Booked Tuesday to Saturday reservation, thought I booked Wednesday to saturday.... was ready to go Wed morning and found out that spindrift already cancelled my whole reservation already( wasn't even 24 hours), my problem with this was that I paid like $700 for this, so I didn't mind losing a day, cause I still had 4 days left, but Spindrift jumped on opportunity to cancel so they could keep whole reservation money for themselves ( but told me that booking.com cancelled my reservation which was a lie!!!!) . Called and pleaded with them to just let me use my days left, front desk called manager, and mgr. said she couldn't do nothing about it. But when I told front desk to have mgr call me directly, she had excuses about she just left office and she won't be able to call me or do nothing ( HAD THE F**KIN NERVE TO TELL ME TO BOOK ANOTHER ROOM)... THE ROOM WAS ALREADY BOOKED, SO UNLESS THEY GAVE IT AWAY AS SOON AS THEY CANCELLED IT, I COULDVE STILL USED MY RESERVATION!!!!! The funny thing is I went last yr about this same time and someone else was going through same thing, but they already drove from out of state to get there and was told they reservation was cancelled and there was nothing they could do about it!!!! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DONT WASTE IT GIVING IT TO PEOPLE LIKE THIS THAT DONT GIVE A F*** ABOUT YOU!!! They act like they losing money or something, the room was paid for, even if it's empty for 3 days!!!!! YOU STILL GOT PAID FOR IT!!!!! I would lose out, not you!!!!! THE FACT THAT YOU CANCELLED THE RESERVATION IN LESS THAN 24 HRS AND KEPT THE MONEY SAYS ALOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR HOTEL!!!!!!!!! DONT LET THAT SWEET TALK FOOL YOU, THEY ONLY ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BY ABY MEANS NECESSARY!!!!!! THANK YOU SPINDRIFT FOR F**KIN UP MY WHOLE VACATION!!!!!!
