Saturday 9-16-23 Ana the manager who needs to be up dated on the policies & procedures of the store said that her black male employee didn't know what he was saying & that he was stupid. My daughter in law asked this black male employee if she could return something without a receipt & he said yes. My daughter in law explained to Ana what had happened & Ana refused to return the item without a receipt because Ana said that was the policy, next to Ana's cash register their was a sign that said returns can be made without a receipt & I grabbed the sign & put it in Ana's face for her to read & Ana still refused to return the item. Another black man came & returned my daughter in laws item & I explained that Ana had said that the black man didn't no what he was saying & he was stupid & Ana tried dening what she had said & I pointed to the black man she was lying about because he came to the cash register. You don't blame an innocent person just to cover yourself Ana.

When I first went into the Spirit Halloween store here in Kingman, I was assisted by a girl named Kelly who was extremely helpful. I spent $169.74 on three costumes and a few accessories. However, there were a couple of items that I realized I did not want or need after I really thought about it. With that, I looked on my receipt for a return policy. It clearly states the following: Returns & exchanges accepted thru Friday, October 21. Key word being THRU. I went in and the cashier, Jess, was extremely rude to me. She proceeded to tell me that they only accepted returns thru the 20th. She had a short and snippy attitude. After, I called and talked to their manager Emily. She said that the return policy was changed by corporate and then hung up on me! What the hell is wrong with these people?! And why would they move it back literally one day. Regardless, it's in writing and they should have honored it. Total joke.

Spirit had exactly what I was looking for! I found a half-shell of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles costume options. I had ordered stuff online from another vendor only to ship it to the wrong address like an idiot. In a pinch I was able to find what I needed at Spirit. Should have just started here.

Amazing Spirit Location! I was very happy to see this spirit return to the old Bed, Bath and Beyond location. They really utilized the space they have this year, the store is filled with some of the most amazing Halloween products. They did a great job with setting up the flow of merchandise and ensuring all the stock is out. The spirit has really upped their game on the animatronics this year, I was so impressed and excited to put together our front yard theme of carnival terror, which is what Spirits theme is as well this year!

I came into Spirit not knowing what to purchase and Joshua was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience at Spirit Halloween absolutely amazing and a memorable one!! he was the best manager ever and made sure to make me feel like everything I purchased was a great value and showed me a wide selection of options to pick from! I would highly recommend coming here because of the experience Joshua has given me along with his colleague Salam

Initially good service. Forgot to use my coupon and asked right after my purchase and the staff and manager were unhelpful and did not honor it. I couldn't even refund the items and repurchase with the coupon when their policy literally says there are refunds through a certain date. Nice store. Really unfortunate and poor service.

I went into this Spirit Nov. 1 and purchased a Keychain. It only came to 25% off. Either it's considered a costume accessory or it wasn't entered into the system as 50% off Home Decor. Thankfully Joshua the manager adjusted the price to around 40% off. Thanks Joshua (Spread the word)

Came in to buy a costume for my daughter, brought it home to try out and found out it was missing an item (a gauntlet). Drove back to the store right away and was told all sales are Final and no exchange by the store manager. I asked the lady why didn't the cashier tell me to check my package when I bought it and why didn't they inform me that all sales are final at the checkout? She said "there's nothing I can do" and proceed to announce to the whole store that all sales are final and don't be like these people here (me and my daughter). What a joke that these type of business can do that to innocent consumers and get away with it. Who goes shopping and open every box or package in the store to make sure there aren't any items missing?? When is it that the burden of checking a package to make sure everything is accounted for falls on the consumers? Why is it that there wasn't anything the store manager can do even when I politely ask if I could switch it out? I walked away from this store feeling I just got scammed.

Joshua was very helpful and friendly for my visit to the store today. He asked if we needed any help finding anything and if we wanted him to take our large item to the register for us so we didn't have to carry it around the whole time, which was very kind because I am disabled and have trouble walking without holding a large item! Just overall amazing service that seems rare these days!
