Splash Wine Bar

So, my wife and I are visiting Hot Springs for a few weeks and happened by the Splash Wine Bar. Well, today was our second time back in 2 days, as our dinner last night was so good we decided to come back today for Sunday brunch. It did not disappoint. I had the chicken and waffles which I’ve got a good appetite, but I couldn’t finish and my wife had the étouffée pasta now my wife is extremely picky so pleasing her can be a chore however she said that this pasta dish might possibly be one of the best she’s ever had. Shrimp were perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. How you can see from the picture the chicken and waffles were hand, breaded chicken breast and were delicious. We paired breakfast with some bloody Mary’s that were excellent. The night before our dinner consisted of shrimp risotto along with a pairing of some of their wines, which I did not get pictures of, but it was equally delicious. Anyway, from the Google profile it wasn’t clear that they serve food. However sounds like they’re in a venture that has them serving some amazingly good food out of this beautiful bar. Atmosphere is great and the service was top-notch. UPDATED 10/27: So, we went back for our second Sunday in a row with a friend. My friend and I had the Cajun Rise & Shine Omelet, him with home fries and me with grits, and my wife had the Eggs Benny on Crumpets. Food was simply AMAZING! We also ordered the “mimosa bucket” which is a bottle of sparkling wine served with a variety of fresh juices. We sat outside and were entertained by Jimmy, a one man band playing carribean inspired music who was great. We are leaving town this week snd I am extremely disappointed we hadn’t found this place sooner. We may come back to Hot Springs just to visit Mitchell and the Splash Wine Bar!

Splash is an absolute go-to in Hot Springs. The staff is genuinely welcoming and always on point, making sure you’re taken care of whether you’re stopping by for a quick drink or staying for a while. The vibe inside is cozy, but what really sets Splash apart is the huge back patio. It’s the perfect spot to relax with friends, enjoy the fresh air, and sip on a great cocktail or glass of wine. From Wednesday to Saturday, they bring in fantastic live music that adds to the laid-back, fun atmosphere without being too loud. And if you’re into brunch, you can’t miss their Sunday brunch—arguably the best in town. It’s the perfect way to cap off your weekend with delicious food and drinks in a great setting. Whether you’re there for the music, the drinks, or just to enjoy the patio, Splash is the spot to be.

Had my baby shower here and it was absolutely amazing. The party room was beautiful and the staff were so kind! They let us come early for set up and did not rush us when cleaning up and were super helpful with anything we needed. Not only was the atmosphere amazing but the prices are extremely reasonable. Everyone that came absolutely loved it and have not stopped talking about how nice everything was there. We had them cater the shower and the food was delicious. Beautiful charcuterie boards, delicious cheese dip, and fresh salad and fruits. I cannot express how much I enjoyed hosting my baby shower there.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our wedding weekend at Splash, and the experience exceeded our expectations! The whole team at Splash was wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of. We were in communication with Gabby in the months leading up to our event, and she was very kind and extremely thorough. She covered all the details with us and made sure everything was coordinated. She was patient with all the questions we asked and was very helpful. We worked with Mitchell for our rehearsal dinner, which we had in the Corked room for 30 people. Their in-house caterer, Secret Handshake (who also caters events outside of Splash) served up a delicious Cajun buffet for dinner. We had a few gluten free people in our group, and they were able to make most of the food gluten free. We and our guests were blown away! Mitchell also set up and decorated the room, and the vibe/ambiance was perfect. The night of the event Kat made sure everything ran smoothly and communicated with us the whole night. We had our welcome party on the back patio - we loved the fire pits, string lights, live music, and outdoor bar. There was plenty of room, both sitting and standing, for our 70 guests that came to the welcome party. The night was everything we wanted and more! We wish we could relive it again. All the other staff that helped that night were great as well. We appreciate everyone! Highly recommend using Splash for any private event or gathering!

Kat, Gabby, and Nicki were great, had a boys trip to Hotsprings and stopped by, the great environment and live music made for a great time. Came back the next morning for brunch and had an amazing omelet. Had such a great time I took a moment to write a review so others can share a great experience! Highly recommend!🙂

Great wine selection, ladies night gets you half off glasses of wine (and well drinks) on Wednesdays. We only share the pepper jelly dip, which was yummy, so can't speak to other food selections. Both bartenders were pleasant & attentive!

I don’t know if should tell any of my friends about Splash. I’m afraid it will become too busy, and I won’t be able to get in when I want to. We had the Thursday special, which was the most perfectly cooked prime rib I have had anywhere in Hot Springs! WOW!

Stopped in for a quick drink and the bartender was so welcoming and friendly. I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a bourbon cocktail, both delicious. Loved the atmosphere, good music playing, and seemed like a spot that locals like to hangout. We're only in town for the weekend but will make it a point to come back before we leave!
