Spillers Records

I'm so proud this is my record store again. I used to buy my gig tickets from them when I was a teenager (you can tell that was a long time ago because it was when we bought physical tickets from a physical store). I've finally been able to buy a music set up for my home & yesterday I was able to go back to spillers & buy some of my favourite records to build up my collection after years of streaming. They're so lovely in this shop, you can tell they appreciate music of all kinds. The t shirts are iconic as well. My toddler daughter now rocks one.

Despite being a smaller shop, they offer many different vinyl and CDs. Staff were so friendly and nice.

Love this shop, visited a couple times now and can honestly say it’s a lovely place to come in and a buy a couple of records. Have a great selection of music on vinyl and CD. I’m assuming they sell re-pressing of older vinyls or more recent artists? So nothing proper vintage I think? But never the less they’ve got some amazing records. A must visit for any record collector in Cardiff. Support your local record shop✊😎

Wonderful little shop, good collection of records

Really impressive variety and selection of new & reissued vinyl. If every town and city had a record shop like this, the world would be a better place.

Caught by coincidence when visiting Cardiff. It is the older record store in the world. The staff is amazing and the prices are quite competitive comparing to other record stores. Thank you so much!

I’m thrilled to have had the privilege of visiting the worlds oldest vinyl record store! It’s small but has a great selection of current and vintage records and CDs. They’ve also got some cool merch. I picked up a tshirt and some postcards as souvenirs. It’s an easy walk from my hotel, the Marriott. It’s in one of the cities beautiful arcades. Very reasonably priced products. I highly recommend visiting.
