Spin City Laundry

Idiots.. opted to save 10 bucks on a legit laundry service like Rinse then I end up having to go here 5 times for one pickup that they mismanaged by locking themselves out the door it was at. Then after I've prepaid, and waited 20 minutes for a locksmith, the brained employee who you have to hunt down to find says she has to call her manager to confirm that I've paid. I'm standing there with an Uber outside that's about to leave and they won't give me the clothes I've paid much more for in terms of time and number of visits just to retrieve. Atrocious experience. If you come here you'd better be doing it yourself because these people are incompetent

After loading up my laundry in a machine I realized the machine was out of order (no sign) so I moved my laundry to a new machine. I left my quarters on top of the first machine while I moved the clothes to another machine. In this small window of opportunity, my change was stolen. I asked the staff if they could check the cameras for me and they said they couldn't and that they had an issue with homeless people entering the premises and stealing change.

They have plenty of machines but they can use an upgrade, the lighting outside is not very bright at night so you might feel uncomfortable coming to do your laundry alone

I guess one our main laundry place is ok,clean they have lots of options from small to large machines i you can see on my pictures and prices.

The place is so dirty all the machines are gross. There is no atm so no way to buy or get change. What a disappointment. DO NOT COME HERE!

It clearly says that it closes at 11 there is and the girl that works there turns it off to say that it will be closed at 9:30 pm

If you’re looking to just walk in and do your laundry like a normal person, don’t come here. Everybody stares at you, none of the machine works and one of them ate my quarters, the rest were all taken. Didn’t do my laundry, just left. The only thing that worked was the change machine Updated review from 1 star: had a better experience next time I came here. Change machine still works. Came when it wasn’t as busy and was a decent experience. People still look at you funny though

Always clean, no out of order machines, and the dryers work very well and dont cost an arm and a leg to use. The attendants are courteous and friendly. Plenty of change in their exchangers and they provide vending machine to purchase food, drinks, and laundry supplies. It is also equipped with several televisions for customer enjoyment. If they were open 24 hrs it would be the perfect laundromat in my opinion.
