Spizza Napoletana

It's very small pizza place, no seats, grab and go. Perfect customer service, got a chat with a person working there, about London, how expensive it is, Italy and life in general. It made whole experience worth commuting to the location, more personal and real. Pizza itself was good, not the best margherita I've ever had; I think at some level those Neapolitan style pies are so good it's hard to say which one is better. This one got a little too much char on rants and wasn't as puffy as the best I've had. Still, great pizza, stronger flavours since I was served hot sauce on it, so that was new for me. Highly recommend.

The rating was good, and the pizza options were quite nice. However, since we ordered from a bit far away and the Deliveroo courier was slightly late, the pizza arrived a bit cold. Still, it was tasty overall. I’m sure it would have been much better if we had eaten at the restaurant or ordered from somewhere closer and the delivery had arrived on time. Overall, it’s a solid pizza that deserves a good rating — you’ll be satisfied, but there’s no need to expect the best pizza in London or the world.

I came to Spizza today for the lunch deal and yet again I was very impressed. This time, I got the Diavola pizza (the pepperoni one), and a can of coke zero for £9.99. The pizza tasted really fresh and succulent. They make and stretch the pizza dough in front of you, so no hidden secrets with food quality. The mozzarella and hint of Parmesan cheese tasted perfect together, and topped with fresh basil herbs to give that good taste. I was served by Sole and Diego, who both were very friendly quick and professional. At first I was worried about the time it would take to make the pizza, as I only have a short lunch break and there were people in front of me, but they were so quick at making them. I was served and had my pizza in my hands within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this little takeaway.

To be honest, I’ve had better pizza. 🍕 I don’t think it was Spizza’s fault, but the pizza arrived in a very unpresentable way (from Deliveroo), which has never happened to me before. All the condiments were on one side of the pizza, and it also felt like there wasn’t enough prosciutto or mushrooms. The fact is, I didn’t get the pizza I was expecting to have tonight, and the crust was overcooked — burnt a bit too much.

The two really cheery chaps helped me out in the middle of a massive Christmas Eve order with a quick meaty pizza for my train. The pizza was fantastic, freshly made, cooked in a proper fire pizza oven and hit the spot. Can’t thank the chaps working enough!

Closest pizza so far to a pizza in Naples. Was a seriously authentic and delicious pizza. The crust has a lovely char to it adding flavour, the toppings were all delicious and the sauce which often isn’t great in most pizzas here I feel, is just like Naples, rich, flavourful, like a pasta sauce sort of.

Tried a margarita from here! Great Neapolitan style pizza. Have tried pizzas across Naples and this is up there with them. Made fresh to order in a proper wood fired oven. Great sauce and cheese with excellent value for money.

Would have never imagined that the pizza is is unbelievably delicious! So authentic and flavourful. Literally ready in a couple of minutes 🤩 There are no seats but trust you will devour that pizza ASAP.
