The Best Breweries and Brewpubs in Bend, Oregon | Eater Portland

"Spider City Brewing Company is the only woman-owned and -operated brewery in Bend. It is located in a 3,000-square-foot building in an industrial area just east of the railroad tracks. Bins of wheat and hops sit on shelves beside the beer taps, which pour experimental ales and fruit-forward kettle sours. There are plenty of long tables indoors and out. Currently, it is between food trucks, so look elsewhere to grab a bite. Spider City Brewing has also opened a tasting room on Minnesota Avenue in the Wine Shop and Beer Tasting Bar." - Barb Gonzalez

The spicy IPA is excellent and unique. The gentleman who took care of us was lovely. Cool vibes and fun music. Will def be back. Highly recommend.

Great beers and they also have a good selection of brewing supplies. I needed some yeast quickly and heard they had. Also had some tastes there. Good options. Went with the delicious BLSSB porter. I will certainly be back. Thank you Chris for the great service!

Nice place to have a beer. Inside/outside seating. Grazing goat wc IPA was fantastic. Clean, balanced and bitter as an IPA should be.

A nice selection of beers in a beer crazy town. The name derived from the early days when they brewed out of a spider laden garage. I enjoyed the West Coast IPA but felt the Bourbon barrel aged porter 13.8% ABV had too much bourbon flavor. There were a couple of food trucks in the parking lot which might eat up important spaces on a crowded Saturday night.

Normally I don't do reviews, but this spot is a Hidden Gem still, The beer is tremendous and the Blue Taco Truck is without a doubt some of the best in Bend, and $2 in Tuesdays, if your in the mood for very very good Beer and Tremendous Mexican food come here you can't go wrong.

Another new brewery in central Oregon. Several different beers that all seemed okay. A couple guest taps too. Located in an industrial space and is sorta family friendly. No real food yet. I have been wanting to go for sometime but hours are a little weird. Service was not great with the lone staff member disappearing and not really attentive. I'll go back. Hopefully there are improvements.

Every beer I had during this trip was excellent. IPA, fruited sour, gose, hazy IPA. Wish I was able to have more. Definitely a brewery to watch and follow. Can't wait to try them again in the future. Wish they had a tasting flight option, so I could have tried more!

Wonderful new brewery with some very appealing offerings. We went for the hazy IPA and the nitro Stout. We couldn't find a seat, no big deal but I can see this place needing more room for customers and maybe some food or snacks. I put this place on my 'when in Bend' list.
