When I first went into the Spirit Halloween store here in Kingman, I was assisted by a girl named Kelly who was extremely helpful. I spent $169.74 on three costumes and a few accessories. However, there were a couple of items that I realized I did not want or need after I really thought about it. With that, I looked on my receipt for a return policy. It clearly states the following: Returns & exchanges accepted thru Friday, October 21. Key word being THRU. I went in and the cashier, Jess, was extremely rude to me. She proceeded to tell me that they only accepted returns thru the 20th. She had a short and snippy attitude. After, I called and talked to their manager Emily. She said that the return policy was changed by corporate and then hung up on me! What the hell is wrong with these people?! And why would they move it back literally one day. Regardless, it's in writing and they should have honored it. Total joke.
