The Bumpy Pickle Will Open in Second Ward With Nine Pickleball Courts | Eater Houston

"I note that Sports Creek in Eado, opened by Good Times LLC in 2017, operates as a bar with soccer and volleyball courts and seasonal league play." - Brittanie Shey

Sports Creek is a complete disaster. The fields are in awful condition—full of holes and dips where injuries are just waiting to happen. We’ve had rolled ankles and close calls almost every game. It’s honestly unsafe. The nets have been down for over a year, and nobody seems to care. Every time the ball goes over, it’s a huge waste of time chasing it down. You’d think they’d fix it after months of complaints, but management is completely useless. They’ve been promising new fields for over a year now—nothing but lies and excuses. To top it all off, the refs are a joke. Completely unqualified and inconsistent, which just adds more frustration to an already bad experience. Save yourself the time, money, and headaches—Sports Creek is a total mess.

The soccer fields were extremely nice, completely flat, almost professional level. The service was also amazing. The owner is really nice. Overall everything was great, every lover of the beautiful game should visit and play a game of football here, it’s top notch.

We had the honor to photograph the atmosphere of the sports center through my college photography class. It was a great experience having the opportunity to capture great moments and scenery around the place.

My son really enjoyed going here, the rooms were always clean and the staff were very friendly. The tuition was a little pricey, but that's kind of the going rate if you live near pearland. If we weren't moving, I'd keep taking my kid here.

My son got his wallet stolen at this place, and the thief try to use it at this establishment like 10 minutes after this happened for a $220. When my son asked at costumer service if they have any information about who was using his card, they dint want to give him any. The thief tried to use the stolen card several times for the same amount so is really weird that cashier didn't notice anything or that he didn't want to give any information to my son. Police report has been filed.

Enjoyable place with 2 futsal fields and 2 volleyball (sand) courts. I used the Plei app to reserve my position for a futsal match and the experience was good overall. The reason I gave 4 stars though was that the turf wasn't leveled at some points and there were a few patches missing. But other than that, definitely recommend going there with your friends who enjoy the game.

The facility quality has tremendously gone down. It's almost post-apocalyptic. The soccer field is all torn up with holes everywhere. The "ball catching" nets for the volleyball court are all tangled up on the fence, rendering it useless. Be prepared to retrieve balls that go to the street or inner fence multiple times. Even the soccer goal net is all torn and barely there. There was hardly a worker in sight the last time we were there. I'm surprised this place is still operating to be honest.

New, clean, crisp spot for sports lovers that still want to play. The blue turf soccer pitch is both bold to look at and fun to play on. They also have a phone recharge station because people tend to stay here for a long time. 4/5 stars because the soccer pitch can get crowded. On free play night it's just that, a free for all. I think they need some sort of system to ensure that everyone who pays gets to play.
