Went here after a concert with family and hung out. It was really crowded but the atmosphere was hype. The DJ played a great mix of music and kept everybody feeling food. Drinks were good, and the wings were delicious! Food only took about 15 minutes to get. Everyone enjoyed the night and it was just great to hangout. They have security out front. There's a side are inside. Parking is limited so carpool.

Great spot to get out and have a drink,chill, laugh. Great dance music. DJ is great and the dance floor always has people dancing. Drinks are also good.

Black Women, Be Cautious. I attended tonight with a group of friends, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of a staff member—specifically a white male who identified himself as management. He had an issue with how I was sitting on a chair, which I don’t take issue with. However, the way he chose to address it was completely inappropriate. Instead of walking over to speak respectfully or sending a female staff member to approach our group of women—or even addressing one of the men in our party—he chose to yell across the table in a loud, crowded environment. When I couldn’t hear him, he grew visibly frustrated and began cursing at me. There’s a way to correct behavior without being aggressive or disrespectful. Black women deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and respected when spending their money. Sadly, that was not the case here. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to other Black women seeking a welcoming environment.

Nice low key spot we went on a Tuesday and it was empty but it looks like this place gets busy on the weekends. We came for the TURKEY LEGS which was loaded with alfredo rice/shrimp YUM!! I wasn’t disappointed very fulfilling, must try the fried deviled eggs, we also had the shrimp boil it was okay the potatoes could have been a bit softer, and the sausages too! We had such a sweet server/bartender and it was her first day!! You did such a great job!! See you next time!

Went in on a Sunday morning to cure my hangover from the night before. Our bartender was on point. Awesome michalada. My friend and I split the turkey mac and cheese turkey leg. It was fantastic. I'll definitely be back again.

Service was fast n friendly. Our food tastes amazing. I am looking forward the going back, such great flavors on all the food, I am impressed!! I absolutely am in love with the smoked turkey legs (glazed and shrimp alfredo are my faves)...they fall of the bone!! They are seasoned and smoked so well. The shrimp boil was great also...the lemon pepper and garlic mix is so tasty!!

This was a chill place, but the food was just mediocre. I definitely don't think the boils are their expertise, however they have the best sausage I've tasted in any boil. Corn cold & mushy, butter flavorless. The cajun mac, NOTHING cajun about it & the turkey was ok but NO FLAVOR‼️ Cheese sticks no marinara😡

I understand that this place gets really busy late at night. But this was perfect for me early in the day. Amazing food! The drink was perfect and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed and exactly what I like to experience. This is my definite new favorite chill place to be. I highly recommend it.

My review is simply based on Tuesday Steak night. The food I received was the best steak I've ever tasted. Steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus. It melted in my mouth. Steak on Tuesday nights by far 10 . The atmosphere was chill and calm. Only a handful of people inside the establishment but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. They have a weekly calendar by the bar showing upcoming events and they seem to have fun stuff happening here throughout the week. I will be coming back on Tuesdays tho for steak night for sure.

Turkey leg was tough. Felt like it wasn't cooked long enough as they usually fall off of the bone. It also took about an hour to get my food and I had to get up and ask about it before it was brought to me. Another friend ordered food and it was cold. Thinking they just forgot to bring it to us.

Spinners is the perfect neighborhood bar. Not only is the atmosphere inviting but the food is top notch. I've never left with an empty stomach and I've experienced nothing but hospitality from the staff! The glaze is to die for as is the ranch which is also made in house. I've learned Tuesday is karaoke night so I am looking forward to returning!!

Nice lowkey spot near Wells Branch. Went on a Tuesday night and was pretty empty. The drinks were very good and we were even able to try them before we made a decision! I ordered the Buffalo shrimp and fries that were delicious. The shrimp was butterflied and fried perfectly. There was good music and even a karaoke stage in the front of the restaurant. They have a stuffed Turkey leg that I will be returning to try!(:

I just ordered Uber eats here . Got two smoked turkey legs and the crawfish Mac and cheese . As a Houstonian y'all know we love us some turkey leg hut. Not ngl they didn't come close but they're good like it was cool . The turkey legs were kind of dry by themselves tbh ...they fell off the bone not tough or anything but the meaty part was just kind of dry . The sauce it comes in is delicious & the crawfish Mac and cheese was cool . It's definitely like bar food you know but I liked it .

I was determined to get a turkey leg while I was here in Texas. This place offers 3 options- rice, macaroni or Alfredo. I assumed the shrimp Alfredo came with pasta but mine was served over rice with my turkey leg. The turkey itself was good but everything else tasted very pre made/ store bought. I'm not a big fan of Jarred Alfredo sauce. So all in all I wouldn't order it again. But the deviled eggs were delicious! They came with a spicy ranch which I felt really complimented the eggs. The sweet pickle on top was the perfect touch.

Love this place tried the fried eggs the last time I went and they were delicious. Always get the Cajun Mac n turkey leg.

This was my first time trying Spinners. My shrimp boil was merely okay. I was kind of disappointed in the flavor profile and since it was ordered through Uber Eats, I just ate the parts of it that I did like--the shrimp and sausage and nibbled around the rest. It was likely a one and done as there are other places in town that serve similar fare that I enjoy much more.

Awesome place great food and the staff was really nice . Definitely going back next time I come into town

This place is extremely overpriced compared to the service you receive. With unfriendly staff and food that is not quite up to restaurant quality standards, you will do yourself a service by not visiting here. Also, drinks are so high, you do better not drinking at their establishment. I will not be returning to this place of business unless another business is built in its place. The ambience is nothing special. There is a very small floor area and tables are crammed in one area. I do not recommend. Austin is full of more attractive bar and grill stops. I am adding my review simply for the revolution and to provide honest insight to bar-goers looking for a good time. Cheers!

I ordered a Loaded Texas Potato and instead got a bunch of chopped up baby potatoes slathered in cheese sauce topped with bacon strips. No chives, no sour cream. Not even remotely close to what is described on their menu. Spinners, if you don't have any more baked potatoes just cancel the order! Don't wing it in hopes the customer won't notice. I'm so upset I paid for this piece of crap meal. This looks like it was prepared by a toddler. Oh, and they also charged me for a drink I ordered and didn't even include it. I feel very cheated by this restaurant.

Spinners puts an interesting twist on the turkey leg by smoking them and then topping them off with various side items. The top one is their Shrimp Alfredo & Garlic Rice and the bottom one is their Cajun Mac & Cheese. You can't go wrong with either, just depends if you want something more rich and creamy or something cheesy and zesty. What I like about both is that they come with their Spinners Glaze which is a sweet glaze made of Hennessey!!! Sooo good. Additionally, they FALL OF THE BONE!! I've never seen that before! That's how tender they are. These cost $20-$22 depending which on which one you get and are very filling! You honestly could split one with somebody. All in all, I would give them a 3.5/5 for being good, but I'll have to sadly round down.

I was traveling in Austin for my bday weekend and this place happened to come up on yelp for seafood Chileeeee I don't know what kind of "seafood" they're serving but it looked and tasted like shrimp from Walmart in a bag that they boiled. The seasoning was bland like it was cooked in I can't believe it's not butter and season salt. And they don't serve whole potatoes as part of their boil, they're halved like small roasted potatoes (and they were also bland) I ordered the large shrimp & so did my best friend. We were both less than thrilled. My server was horrible. She was a bartender doubling as a waitress and literally everything we had to call her for right down to the refills on our water. She was too busy flirting at the bar trying to secure that tip that she hardly catered to us. The decor isn't really somewhere to go and sit. It's too big huge Long tables, suitable for 6 ppl, not small parties. I was really disappointed with this place and didn't see how it even came up on yelp to try. Avoid this place at all costs if you're looking for seafood. The wings were decent tho. But not the jerk! Just stick to buffalo. The wings are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars

I would not go back, the atmosphere was not one I am use to The lemon pepper shrimp and crap was not good. It was like garlic salt and butter mix together I would definitely recommend the turkey leg and mac and cheese that was yummy.

Very small establishment. I was super surprised the food was so goo! Everything tasted fresh. The only thing that would make it better is if you could throw other vegetables in the boil like mushrooms or brussel sprouts etc.

I'd give 2.5 stars if I could Service is slow: just not great even on a night with not as many people. I've had to ask for water 5 times before. They don't come back to check on the tables often. Don't think I've ever seen more than 1-2 staff members total for the bar and floor. The food is OK: I just notice it's inconsistent sometimes and very overpriced. Me and my friend both ordered the same dish and they came out looking completely different, with different amounts of food. So I only come on discounted wing nights. Not good for large groups: They told us we could have individual checks as people in our group were in and out at different times. After we finished eating the waitress changed her mind and told us we couldn't. It caused a sh!t show with 15 ppl. I never invite ppl with me when I come now. Nor do I think my friends would come back due to that and other service issues. Discounted wing days have good wings. Cool looking place. Only come anymore for that and karaoke, which I don't think they have anymore, so probably won't be back. Overall the place has potential but from what I heard from patrons that have come here for years when it was popular is that the owner simply doesn't care anymore about the business as much as his other projects. And its affects are trickling down to all the issues that the restaurant is now having.

It was a quite night. Most of the time I will only go to spinners if I am able to order some type of food. So I went ahead and grab me some wings and saw a few friends and move on quickly.

Well I previous said let me see what these two and half stars mean and I definitely found out we were The first ones here and it took almost 30-40 mins for the food, ok no problem. Let's talk about the food we had 1 pound of crab legs, shrimp, eggs, potatoes, sausage, corn and I had a regular hamburger. First the hamburger had a regular patty on it nothing special about it but I definitely wouldn't got that from a restaurant the shrimp as a previous poster commented seemed like they where store bought, no size to them the crab legs where small, the corn wasn't fresh it was sticky, the sausage was ok can't really mess something that's already fix the potatoes look at the pictures ‍

Went after work with some coworkers around 4:30pm on a Thursday. I ordered queso and buffalo shrimp. It took almost 2 hours for my food to come and I received buffalo wings which I didn't order. I was very disappointed. By the time my correct order arrived, most of my party had to leave. The manager arrived about an hour into my wait and he never came to our table to greet us (party of 9), show hospitality, or apologize for the wait. The server apologized many times and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager in which I told her no, because he should have already came and spoke to me. Unfortunately I will not be back to this establishment as this was my first time going and having disappointing experience.

Waited 45 min for water. If you are really hungry dont go here. You will starve by the time the serve you.

This place was really off. We walked in as a party of four & immediately felt like we interrupted a private get together or something. Multiple loud men were playing dominos in the back & different tables kept giving us the stink eye..(mind you there were only like 20 patrons total). I've came to realize there were no actual customers there but us. The owners I presume were staring daggers at us to basically see if we'd like the oil drenched 1 ranch fried pickles they brought out. The drinks were strong at least but in no way did we feel welcome. We asked for recommendations & the server acted like she couldn't give a biased opinion... all in all 1/5 I really wanted to like this place.

I was in Austin for the weekend and this placed popped up on my Facebook newsfeed. The food in the photos looked so good and my food actually did look like the photos, but the fact of the matter is that the food is not up to par. First of all, I live in DFW where there is literally seafood boil restaurants on every corner that serves crab/shrimp boil bags and seafood, not many places serving up turkey legs. I love turkey legs and there aren't many places in my area that serve them. Ever since The Turkey Leg Hut in Houston became known for their smoked and stuffed turkey legs, places have been popping up everywhere. As a side note, The Turkey Leg Hut in Houston has the absolute best stuffed turkey legs. I attempted to order the queso appetizer and the waitress said they didn't have any. My friend ordered bacon wrapped jalepenos appetizer and we received cheese stuffed fried jalepeno poppers...like the kind you get from Sonic. My friend asked the waitress about it...she said oh yeah they haven't changed the menu yet, these are the new ones, so we sent that back cause it was a $9 appetizer and not what we ordered. For my entree, I ordered the stuffed turkey leg. I wanted the one stuffed with the seafood mac n cheese. Waitress tells me they ran out. Mind you this was early in the afternoon. Maybe like 3 or 4 PM. I end up ordering the one with just smoke mac n cheese. It was just ok. Really lacking seasoning. It just wasn't anything special at all. My friend ordered a seafood boil and I ordered 1 corn. The corn is just like the little small ones and it was $2 and overcooked. The sauce they serve the boil in is not a sauce...more like seasoned oil or something...everything was oily. This place is just not good. Food is lacking flavor and seasoning and restaurant was out of half the stuff on the menu. Waitress said all thr potatoes were gone too. I was lowkey upset that I didn't choose somewhere better as I like trying new places to eat while I'm in Austin. I would not be surprised if this business failed. It's just not good.

Stopped by this place on Sunday with my girls we wanted a drink and everywhere in the surrounding area was closed. So glad we ended up here great music strong drinks and really good seafood boil! The waitress in bartender were really sweet and helpful.

Last time I was here, the bartender put my change in her tip jar which is just rude. The nighttime female bartenders won't serve female patrons. They're ghetto Hooters rejects and act as if female patrons will distract the male patrons from the bartenders. The patrons, dj and food are usually good but the employees are straight up petty. Like dude!.... just be nice to female patrons, we're here to tip you just like the men. This ain't a strip club and we aren't trying to take your man. The current dude bartender is cool.

Oh my the Turkey leg! Wonderful. Had 2 of them, both with the Alfredo and shrimp n dirty rice. I would say needed more sauce and rice for sure. Queso very small portion but good. Fried pickles were good as well.

Been here for over 30 mins, our server hasn't came by to update us on our order, or give us more water, or even offer assistance. A second server had to come by and ask us what our order even was. This place isn't even packed right now. Terrible service. If we hadn't paid already we'd be walking out.

Honestly, I used to love this place and hadn't been back in a year. I went back and it's terrible now. The place is dirtier than before. The drinks were sugary and watered down. I asked for three different drinks on their menu before I finally picked one that they actually had the ingredients to make it. Then they up charged our drinks. I picked one and they charged $2 more than their listed price. And kept charging a convenience fee. I didn't say anything because the place was dead and if that's what they need to do to make some money, but honestly not a good business practice. We ordered the turkey leg and the shrimp Alfredo was bland. Nowhere near as good as it used to be. Despite being one of two tables in that night, we had to go up and order at the bar because no one came by until it was time to close out. This used to be a cool spot with old school hip hop and now has loud live country that tried a little too hard despite the crowd not feeling the vibe.

This place is pretty damn good. Thought it was like a Hooters or twin peaks. But no. It's a bar and grill. The bartenders/waitstaff is all female with awesome attitudes and great conversation starters. THE FOOD. WOW, JUST WOW. Absolutely amazing. So far I have tried the nachos and the burgers. Not disappointed one bit. Taste of a bit of pub, bit of homestyle. Definitely will be a local regular hangout for me and the wife. A++++

The to-go is better than most places dine-in. I really enjoy the crab legs and the shrimp plates. Shrimp is a better deal however! The seasonings are great and overall it's a better deal with better hospitality than Krab Kingz

There is no cheese in this crawfish Mac and cheese. I'm disappointed because I consider this place a go to spot for delivery. Bummer.

This was the WORST $100 I've ever spent from the tenders to the hamburger OH and don't let me tell y'all about tha burnt OLD unflavored turkey leg on tha dirty rice Or was that dirty rice nothing like I've ever had come on at this point why is theses ppl still in business fyi they can keep them watered dwn drinks ‍ no need to rate ,they not even on the scale but the heart breaking part is it's my son birthday oh and they wouldn't let me post my review until I gave them this one star that they don't even deserve I think someone is pranking me at this point ohk when the real food coming out Had to go back and edit it I couldn't sleep tossing all night woke up barely got my babies to school went to the hospital had food poisoning

Turkey leg was amazing .. Meat smoked and feel right off the bone!!! Mac and Cheese was a bit lukewarm ‍ but overall good food and drinks

Seafood boil is AWESOME!! Not overly salty like KK in Pville. While Spinners is known fire being a hip bar, their kitchen serves up DELICIOUS food. Highly recommend the fried wings and any seafood boil. Beware though... their shrimp already comes deshelled and sizes are on the small side. Also rethink purchasing extra sausage for $3.50... the link was literally 2 inches. Not worth it!

I love this place. I go there on lazy, free days to have a beer and a burger. Good food and really nice people?

Austin has a turkey Leg spot! And let me tell you it is delicious. I got the turkey Leg with Cajun Mac and cheese and it's pouring a big smile on my face. Everything is so we'll seasoned and the Mac and cheese is the consistency I look for (not watery). The inside looks new, they take great precautions during covid and I can't wait till I can bring a big group of friends. Will definitely be back and you should come try it before it starts having long lines one everyone catches on.

I'm not sure what the hell is going on here. Sundays seem to be the only functional night. Also, I think I paid $11 for 5 Buffalo wings. Wtf?

Ordered through Uber- got the turkey legs with Mac for my boyfriend and I late-night since it was the only thing that wasn't a major chain open. SO YUMMY! The turkey was what was expected, but the Mac was really good. The jalapeño poppers though- WOW. I'd love to visit this place for a drink and to try the food in person sometime.

The food was good. I got the seafood boil with extra shrimp with butter and Cajun seasonings. The boil was really good. The drinks were kind of meh.. the DJ was really good. The music was banging. The atmosphere was nice. I would definitely come back.

So I must say the crab legs, shrimp and $5 beer is awesome! 5 stars for the food & draft beer. However, when you order any mixed drink, for example, today I had a Bloody Mary with Tito's vodka. $6.50 for the vodka and then $1.75 for zing zany and THEN another 'mix beverage tax' for $2.55... then because we used a card we were charged another $3.68 a whopping $8 because I wanted a Bloody Mary? I guess the best way to go is by ordering draft beer and using cash! Service is always helpful, friendly, the place is clean and it's a great experience.

Koffee- I ordered the "Just crab boil" I was very disappointed with the clusters of crab legs that I got, It wasn't meat in any one of the legs. The potatoes were rock solid. I mean overall I just didn't like this over-priced food. You have to come with it if you're going to charge that much. Baegal - I ordered the pound of Crab and Shrimp, I usually love coming to Spinners, however I was disappointed. The potatoes are usually cooked perfectly, but this time they were severely undercooked. The crab clusters were hit or miss some were full and some seemed to have nothing in them. As Koffee said, if they are going to charge high prices then they should be serving quality food every time.

Got the family shrimp and crab legs platter. My family loved it. New favorite spot. Food was cooked perfect.

Went to this place last night and I was very unsatisfied, I order the turkey leg with dirty rice, which barely had any rice at all. Also order Mac n cheese on the side, the macaroni didn't have any cheese and was old. The chicken I purchased for my kids was way over cooked hardly any meat. This place was probably better back in the day, but this food was horrible. And for 60$ I feel like I deserved better. Never going here again

My temperature was checked upon arrival, my lemon drops were made to perfection and to top it off the host walked me to the door to make sure I made it to my car safely.. I wish I could give 10 stars!! Will definitely be back for another lemon drop!

Not sure why it took so long to review this place....we've been here several times, actually we've been here twice in 24hrs ‍ it's that good!!!!! The crabs here are amazing!!!! Makes me never want red lobster or Joe's Crab Shack ever again. We are somewhat new to Austin so I can't say with certainty that this is the best crabs in Austin but in my mind i feel like it just might be!!! Especially if you live up north and don't wanna drive all the way downtown! Not sure why this place isn't PACKED on a nightly basis, CMON PPL! Tonight (Wednesday) there's a DJ/Karaoke. Last night was pretty chill. We've also come on sundays before. The food never disappoints. The drinks never disappoint. Hands down Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock start packing this place out because it's certainly worth it!!!!! #SupportLocalBusinesses

Visited here for college homecoming (Huston-Tillotson University HBCU )festivities place has cool set up, quite roomy for private events and for most part friendly staff however very limited initially. At One part waitress was struggling to keep up. My one and only compliant is that the bar food is absolutely the worse I have ever eaten in life. It wasn't just my food but the others at my table. Not complainers so we just simply ate what we could and just drank thereafter. If there is a round two at that place for next year I will likely eat before I go. Oh and be very careful the water gets extremely Hot in the ladies room they do have signage although I'm not sure if liability is waived just because of the signage may need to look into that.

They call 1 Catfish fillet and fries a dinner , and their online menu and actually menu isn't the same. Items are still listed that they no longer offer. We didn't receive the ranch dipping sauce for our chicken nugget order and when we called about ALL these concerns nothing was offered to correct, just excuses. I will NOT be back. P.S. My husband's chicken nuggets were dryer than the desert too. Smh

The food was good. "Falling off the bone turkey legs" ..thats a far stretch. I ordered two turkey legs with cajun mac and cheese and crawfish for $25 each. The turkey leg was dry and uneatable towards the bottom. The mac and cheese was dry. I would pass next time.

This place is a dirty hole that has an unsafe vibe. When I walked in, I immediately wanted to leave. The place is drenched in a smell that is both of old seafood and vomit. There was a DJ blaring really loud, obnoxious music, multiple people who seemed to have been drinking since noon, and children running around. It seemed more so like someone's garage than a business. The "restaurant" is a booth right by the restrooms. I have no idea how this place is still open, let alone has more than one star here.
