My boyfriend and I dined at Spice Symphony in Times Square and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We started with the chicken lollipops, which were an absolute 10 out of 10. The exterior was perfectly crunchy, while the inside remained deliciously moist. The flavor burst when you start chewing, and the accompanying sauce elevated the dish even further.
For drinks, I had the Taste of India, which was deliciously sweet and refreshing. My boyfriend tried the Konan Coast and found it to be on the sweeter side but well-balanced. However, he wasn't a fan of the black rock salt rim--definitely an acquired taste--but once he wiped it off, he really enjoyed the drink.
For my entrée, I opted for the Lamb Rajeseani and Goat Laal Maas. Both dishes were fantastic. The goat, which had bone-in meat, had a deeper, more intense flavor profile, enhanced by a subtle grilled or charcoal taste. The lamb was also tender and flavorful, without any bones.
The cheese naan was another highlight, though it had more cheese than I'm used to. It almost reminded me of a grilled cheese flatbread, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, Spice Symphony is a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Indian cuisine with a modern twist. The combination of flavors and textures in each dish makes it a memorable dining experience. they also mix in Chinese food as well.
