"The reason why you should go to Spiga for breakfast and not lunch is because their pastries will sell out. What’s in the case varies day by day, but you should get at least two of whatever guava pastry is on the menu. This is a small spot with limited seating, so you might need to hang outside for a little or take whatever you get to-go. The chalkboard menu above the tables also changes daily, and typically includes things like quiches, sandwiches, and plates of pasta for lunch." - Tiffany Yannetta

Spiga is our absolute favorite restaurant!! We've come a dozen times and it is always the best meal! This particular time, I made a reservation for Father's Day but I accidentally booked it for a week prior - the manager was so incredible and could hear the desperation in my voice, so squeezed us in and made it work by his own kindness, even though the restaurant was fully booked. Our waiter was amazing - the service was incredible from beginning to end and our meal was absolutely delicious and so freshly homemade as always! We cannot wait to come back, thank you Spiga!!

Really surprised to discover this place here - while we had heard good things about it, it was the first time we went here and truly enjoyed the food and laid back ambience. The food was as good as some of the better north end restaurants without the many hassles of north end and the service was attentive and knowledgeable. Starters were good but the burrata for example was not the best of best though the sauce that came with it was pretty good …the shrimp was OK. Entrees and pasta were decent sized and tasty. The entrees came with some risottos which were both excellent. The pasta was fresh and tasty. The desserts were stand out good - all of them - look at the pics to make up your minds. Lots of parking and easy access so there was absolutely no hassle in getting there or leaving.

The chicken dish was okay. There was only one gf option for a chicken dish. Small portions. Flavor lacking. My friend got the steak and she said it was a bit overcooked. The atmosphere is great-loved decor. If you’re hungry and looking for food gf options, I would say look elsewhere. This was close to our hotel which is why we chose this (the Sheraton Needham). Also, both my friend and I got the Eggplant side dish with our meals and both had horrible stomach pains - we think due to Soy or some type of “filler” that it was cooked with.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was good, but it lacked a little flavor. The people working there are super nice. I'll definitely come back to try something different.

We have enjoyed many lovely meals at Spiga, so when the time came to have a memorial luncheon for our mother, we didn't hesitate to ask Jose to plan the day. Jose and the staff did an outstading job on every level. The room looked elegant with linens and orchids on every table. The presentation of the food was attractive and easy to navigate, and of course, the food was delicious. They accomodated all our requests too. After a stressful day, going to Spiga to dine and unwind was like getting a big hug! Thank you all for the top-notch and relaxing afternoon. P.S. The bread pudding is the best anywhere!

Google
The whole experience here was incredible! My waiter, Fernando, was very attentive and professional. Jose came over to check on us after the meal and chat briefly which was great! We had mushroom arancini, veal meatballs, vegetarian lasagna, and a cannoli. Every dish was to die for, I was very impressed! The ambiance was the best part, very quaint and small which was very nice. I would recommend!

A Hidden Gem for Exquisite Italian and Unforgettable Events: Our Spiga Experience Tucked away from the bustling main roads, Spiga is truly a hidden gem – a local secret that deserves to be known far and wide. This isn't just another Italian restaurant; it's a culinary haven that, as we recently discovered, also excels as an intimate event venue. We had the immense pleasure of hosting our daughter's bridal shower at Spiga, and from start to finish, the experience was simply extraordinary, largely thanks to the phenomenal General Manager, Jose. From our very first conversation, Jose's professionalism, warmth, and keen eye for detail put us completely at ease. He was our guiding star, coordinating every aspect of the event with effortless grace. He understood our vision perfectly, ensuring the venue was set up with a simple yet elegant charm that truly made the space feel special. And the food, oh, the food! It was an absolute triumph. Our guests raved about the delicious spread, starting with an impressive and bountiful antipasto bar that offered a delightful array of fresh, flavorful options. This was followed by a perfectly executed plated meal, where guests could choose from a tender Chicken Caesar, a perfectly crusted Salmon, or a comforting pasta dish. Every plate was a testament to Spiga's commitment to quality and authentic Italian flavors. Beyond the exquisite cuisine, the service was truly off the charts. The staff at Spiga could not have been more helpful, pleasant, and genuinely nice. They moved with an efficient and friendly demeanor, ensuring every guest felt attended to and every need was met without a single hitch. Their attentive yet unobtrusive presence truly elevated the entire experience. If you're ever contemplating hosting an intimate party – be it a bridal shower, a birthday celebration, or any special gathering – we wholeheartedly recommend Spiga. It's a place where exceptional food, elegant ambiance, and unparalleled service converge to create truly unforgettable memories. Our daughter's bridal shower was a resounding success, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to Jose and the entire Spiga team for making it so perfect. Spiga isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination for celebration.-

Yelp
I absolutely love Spiga. I have been there a few times now and the service and food has been top tier every time. The service is incredibly fast with the food coming out in under 15 minutes. The staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. The food is phenomenal. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I cannot recommend Spiga enough as it is by far one of my favorite restaurants I have been to. 110% recommend!

Yelp
What a wonderful Italian gem. We dined here on Sunday evening and Martha provided excellent service! The restaurant area has an elegant feel and decor with Italian music playing in the back ground. We enjoyed their excellent selection of wine by the glass that came with a generous pour. I ordered the seafood stew special that came with homemade pasta. It was the best version of the dish I've ever had (and I've had some spectacular versions... Bayhouse in Naples, Mario's in Boca). The only challenge with the dish was that it took me a few minutes to pry all the delicious seafood from their shells. Once that was done, the reward was the most delicious seafood and homemade pasta and sauce I've ever had. I begged them to add this special to the menu! Everyone at our table loved every dish we tried. This place is marvelous and if you live in the area you absolutely need to add them to your list of fine Italian dining.

Yelp
Great Anniversary dinner tonight! Our waitress Martha was terrific and Jose the manager went out of his way. I had spent 23 years in the restaurant business, they were gtrreat!!!! Thank you!!!

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
Just walked into an empty restaurant at 4:30 PM and the hostess told me that I could only sit at the bar. No wonder this place has 3 stars. Service is horrible the second you walk in.

Mary C.

Yelp
The food is fabulous, the ambiance is great and the staff is exceptional!! I love to bring friends and family here when they visit. The food at Spiga is as good or better than any downtown Boston restaurant!

Tony M.

Yelp
Wow!!!! For an evening I was transported back to Italy! Francesco the owner and Fernando our server made us feel special and anticipated our every need. The food is authentic and unbelievably tasty. We started with the Octopus app, yum. My main course of Cavatelli with Broccoli was a delicious surprise, craving it now! We ended with an assortment of desserts and the ever needed Limoncello! I had/needed an espresso and even that delivered a 10 out of 10. We will be making Spiga our go to for a great time from now on.

Joseph D.

Yelp
One of the best meals I had in a long time. Saltimbocca, calamari salad and chianti made for an excellent evenings meal.

Ralph W.

Yelp
A local Italian restaurant w a terrific staff, a decent selection of pastas and a remarkably quiet dining room even when full. Our choice for a neighborhood go to.

Brooke F.

Yelp
Everything about this restaurant is amazing! The people, the atmosphere, the food. We were in the area for the Army-Navy game and had an extra large group (20+) They treated us like family instead of a hassle! We all agreed that if we lived close by, we would be regulars. Special thanks to Jose and Martha!

Bill K.

Yelp
Excellent food. The vegetable lasagne is spectacular. The service is prompt and the atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Made an early evening reservation for our anniversary. Very gracious host, attentive server and generous portions of well prepared Italian food. We will be back.

Yelp
This is my third time at Spiga. First two times were very good. I ordered the gnocchi dish. It comes out in a pan and is usually hot and delicious. When I received mine, it was cool and so I kindly asked my waitress if they could make it, hot or warm at least. I saw the chef get really upset and proceeded to put my gnocchi on a plate and pop it in the microwave, and then returned it to me that way in the dish. For the prices one pays at this place, I expected more. Our server was wonderful and the other food was fine.

David D.

Yelp
Spiga has always been a hidden gem. We have recommended it to people many times. Tonight was more like hidden costume jewelry. We were seated promptly, and we noticed it wasn't as crowded as normal for a Friday night. Our bread came, and we ate it. Then, our server proceeded to do a little of everything a bored waitstaff does except check on us for a drink or appetizer or entree order. We finally just ordered our meals from the first person we could get attention from. He was super attentive. Two minutes later we found out that they were out of beef meatballs. We got the chicken parm ones instead. They were fine. Meanwhile, our entrees arrived, and the chicken for the chicken parmesan was like rubber. My wife put it aside, noticeably, and shared with me while no one paid any attention to us and asked what was wrong with the other meal. (By the way... not busy enough there for no one to notice)... Anyway, they took it off the bill (not our server, another random one)... The new chairs were comfortable, though. Ugh.

Athena S.

Yelp
The service was amazing very friendly Staff. My boyfriend got this seafood Special and it was the bomb.com.

Yelp
Ordered for pickup/delivery from here, and I'm wishing I held off until after the pandemic to be able to eat inside. The food was well packaged, ready on time, and great temp when got home. Picked a few popular dishes but found the flavor over all very bland. The chicken Parma was a large quantity in a huge aluminum dish. Big flattened cutlet with a decent side of fresh pasta. Also got the fettuccini with mushrooms. Neither tasted rich, lacked what seemed like any salt, and not special. Also ordered the cacio e Pepe salad and it was very lackluster. Overall fairly expensive for the experience. I'm wanting to try it in person because of all the rave reviews, but this experience has led me hesitant. I'm hoping it's just not something that serves well to go, but that doesn't really explain the lack of flavor.

Mimi B.

Yelp
We reserved a table for a recent celebration in our family and had a party of 11. Jose the manager was wonderful to work with. Our waiter was attentive and the service was spot on. The food was overall really good. Some dishes better than others. One of the members of my family loved her shrimp scampi and my salmon with roasted vegetables was very good. Other had chicken paremsan and the roasted chicken which was good. we had two antipasto dishes and salads which were fresh and plentiful. Everyone seemed to have a lovely time. the place inside was very intimate and not noisy which was great for some family members that are hard of hearing. the patio looked lovely and I would go back to sit there another time. It was our first time coming to the restaurant after hearing good things about it and I would like to return to try some other dishes. Thank you for such a lovely memorable evening.

Stacey S.

Yelp
The worst food I've had in a long long time. Shame on them. Used to be great back in the day but now- poor ingredients, over cooked, sad looking food.

Yelp
Had to be in Needham for a couple of days. We charted out a few local restaurants to try...Spiga topped the list. Biggest issue...location off Needham Street ... Highland Ave in Needham. Called and found that there are three ways into Highland Circle. Simple enough. Heading over we crossed the Charles River twice, finally found their sign (sandwich board). In front of us ... a lovely little brick building and patio wrapped in welcoming lights. Inside offered a warm, cozy and magically whimsical atmosphere that bode of a decision well made. This meal would be authentic and memorable set below a cloud of floating glass balls! The space spoke of comfort and price point. The menu confirmed that Spiga was not you mother's Sunday go-Italian restaurant. Soft, sophisticated and sensual we settled on glasses of Sanserre as Fernando arrived with the bread and olive oil. Not a crusty rustica but focaccia (?) Ordering off the menu ... tough choices along with a few old standards. When asked about mussels (not on the menu or specials) Fernando responded "We could do that!" Now, that's service. We added a caesar for two, octopus, veal milanese and room for dessert. Caesar, offered a great combination of parmesano, light lemon, and a taste of fennel(?) mixed in with the Romaine. Tiny crostini almost too perfect. They do have a retail outlet!?! Mussels arrived steamed perfectly in a broth that tasted like Campania(?)...over the top. Octopus perfectly prepared though a bit thin. Veal, while also thin, was beautiful and delicious. I know, we asked for it. Clearly, we have to return to that magical room. We had NO room for dessert or coffees.

Yelp
Awesome place to have dinner. Full bar, quick service, nice portions, good prices. Have been here a few times and it's a keeper for sure!

Yelp
We had dinner tonight at Spiga. We were very much looking forward to it but left deeply disappointed. We are Italian Americans & certainly know our way around a menu in an Italian menu. Ordered the 5 meatballs, which were supposed to be a variety of of 5 different kinds of ingredients, from eggplant Parmesan to sausage & pepper to traditional beef. We could not tell them apart. Neither the texture nor the flavor were able to be distinguished. The sauce was very bland, lacking any seasoning. We ordered the chicken Parmesan & the lasagna bolognese. Once again, completely bland. I've had far more authentic red sauce, more professionally prepared chicken & more satisfying lasagna & bolognese at quick serve Italian places like Bertuccis, Eviva's Trattoria & strip mall pizzerias. The one interesting dish was the octopus appetizer. It was a bit overcooked but at least it had some flavor. Our waiter really struggled to communicate in English which made ordering tedious. He had to go check on our menu questions numerous times but still had difficulty responding once informed by the kitchen. All in all, a very disappointing but expensive meal. .

Christine M.

Yelp
Food and service were excellent. Our waiter Fernando was wonderful and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we would recommend.

George B.

Yelp
Well, we tried. We had not been before but read some reviews that were favorable. We sat down to a table that was wobbly. I proceeded to fix it myself while servers and the manager walked by. We were a little surprised by prices. All reviews did not point out that a glass of wine was $15-16 and a bottle of wine started at $55. All entrees were over $30. We ordered a gin and tonic for $16 and a beer for $8. That was all we got. Our server never asked if we wanted another drink so we left it alone. Food came out, well presented. We had eggplant parmigiana and lasagna bolognese. Small portions. Eggplant had more flavor. The lasagna was dry, chewy and bland. Pretty disappointed for $36. So, like I said, we tried. We won't be going back and will simply warn others to keep expectations low and open up the wallet. We don't mind paying for really good food. This just wasn't it.

Yelp
I usually love Spiga for the dining -in experience, but, their take-out service needs improvement. About 2 months ago, I went to pick-up my order and it was apparently inadvertently given to another customer, so, I had to wait another 25-30 minutes (at the bar) for them to prepare my order, again. They did comp me a tiramisu and glass of wine, which was nice and appreciated... but, i was late meeting my dining companion, ( at my home) as a result of the error. Last night, I placed a take-out order and again...I was disappointed. I ordered the double portion of Carbonara, which I paid 26.00 dollars for, and was delivered a single order. I asked for extra pepper to be added to the carbonara and there was none. I asked for fusilli pasta and received spaghetti. I ordered at 5 pm, which isn't typically, their "busy time." The Arancini was delicious as always, but the single order of carbonara wasn't enough dinner for the two of us. I usually Love your place, but these on-going careless oversights... have convinced me, I need to try some place different.

Andrew r.

Yelp
Not sure how I never knew of this place. It's just superb!! The food was delicious. The serving team very kind. And the bread pudding!!!!! I may have to come back just for this! Thanks Spiga!

Tinamarie S.

Yelp
Here for a group dinner and we were placed on the little patio which was a bit tight. We were served salads which I must say were delicious and I attribute that to the good olive oil. We were also served chicken Parmesan maybe and maybe the other was Marsala- The chicken was not warm so I passed and ended up walking to Panera for a cup of hot soup. The staff was friendly

Laurie C.

Yelp
My spouse and I dined at Spiga last weekend. We had good memories from years past but hadn't been there for several years. What we experienced was major disappointment: very cramped, terribly loud, and the food left us unimpressed as well. The two salads we ordered were pretty tasteless; and while the pasta dish was okay but not impressive, the flat iron steak was tough and lacked flavor, and was served with unappealing sides, including some mysterious chips. We won't go back.

Katherine P.

Yelp
Don't come if you're from out of state and want to enjoy wine with your pasta. They don't accept out of state licenses even if you're 35. Otherwise they were nice and food was fine.

Adam B.

Yelp
Had dinner there last night. Overall, it was a nice meal and the atmosphere is lovely. I will say that $29 for a piece of chicken parmigiana is hefty. it did come with a side of tagliatelle but the red sauce was absolutely flavorless. The arancini balls are an interesting twist as they are filled with a variety of fillings. We got two orders, one chicken parm filled and the other wild mushroom filled. i found it a bit odd that the waitress could not tell us which order was which. They were very tasty but at $12 for two, it is also very pricey. Each person in m party of four only got half of each ball. They also do stuffed meatballs but we didn't try those this time. That being said, the pesto raviolis were excellent as was the vegetarian lasagna and bolognese. Decent place if you're willing to pay higher prices for nice atmosphere. If i go back, I'd probably skip the hefty priced entrees and go with a couple of orders of arancini to split, maybe a salad and a side order of one of their other nice pastas. I'd also like to try their stuffed meatballs. next time!

Mo Q.

Yelp
Excellent. Fresh home made pasta and authentic Italian food. The shrimp scampi is the best. Cozy atmosphere and the owners who also serve the customers are a delight. The best cappuccino I have had anywhere and the most authentic Italian tiramisu. Our favorite restaurant in Needham.

Liza K.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Spiga Ristorante. Loved everything from the ambiance and service to the food and vino selection! We shared the Salumi Italiani to start. It came with differing kinds of Parma prosciutti, guanciale (type of cured meat), and tasty mozzarella with broccoli rabé. It was fun to sample different types of meat- they were all slightly unique. One was more fatty, another more salty. They plated everything beautifully and the creaminess of the mozzarella went well with a bite of brocollini and prosciutto. Definitely recommend this for meat and cheese lovers! For dinner: I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese. It was SO good. The house-made egg pappardelle pasta was cooked to perfection. And the Bolognese ragú was flavorful and chunky. They topped it with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mwah! It was the perfect meal after a long day of travel. My friend ordered their autumn Cappellacci with roasted butternut, quince, amaretti & parmigiano filling. Topped with brown butter & sage. I loved how creamy the filling was. And the sage was a great balance to the creamy dumplings. The portion looked deceptively small because my friend struggled finishing her meal (although we sacrificed and finished the whole thing!) For dessert, we had the Torta Caprese, which is a chocolate almond flour, pineapple carpaccio and dark mocha sauce. It was amazing! I don't typically like cake, but this was smooth chocolatey heaven!! We also had different wines, which we sampled first to make sure we chose right. I'd suggest asking your waiter about what they recommend! They have a nice selection. The Ambiance This seems to be the place to be seen. It's on the upscale side and there were a lot of people who were dressed up, but nobody made a big deal when I arrived in my travel chic (read: casual) outfit. Lots of tables in relatively close proximity mean that it was quite loud in there! So bring a friend who's not afraid to speak up. Loved the dim lighting and decorations. Service Great service. The waiter gave us helpful suggestions and left us alone to give us a chance to catch up. But also made sure we had everything we needed. Plates were cleared promptly to allow for the next dish! Final Verdict I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area! It was really hard to narrow down to only one item on the menu. Spiga had our mouths watering!

Zachary A.

Yelp
Dinner at Spiga excelled in all regards. Could compete with Boston itself for sure. Prices comparable, at most entrees $30-40, as is quality of food. Had a bit of everything with 3 apps and 3 totally different entrees. First thing, the pasta is cooked perfectly and shaped inventively. Gnocchi is more of a filled tube shape and the base of the seafood stew is a lasagna type. The food itself is just authentic and big on the sauce. Quality is right as well where if they say there's lobster or short rib, then except a lot of lobster or short rib, not just a sliver. So price is actually justified on these dishes for sure. Wine list big but beer small - no liquor. Coffee just as good here and worth a night cap. Spiga is one of the better Italian honestly meals I've had in a while. Just great hits on every course and meal had no hiccups. Touch to find in back of a plaza and Barry a sign on the road, but worth mapping it out. Reservation is supposedly a must, but lunch time you might be able to sneak in and even sample some pizza which is fresh from the wood oven and served only during day.

Sandra V.

Yelp
Best Italian food in the city, I had an Eggplant Parmigiana and I still can feel my mouth watering whaile I write this, so good and with the perfect temperature!! Also I highly recommend the dessert, the texture and flavor were unbelievable specially because of that delicious cherry sause on top. So worthy! Also the staff is so charming and nice. I had a wonderful night here and I will definitely come back.

Vi H.

Yelp
Jose went out of his way to make our event extra memorable. He was kind and took care of everything. He took my vision and immediately turned it into something extraordinary. Thank you and for all your staff. Everything was absolutely amazing from the ambiance, to the food, wine, staff and can't forget the dessert. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed and had a wonderful time. Thank you for making our night extra special

Luis A.

Yelp
ADDICTIVE!!! EXCELLENT, UNIQUE FRESH PASTA... mmmmmmmm!!!! CHILEAN SEA BASS , the best Antipasto, superior music, heaven wine selection, the most beautiful and delicious ATTENTION? you will never forget, is the best of Boston!!!!

Mrs. A.

Yelp
Food was good. "Cozy" atmosphere. Only issue and why it's getting slammed with three stars, all the food was cold to luke-warm from the appetizers to the main meals. Makes ya wonder.....

Hannah O.

Yelp
Went here for Dinner club as a new place to try. All of the food was excellent. Arancini for an appetizer and then the Carbonara for dinner. We ate on the outside patio which was very cute, once on the patio you'd have no idea you were surrounded by buildings and parking.

Ry S.

Yelp
Not a great experience. Why? Story time! We were visiting Needham for a work trip, and Spiga was recommend as "the spot for a great dinner." However, our night ended with awkward looks as we tried to settle the bill. The first card we used was declined. We learned LATER after calling the bank that trying to pay at Spiga flipped their flag for "possible fraudulent activity." (Note this is a card that we used to pay for things throughout the trip many time before this meal with no issues). The second card we used cleared fine. However, the waiter approached us hostility to ask why we didn't tip. We informed him that since we had a party of 8 that gratuity was included, per their policy. We showed the line on the bill where it clearly showed tip/gratuity. That wasn't enough for the waiter. He came back to us with the manager. Both of them asked us why we didn't tip. We explained, a second time, that their policy was that parties of our size had gratuity included. That their system CHARGED us tip/gratuity. It was clearly outlined on the bill. After arguing with us for about 10 minutes, they told us to have a good night. However, I wonder if this is a simple misunderstanding of their own Point of Sale system, or a scam that they use when people are visiting the city from out of town. PROPS: Food seemed fine. I'll give you 2-stars, hoping this was all an unfortunate misunderstanding. SLOPS: See the story above.

Jim V.

Yelp
Another superb dinner at Spiga. Great place for family or friends. Two words - authentic Italian.

Riccardo V.

Yelp
An absolutely divine, fresh take on authentic Italian food. I had the Rissotto al Nero, a black squid ink seafood risotto with charred octopus and calamari, and I could not believe my tastebuds. Come for the atmosphere, stay for the food. An amazing find in the heart of Needham, come whenever you can.

Rachel H.

Yelp
Long story short... bad service, ok food. I came here with a large group ( about 12) on a weekday evening. Our waiter was very nice, but the service was incredibly slow. We were here for over 2 hours! We waited a very long time to get our drinks and then even longer to order our food. One of my colleagues did not get his food with everyone else and it took at least another 35 minutes for him to finally be served. In the meantime he was starving as we had waited so long already. Thankfully, they did comp the meal, but giving him something to eat while waiting would have been appreciated as well. We also told our server ahead of time we needed separate checks, yet it took FOREVER to get our checks because he had so much trouble trying to separate them. In addition, I saw something I never thought I would see. A server accidentally brought a meal out that was meant for another table. He set the meal down in front of the person next to me and walked off. My colleague didn't touch it as he was waiting for the rest of us to be served, but a few minutes later when the server realized the mistake he quickly grabbed it off our table and set it down at the table next to us. I am surprised to see any server doing this, but especially at a nice restaurant. Food was just ok. I got the special which was risotto with salmon and shrimp. The salmon was the best part. The risotto could have used more flavor. Unfortunately, the food did not redeem this poor experience.

Yelp
We hosted a noontime bridal shower here for a group of about 22 people and it was the perfect place for such an event. Jose (the event manager) was so helpful and responsive from day one. He was patient and kind and understanding when we needed to make changes to everything from the menu to decor. I couldn't have asked for a better copilot. Fernando, the bartender, was super helpful, going above and beyond helping us with decor, clean up, etc., and pouring tasty mimosas. I didn't catch the chefs name but their food is ridiculously good! We had arancini to start, a little caprese salad, family style pesto and chicken parm and gelato to finish it off. From start to finish everyone loved the meal and service. If you're looking for either a meal out or to throw an event with authentic Italian cuisine, great wine and beautiful ambiance, this is your place. Thanks so much to the Spiga team for making the event run seamlessly!

Yelp
First time ordering fr Spiga. We ordered takeout/ delivery. The food arrived on time. The order was composed of Beef Arancini, Spaghetti Bolognese, Veg Lasagna, & Veal Parmesan. We found the food lacking in FLAVOR, very bland in general. The bolognese was the only dish deemed acceptable. Very disappointing especially fr the abundance of good reviews.

Cj S.

Yelp
I loved this restaurant! The food was amazing. The waitress Sandra has absolutely Phenomenal customer service!

Judy S.

Yelp
Food is delicious, service is spotty. No one seemed to know how to make a martini. That said the arancini and meatball selection is excellent!

Chris L.

Yelp
When you have a chef who was born and raised in Italy, and who has worked for decades at some of Boston's most buzzy and highly-rated Italian ristorantes, why on earth would you go to her charming suburban restaurant (just outside Boston) and order the same old Chicken or Eggplant Parm that you can eat at home ? The ultra-creative menu here cries out for bold diners who are curious to try something different and exciting. Take a leap, people ! You'll fall in love with this place and this chef. Friendly staff. Cozy DR and patio. Superb wines. Free parking. Reservations essential.

Nick M.

Yelp
Went with 5 for dinner. Apps were great. Pasta dishes on point. The chicken parm was amazing. Good service and friendly.

Deborah C.

Yelp
The meal and service was amazing! Pasta was cooked to perfection -al-dente! The atmosphere is wonderfully romantic and cozy!

Yelp
I was surprised to see it from outside. It doesn't look like a restaurant! It looks like an old house nobody lives in. The entrance looks slightly better. However, I changed my mind when I went inside. Based on number of people I saw there, I figured the food should be good. There were 8 people of us, we ordered pasta and sea food. It was delicious but took them so long to cook it! Also, the waiter confused one of the orders so the person waited another 20 mins until it was ready... They don't split the checks so I had to ask for a group check because I needed to leave early. Overall, not excited about service.
