Very authentic Chinese cuisine. If you are a big fan of spicy food, I would definitely recommend. The flavor is one of the best in Boston area, with large portions and reasonable price. The lady who served us was also nice and attentive.

The food was very authentic Chinese and delicious. However, when we gave a 15% tip, the lady looked unhappy. Tipping should start at 18%.

The food is very delicious and I recommend this restaurant to people who love spicy food. If you order spicy cold jelly noodles I recommend you make sure you have a plate full of rice and glass full of water because this dish is probably the most spicy food in the United States. The service is good but it takes 20-30 min for the food to arrive. The atmosphere is amazing, with extremely beautiful light fixtures with color changing LED lights. WARNING ⚠️ the front door gets jammed sometimes and you have to bang on the door for a waitress to come and open the door.

One of the best authentic Spicy Chinese food in Boston area. Reasonable price, good environment and great service. I love it!

We went at a quiet time (Monday lunch) and the wait staff was very accommodating and helpful with dishes. This is uniquely a Hunan specialty food place and is positioned accordingly. However (ssh don’t tell anyone) if you requested the fish fillet and hot peppers (if it’s not too busy) they will certainly make it for you off menu, even if it is from another province (Sichuan). The fresh pea pod stems were great (with a good amount of freshly cut garlic).

It is one of the best Chinese food restaurants you can choose if you like spicy food. The food is tasty, and the service is fine. The price is great for the food and you have a lot of choices for real traditional Chinese food. The space of this place is big and there are usually not wait lines if you arrive around 6 pm. Very good place to visit and recommend to friends

I knew the owner was going to open this place two years ago while visiting their first restaurant in Wakefield. Although with a different chef, the dishes are similar. Some good and some just okay. Our favorite was the Large Intestines Dry Wok Style (干锅肥肠). The intestines were cleaned well, stewed then stir fried perfectly, tender yet little chewy. The hot and sour beef is very nice. The steamed pork ribs with stick rice needs about 20 minutes, but kids loved it. On the other hand, the Chicken in Spicy Sauce was so so, the sauce was bit flat with mostly soy sauce flavor. The Peppers with Preserved Egg is okay, the peppers weren't roasted to have the char flavor. Instead of bunch of small bowls of rice, we asked for a large bowl. It came out in this giant flat bowl which the rice got cold quickly. Service was good. They do need more people in the kitchen to keep up.

Pork intestines dry pot was so good! It was fragrant and very spicy. Loved the texture of the intestines. Braised pork belly had a good portion size and it was also good. We also tried Changsha shumai out of curiosity. I didn't like it because it smelled old (couldn't know whether it came from the rice paper or the sticky rice filling), but it didn't matter to my husband. We will definitely return!
