there was no background music but overall the experience was excellent.

Erin B.

Yelp
Perfectly cooked meat (we tried a lamb and a chicken dish), some kick to the sauces but not too much for the intolerance my tongue has for hot things due to my lack of melanin. Great portions, garlic naan was fresh and hot.

Allison M.

Yelp
My very first time there Came from MD during rush hour Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was definitely a 15 plus. Not enough stars for service. Overall experience wonderful My only stickler to add to really make this the PERFECT restaurant is You should provide tshirts for the front staff I did see the young man from the kitchen with a tshirt. Hopefully you don't charge them for the uniforms. This restaurant seems to do good business Invest in your employees so they can continue giving the best service I have seen around. Very attentive to the customer needs and that is not something you see nowadays. I will be back and hopefully I see changes
google avatar

Charlie S.

Yelp
Delicious. Ordered the mixed grill, which when split was a bit meager. Weirdly they only gave me one piece of goat, but it was well prepared. But for one it was quite good.
google avatar

Christie C.

Yelp
I had dinner here last night with several girlfriends. The food was amazing and the decorations inside the restaurant are gorgeous. I wish I had pictures of the food to share, I'm regretting that I didn't take any. I had an order of masala fries, a glass of wine, along with the vindaloo sauce. Everything was spectacular! My only feedback is that the restaurant was loud and it was difficult to hear my friends if they were two seats down from me.
google avatar

Arielle B.

Yelp
My friend was craving Indian food yesterday. She'd lived in India for more than a year, but since became gluten free and vegan due to serious food allergies. I chose Spice Kraft for take-out because it clearly labeled its menu: I could be 100% confident that my friend would be eating food that would be safe. She loved the vegan chettinad and she was overjoyed to have GF, vegan naan--it's really hard to find this offering at most restaurants! She had enough leftovers for a second meal too. Really grateful to Spice Kraft for accommodating special diets and serving up fantastic food!
google avatar

Elle D.

Yelp
Every time we eat here I say, "wow, that was so delicious and the staff are so friendly, I really need to do a Yelp review ... and then I forget. So as I sit here eating their delicious tandoori wings and my husband enjoys his samosas, I'm dropping this note to confirm that this place is consistently great and you should try it. Both the curry and tandoori dishes are authentic and tasty, and I love their house salad with avocado dressing. Also get the garlic naan and the samosa chaat!

Yelp
Gluten-Free Paradise at Spice Craft Indian Bistro! For years, our go-to Indian restaurant has been Namaste, whether in Rose Hill or on King Street in Old Town. However, with our gluten-free daughter visiting, we decided to venture out and try Spice Craft Indian Bistro, which she had read about online for its extensive gluten-free menu. "Extensive" turned out to be an understatement -- nearly the entire menu is gluten-free, except for the traditional naan bread (though they do offer a delicious gluten-free alternative) and one other item I can't recall. We took advantage of their fantastic $5 happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30, which included BOGO drinks and three outstanding food options: * Bhel Puri: A cool, refreshing dish that was nothing short of epic! Puffed rice mixed with onion, tomato, cilantro, mint & tamarind chutney, nuts, lentils, and pineapple -- a delightful blend of textures and flavors. * Spicy Chicken 65: Small pieces of chicken tossed with a spicy South Indian masala. The heat was just right, providing a perfect balance to the cooler Bhel Puri. * Naan Flight with 3 sauces (we skipped this for now since it does contain gluten). For our main courses, we chose the Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala, and a vegan dish -- Quinoa Sun-Dried Tomato Kale Kofta with Turmeric & Coconut Sauce. Both the lamb and chicken dishes featured generous portions of protein and were hands down the best we've had in the area. The vegan dish was a new experience for us, but it was absolutely delicious -- a perfect balance of flavors that we will definitely be recommending to our vegetarian and vegan friends. We sat outside on the quaint, small front patio, which added to the charming ambiance. The service was exceptional; our glasses were kept full of chilled water, and our server offered excellent recommendations. Everything was served hot, with mains served all at once, and the portions were ample. The servers were attentive but never intrusive. The real standout, though, is the flavor and balance of the food. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We especially appreciated being asked about our preferred spice level for each dish -- a thoughtful touch that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. This little bistro is quickly becoming our favorite, and we are already looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu. Spice Craft Indian Bistro is truly a gem, and a must-visit for anyone, especially those seeking fantastic gluten-free options. Highly recommended!

Yelp
The service was 11/10! The manager/owner was so attentive and asked for our feedback for the Del Ray bar crawl special (avocado chaat). The masala chai was super flavorful and I love how they allow the customer to adjust the sugar level. The avocado chaat was fresh and the tamarind chutney was amazing! The lunch bowl was great value for $11 plus additional few dollars depending on the choice of protein. The lunch rice bowl comes with naan, protein choice, chickpeas, and potatoes.

Zoya M.

Yelp
Great food. Rich and complex taste of fresh spices without using a ton of oil. Bravo!!

Yelp
The place was small but the staff was so sweet and kept checking in on us the entire night! The food came out super quick too! I loved my chicken tikka masala. I also appreciated that they had gf naan bread!

Yelp
I only tried Spice Kraft once, back when they first opened their doors. So, I couldn't remember my experience. I'm so glad I went back to try them again. My server was great in taking my order quickly, accurately, and the food came out in a good amount of time. The prices on the menu were very reasonable, especially the Lunch Menu. I went for lunch, so I ended up trying one of their Rice Bowls. I got it with their Lemon & Turmeric Basmati Rice, Saag (Spinach), and Lamb. It also comes with Curried Chickpeas and Seasonal Vegetables (it was Curried Cauliflower, Carrots, and Potatoes), and Naan (I upgraded for the Garlic Naan). The portion size was wonderful. It definitely filled me up and it was one of my favorite things about this lunch. The flavors were definitely on point and the lamb was pretty tender. I like how they mixed the lamb into the Saag. The Vegetables were cooked well, nice and soft with that curry spice on it. The Chickpeas were delicious as well. The Naan was soft, warm, and had enough garlic on it to really taste it but not too much to overwhelm you. I most definitely will return soon to Spice Kraft to try one of their many other menu items. Both the customer service and the food get a 10 out of 10 from me (Five Stars).

Margo G.

Yelp
Always our go-to for fresh, flavorful, innovative Indian food. Appreciate the clear labeling of gluten free, dairy free and vegan, and flexibility to modify dishes to suit food sensitivities.

Dayrys T.

Yelp
Outstanding food and service, they were able to accommodate our large group and made us feel at home. Highly recommended and very affordable, will definitely return if we visit Washington again.

Yelp
Came here on a whim since I was grocery shopping near by and they had excellent reviews. I was in the mood for something different than my usual, and they didn't disappoint. I ordered the Lashooni Cauliflower which was the first thing I tasted and I couldn't stop eating it on my drive home it was so good! It has a sweet, tangy taste with a hint of spice. The crunch of the cauliflower brings it all together. The lamb shorba was next once I was home and I've never tasted anything like it! I was blown away by the amount of flavors this small soup packed in just 1 bite! The lamb in the soup just made it next level for me. Mind you, it was 95 degrees outside and that did not matter whatsoever. The tandoori chicken wings were fall off the bone good. Cooked to perfection. When I think and order Indian food, things are typically a little spicier so I was sad that was missing but not a complete loss. I may just ask if they can make it spicy for me next time. Other than that 10/10 experience. Loved every bite!

Yelp
Still fabulous but wanted to add in how much I appreciate that they continually experiment with new menu items. The chicken tikka masala pizza was super creative and I can't wait until they try to do a butter chicken version

Yelp
Finally found the best Indian restaurant in Alexandria - Spice Kraft Indian Bistro! Delicious food & the most welcoming staff! From taste to presentation, everything was TOP-NOTCH! They offer Classic & Modern Indian food and to my surprise, vegan & gluten-free options as well. I tried Lamb Shank Josh, Quinoa sun-dried tomato Kale Kofta with Garlic Naan & Basmati Rice. That was finger-licking good! Apart from this great entrée, we had few other dishes & appetizers. Each dish had a wonderful unique taste with the perfect blend of indian flavors. Lip-smacking, just loved it!

Yelp
Delicious! Did take-out from Spice Kraft Indian Bistro recently and absolutely loved it. The restaurant is located in the Del Rey neighborhood of Alexandria, VA. Indian cuisine is one of my favorites and this place definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the following: -Chicken Tikka Masala (Slow simmered creamy tomato sauce with fenugreek leaves & cashew sauce) -- This was amazing. I almost always get medium spicy chicken tikka masala and this was the perfect level of spice for me. -Spinach Pakora Chaat (crispy baby spinach fritters / bits of fresh tomato and onion all tossed in the flavor mixture of yogurt & tamarind sauce) -Mango and Ginger Crispy Chicken (crispy boneless chicken and mango ginger honey glaze) The food portions were very generous and the food was delicious. I really loved this for take-out and the restaurant itself looks really cute! I will definitely visit in person once the pandemic is over :)

Mollie M.

Yelp
Ordered take out. The food was great, but the service wasn't the best. It was a holiday so I understand there were a lot of to go orders, but after showing up on time I waited among the crowd of takeout orderers and it took 10-15 min to give them my name. Then they didn't see my order in the system. They then said it would be 15 minutes , and about 17 minutes later brought out the bag. It's a good thing I realized it while walking outside, but they did forget to put one of my entrees in the bag. Luckily they had it made and just forgot to put it in. Will go back on a non-weekend day and try again, loved the butter chicken and the gluten free naan.
google avatar

Becky T.

Yelp
Enjoyed this little spot a lot! They have a cute little patio right on the main strip of Del Ray. Otherwise the interior doesn't have a ton of ambiance. Will likely try take out next time! They have a lot of vegetarian options and definitely some unique specials.

Amber F.

Yelp
the food was amazing ! very tasty and looked very nice ! service was great as well- we ordered the chicken tikka boti and chicken tikka taco and naan flight !
google avatar

Trish K.

Yelp
This strip mall restaurant should be a local go-to for Indian food. The food was better than I would've expected from a restaurant in Colorado near the airport. It was good actually. Plus the servers were attentive and kind and the restaurant was clean.
google avatar

Wizard E.

Yelp
Authentic Indian food at its best ! Went during happy hour and it was busy. My only gripe is that their location is small, so it feels like a cramped dining room.

Yelp
BLUF: you'd never guess how good it was if you just look at the outside Spice Kraft is located in a small row of establishments at the side of a relatively quiet road. From looking at the outside, I had no idea what to expect. I went with a group of 8 on a weekday night. The staff was patient while we waited for everyone to arrive. There were a lot of questions about the food, all of which were answered knowledgably. The food? In a word, delicious. I had a house salad with avocado dressing, which had a nice variety of ingredients and even a little kick to it. The avocado dressing tasted fresh and wasn't overly sweet like many avocado dressings are. I then had the tandoori lamb chops as an entrée. Wow. Really great. I asked for mine to be spicy and they were. My only complaint is that I think one more chop would have made a more full dish. It came with fresh greens, which I also wolfed down. Entrees include steaming bowl of basmati rice which, when paired with the delicious butter sauce they provide, was almost as good as the lamb itself. Others at the table had the samosas, chicken briyani, chicken tikka and the salmon tikka pineapple. When the meal was done everybody noted how pleased they were with the food. As a sort of free dessert (we were all too full to order a "real" dessert) we each got a small cup of delicious rice pudding with sweet bohndi bits on it. I would definitely go back. Definitely worth the trip.

Yelp
Del Ray has been in dire need of an Indian restaurant since the closing of Bombay Curry Company. Luckily the newly opened Spice Kraft, in the same location that was Bombay Curry Company, fills this void nicely. I came here as a party of three (2 adults and a 1 year old) on a Saturday night at 6:30. We were asked if we had a reservation (no), and asked to wait 10-15 minutes. We only waited about 5 though. Keep in mind the space is tiny and the waiting area is one small bench. The majority of tables are 2-seaters and very close together. The fact that we had a high chair left the table next to us that was closest to the high chair unusable. The menu has a mix of traditional items and items that are less common. Of note, there are several different salmon entrees. Both my dining partner and I ordered the chettinadu with chicken at "hot". We also shared garlic naan. The garlic naan was perfect- soft, fluffy, buttery, and garlicky. The chettinadu certainly deliver the promised spice level and was full of chunks of soft, tender chicken. This was a really nice curry dish with lots of black pepper. Service was so-so....everything took awhile except our food coming out which was very quick. We also like how the payment is done as it is in Europe- they bring an iPad and tell you the total and charge everything at that time so there is no waiting for your card to be swiped. The food was some of the best Indian I have had in the area and I look forward to returning soon to check out more of the menu!

Yelp
Great food & service. This is our second time & we definitely recommend this place. Very interesting food options as well

Yelp
I got an order delivered from this restaurant. The food was ok, but not great. The only thing I absolutely did not want to eat was the Spinach Pakora Chaat, I honestly think Rasika has ruined that for me because theirs was so good. I probably won't order from this place again, but that's only because I think Rasika is my fave.
google avatar

Matthew F.

Yelp
I attended their grand opening and enjoyed an assortment of small bites that covered the dishes they were planning on serving. I'm definitely a meat-eater, but even I enjoyed the vegetarian options there - especially the cauliflower dishes. Hey - everything tastes better in sauce! But my all time favorite were the chicken dishes. I LOVE chicken tikka - I'd almost forgotten how much. Several samplings helped remind me. The place is small and very adorable. I'd visited the same location under a different brand, but I enjoyed this as much or better.
google avatar

Marjorie G.

Yelp
I'm not sure what happened with curry quality but mush weaker than the past. Breads were good.
google avatar

Jim W.

Yelp
We've only been here once and it was for takeout, but man was it good! We had a veggie burger with all the trimmings. I forget the name of it, but it was, in my wife's words "the best veggie burger she has ever tasted." I have to agree. It was INCREDIBLE. We'll go back and try something else. The place always seems to be empty and by the taste of the food and the friendliness of the two waitresses, there SHOULD BE A LINE OUT THE DOOR! Go here. Eat Here. Repeat.

Yelp
Finally found my way here during the Del Ray Art Festival. SK had a booth in front of the restaurant and it smelled heavenly. The taste was amazing too and generous portions! My husband and I devoured the steaming samosas and the melt in your mouth chicken Tikka masala. I highly recommend having a meal here during a festival or any other day!

Yelp
Spice Kraft Indian Bistro makes creative dishes that we truly appreciate. They make excellent traditional Indian meals and fusion that we appreciate. I recommend their dinners, and lunches. Their Valentine's Day meal was presented with love. The Lamb Nilgri was so flavorful, we savored every bite. The Lobster and Shrimp really surprised us how well it was infused it was with flavors of Tikka Masala. The Mango Lassi was among the best. The Cardamon Tiramisu did not disappoint. Thank you!
