Spirit Tea

You have to try the Nepal white tea if you like white teas! I was blown away by the flavors! The first wave was pleasantly earthy like an early spring day, but the second was sweet like white mulberries.

I write this as I'm enjoying a steaming mug of Spirit Tea's Sunstone, something I do almost every morning. It's delicious. I've ordered different varieties and they've all been wonderful. I've also ordered the green/white and black tea samplers and have been delighted by the selections I received. I also love surprising friends and family with an order from Spirit Tea -- Malabar and Rosella are favorites. If you're looking for an affordable indulgence, you won't go wrong with Spirit Tea.

Really enjoying my teas from Spirit Tea! I was looking for a local tea shop to support, and stumbled across their website. Their shipping was fast, and they were very communicative about a slight mix-up in my order that they made 110% right. I highly recommend the Malabar, Red Chai, and Crescent Green. Will be ordering again from them soon.

I had a life changing experience thanks to Spirit Tea! I think I will always remember that first cup of Iron Godess Black I tried for the first time today. I had no idea tea could be so beautiful and complex. Right now I am sitting here wanting the same comforting feeling I had while sipping that tea! It was honestly magical. Spirit is the perfect name for this company - their products really do have a whole life of its own.

Ordered their Shogyoku matcha after a string of trying unpleasant matchas from grocery stores in the Chicagoland area- their tea is unmatched! The color and quality of their matcha is the best I've seen and the flavor is well balanced and clean! Tea was delivered in 3 business days from what I remember. Will continue ordering from here as its also a local business

Among the worst customer service I've ever received. To sum up their response to my genuine pricing question: "The price is very high, so what? You’re insane for asking about it and expecting a timely response. You shouldn't have followed up even though we weren't going to respond." Happy to post the exchange. Gaslighting and defensiveness galore.

Tea was good and the cups were reusable and had a cool design
