I stay here a few times out the year, for 2 days or so. Have never stayed more then 2 days. This time, I will be staying until thursday with my family. I have been here since Sunday afternoon. When we got our room, the woman in the morning, so sweet, so accommodating, very attentive, made sure our room was cleaned properly, and we had everything. When we turned on the TV, we started to realize it didn't work. It would play something 1 min, and disconnect for 20 + minutes. We upgraded our room, to have a refrigerator and kitchenette. The refrigerator wouldn't shut properly, so the fridge was HOT. The stove, doesn't heat properly, as it took us 40 minutes to make eggs, and boil water. WE called at night time, after our hot beach time, to let them know about all of it.
The guy in the front desk, was rude and said he would send someone in the morning. That was Sunday night! Morning came, we waited, and waited some more. NO one came. I walked down, spoke the the amazing woman in the morning shift. She apologized, and had empathy. She also said there was no note, or message on her system by the night shift person. She wrote one up, said they be in my room to fix the issues.
I called last night as well, as my TV and internet are still not working. The guy in the night shift, hung up are calls. I didn't bother with him any more.
Today is our 3rd day here, and NOTHING resolved.
The morning shift woman, cameup, she is so sweet! She verified the TV don'twork, we have no Wi-fi, and the stove is broke!
I could put more things, but the ones impacting our stay, are far worse!
How do we get ahold of the Hotel owner or manager?!
