I visit Sport & Social in Bethesda occasionally, and overall, it's usually a good experience. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff are friendly, but service times can be slow due to the large crowds. If you plan to order food and drinks before an event, I'd recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early.
The food here is excellent--great quality, generous portions, and very reasonably priced.
For the Usyk vs. Fury fight, I called and emailed in advance to request seating directly in front of the screen. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was seated at a table where the view was partially blocked by a Christmas tree, making it difficult to watch. But the manager was incredibly professional and attentive. They resolved the issue by offering to adjust the seating and even move the tree.
Additionally, the manager assured me that the fight would eventually be broadcast on the big screen. While some Ravens fans weren't thrilled with the temporary switch, it was great to see that the staff made an effort to accommodate all patrons, including those there for the fight.
Overall, the manager's professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue turned the situation around, and I left with a positive impression.
( To the guy who posted about not seeing the Ravens game because of the Usyk vs. Fury fight, this is not true. The Ravens game was literally on the big screen the entire time, and they only started broadcasting the fight around the 8th round or so. However, the Ravens game was still being shown on the smaller screens)
