This place is closed. Ordered a couple bottles of bourbon online from here and heard nothing from them for 24 hours. I took a trip up to see what was going on and found the store closed and boarded up. A couple hours later a guy named Andrew called and said he wanted to drop the bourbon at my house. Pretty weird, so I offered to meet him somewhere between us to make the exchange. After a couple of of weird text exchanges and phone calls about meeting options, the communications stopped. A couple days later the store "declined" my payment and canceled my order. I'm empathetic about the closure due to the fire damage but would recommend online buyers avoid this place until they're open again.

Having a minimum of $1 cash for part cash part card is so stupid. Literally everywhere allows any denomination of cash and card so long as the debit is over $5 dollars. Minimum purchase amounts is for cards because it costs money for the transaction. Having a minimum for cash is seriously stupid. In the end the lady couldn't comp me 2 cents. Every liquor store I've ever been to would be cool with 2 cents off and just process the charge. Stupid, stingy and doesn't help customers and lost a customer.

Ordered directly through their app for delivery that noted it would be 45mins. After 1 hr we called to check in and they said it would be 1 hr. After 2 more hours we wrote an email and called. When we called the employee said he knew nothing and there was nothing he could do. Another employee got on the phone and said she would contact the owner to check on it. We said no matter what we would like to hear from them before they close that night and we never did. We tried to call back and they ignored our numbers so we had to call from an another number and they finally picked up. They still mentioned that they hadn’t heard from the owner. In the morning, we got a confirmation that the order would be delivered by 9:45am. After another call, the order finally arrived at 6 PM the next day 27 hours after we ordered. We will never shop here again!

After waiting 2 hours for my online order they canceled it. I called the store and they said they canceled it because I tipped $2.41 and that wasn't enough. Tips are optional and not a requirement of getting my order. If you can't fluent it for the price I paid, which was significantly more than in store already, then you shouldn't do delivery. Wasted 2 hours of my life. Horrible people.

Scam artists. They have a bottle of pappy 23 sitting in their glass case, the cashier attempted to sell it to me for $5000. He was serious too. I know that pappy is very hard to find, but even the van winkle website lists the MSRP at $270. http://www.oldripvanwinkle.com/whiskey/family-reserve-23-year/ . Usually liquar stores do a drawing and sell the bottle near the suggested price or auction it off with procedes going to charity. I have never seen a business try to sell aproduct for over $4700 over the retail price (nearly 19x the MSRP) without mentioning a charity they are donating the proceeds to. They are scam artists and I will never go there again.
