THIS MONEY HUNGRY MONOPOLY HAS NO HUMAN MORALS! I have 2 kids, 7 years and a 10 month old and when it was 40 degrees outside this company shut off my gas without my consent. I have been paying all the bills that I have received every month for the last 15 years and have all records. They said that I was illegally using gas because they forgot to bill me correctly for the last 6 months and now they expect me to pay for 6 months worth of charges, taxes, fees, gas usage with a drop of a hat. They are now saying it will be 2 days before they can turn my gas back on, and even after 2 hours on the phone with multiple personnel, still no satisfaction on my end or sympathy on their end. They told me that a supervisor or a manager will contact me in possibly a few days because there was 100 people ahead of me and they call complaints in the order they receive them. I now see why there are 100 people ahead of me. The monopoly that they run they know that they are high and mighty and do not care of customer service because they know we cant pick another company to use.
