Splash is an absolute go-to in Hot Springs. The staff is genuinely welcoming and always on point, making sure you’re taken care of whether you’re stopping by for a quick drink or staying for a while. The vibe inside is cozy, but what really sets Splash apart is the huge back patio. It’s the perfect spot to relax with friends, enjoy the fresh air, and sip on a great cocktail or glass of wine. From Wednesday to Saturday, they bring in fantastic live music that adds to the laid-back, fun atmosphere without being too loud. And if you’re into brunch, you can’t miss their Sunday brunch—arguably the best in town. It’s the perfect way to cap off your weekend with delicious food and drinks in a great setting. Whether you’re there for the music, the drinks, or just to enjoy the patio, Splash is the spot to be.

Had my baby shower here and it was absolutely amazing. The party room was beautiful and the staff were so kind! They let us come early for set up and did not rush us when cleaning up and were super helpful with anything we needed. Not only was the atmosphere amazing but the prices are extremely reasonable. Everyone that came absolutely loved it and have not stopped talking about how nice everything was there. We had them cater the shower and the food was delicious. Beautiful charcuterie boards, delicious cheese dip, and fresh salad and fruits. I cannot express how much I enjoyed hosting my baby shower there.

This wine bar is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is effortlessly chic yet welcoming, creating the perfect vibe for both relaxing and socializing. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, always ready to recommend the perfect pairing or introduce you to a new favorite. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or a lively night out with friends, this place never disappoints. It's become my go-to spot for exceptional wine and an all-around amazing experience.

Splash into a superior drinking and dining experience. Cathy Caver's Splash Wine Bar is an excellent place to spend an evening or to have brunch on a Sunday midday. they have televisions out back on the phenomenal deck that is covered and prepared for all types of weather. Splash has live music generally Wednesday through Sunday although not necessarily every day, however the staff plays good music over the sound system and the ambiance is incredible. I highly recommend you treat yourself to a date at Splash.

Great wine selection, ladies night gets you half off glasses of wine (and well drinks) on Wednesdays. We only share the pepper jelly dip, which was yummy, so can't speak to other food selections. Both bartenders were pleasant & attentive!

Beautiful bar! I am from Italy and wanted to visit a wine bar while in the states, and Splash went beyond my expectations! Great drink and food, felt like home.

I was excited to try Splash, but it was a bit disappointing. The server made some wine recommendations which I appreciated, and the atmosphere was great. Our biggest complaint was the $40 charcuterie board. It was extremely underwhelming for the price, and it appeared as though whoever put it together has never seen a picture of one. They basically dumped everything on the tray. It was not nearly enough food for the price, as it was supposed to be enough for 4 people. The pieces of cheese were TINY, and it was maybe small 9 slices of meat. The frozen berries and grapes were dumped right on top of the meat, and the bits of cheese were mixed with the chocolate covered almonds. The food was good quality, but the board was a mess and lacking quantity to justify $40.

Incredible little spot! My boyfriend and I stopped in and we were so surprised! We shared a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine along side a fireplace and live music playing in the background. It made for the perfect date night! Our server was very attentive and sweet! Would highly recommend coming here!
