Exactly what you want in a sports bar. Great wings, servers that treat you like family, cold beers and plenty of screens. Is it fine dining? Nope. Do you want it to be? Absolutely not. Just order yourself a pitcher, some Dale wings, some onion rings and whatever else you desire and enjoy.

Food was decent. We loved the shrimp. (Ate some before taking a pic. They give you a lot) Service was ok. Buffalo boneless wings wasnt that good. I should've regular wings with the bone. I had to find our waitress to get the check. I think she forgot about us but service from her was great before then.

So the food is great. The setup is smooth as all get out. But our service was what kept us coming back for back to back to back nights. Emilio was on point as our bartender Drinks and suggestions were on point. Never let our drinks get warm and our food was never cold. Next year when we come back during NFL season, we WILL be back. But we will message the bar to stock up on fireball. lol

We had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress Vicky! Vicky was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we ordered, and she checked on us often without ever making us feel rushed. We will definitely be back—and hope to be seated in her section again!

Andres took our order, we all ordered before 9pm and were told that wings were 10 for 10 as long as the NFL preseason games were airing and we got charged 16.99 for the regular price got sold a deal and then he didn’t honor. Loved the food but sadly don’t think i’ll be going back

Sports Grill ML, has made a come back!!! The atmosphere and the food is amazing, my favorites are the Chili, sliders, wings, ribs and shrimp skewers all are phenomenal, I can’t eat enough of their Delicious flavor, however the restaurant manager Rodney, is super star nicest guy you’ll meet he makes you feel like Family, he’s also a chef and makes the Chili himself, best chili in town, a must visit!!! And don’t forget to say “Hi to Rodney”!!! Also Vicky and Suzy are great servers super friendly, my hat off to this wonderful crew!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I think we've found our new local spot!!When Spprts Grill in Pines closed we were lost for a food local tavern. Took a chance on the Miami Lakes location but the drive was easy and the area great!! Plenty of TVs to watch the games (college football now) and the staff is friendly!! Come to SG Miami Lakes - you won't be disappointed!!

Great place to watch the game. Wings, burger... the tuna melt is really good. I did try the tuna melt one day on the lunch special. The curly fries are a hit! I use to eat the parmigiana sandwich. Unsure if it's still on the menu but one time I requested it and the chef made it for me. Usually it's Miami Lakes locals. Very laid back vibe!

Four stars for at least having the mercy to allowing myself and my lady friend - and other Dolfans as well - the time to linger after another heartbreaking Dolphins loss! Sports Grill is a nice little neighborhood sports bar in the Royal Oaks shopping plaza of Miami Lakes, and a few doors down from Orange Theory that I go to. We ended up here last night when the Dolphins were playing the Bills for Thursday night football. I got there early enough that I had my choice of seats, and like the fact that they have TVs literally all along the walls and some hung from the ceiling to give everybody a nice view angle. Unlike the sports bar on the beach this last Sunday, Sports Grill definitely had a pro Miami vibe to it with one of the managers, walking around and cheerleading the crowd in "Let's Go Dolphins". Unfortunately, it was again 18-11 with the refs calling every questionable penalty against the Phins including a silly one overprotecting the punter (and we lost). There's definitely a fun Only in Hialeah vibe to this sports grill with the crowd at one table playing dominos, and "La Vaca" and other salsa & merengue classics played in the sound system. Speaking of cows, I enjoyed their delicious double smash cheeseburger on a fluffy bun with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. It came with an order of regular fries; we also ordered a basket of sweet potato fries to munch on along the game. My mojito was well blended and even a little sweet, while she enjoyed her Pinot Grigio. We also ordered a lemon drop shot, ostensibly to celebrate but alas...

We came for the wings. As we had heard they are good. We tried the recommended grilled ones. They were very pleasant and a real hit with my husband. I tried the garlic Parmesan ones, these too did not disappoint. We would recommend.coming if you are chicken wing fans.

We went back after going to the Dolphins game for the Sunday night game because I needed to try the award winning wings. They were good!!! I got buffalo flavor and onion rings. I'm glad we went back. They were worth the trip back and so convenient to where we were staying too.

I went to the sport grill to watch the college games which they have tvs everywhere throughout the bar. The food was very good. I ordered BBQ wings, nachos appetizers and fried order. Everything was very good. The nachos were not bad but I had better. Emilio was our server and he was very attentive, had great customer service and provided recommendations of the food and drinks. Overall great experience.

My friends and I have a Hot Dog Club group and visit restaurants once a month that happen to serve hot dogs. The hot dogs here were all beef, perfectly cooked and served on a delicious toasted bun. I had mine with chili and fries. Yummy. Our server, Suzy (Suzette) was super friendly and very courteous and prompt. It was a very clean place. The drinks were very good. We had a great time. They also serve a variety of different foods including burgers and wings that other patrons seemed to be really enjoying. I hope to visit the location closer to me in Kendall soon.

I've only experienced their takeout service, but it's been consistently great. My absolute favorite item on the menu is the Smash Burger; they've truly perfected it with the right seasoning, ideal cooking temperature, and amazing texture. A close second is the Patty Melt. Both are definitely worth trying. Every time we pick up our order, the service is fast and friendly. From what I've observed, the atmosphere is like a classic local sports bar, lively and welcoming.

Had a nice evening watching the basketball game at sports grill! Lindsey and her colleague that were working the bar and floor were very kind, quick to help, and a pleasure to be around. It was a quiet evening on a Monday at the bar which I was happy about. Nice low key vibes! My friend and I had the lemon pepper wings, fries, grilled shrimp skewer and a caesar salad. All were delicious!! I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty the shrimp skewers were! Thank you!

Where do I even start.., I've been coming to Sports Grill for a good 7 years now (consistently).. Too much that I stopped checking in hahaha. Anyways, the food is always great. I normally get their chicken spinach wrap, the grilled shrimp skewers, their badass chili (made from scratch at the location btw), waffle fries and their wings, DUH. The onlyyyyy thing I wish they could change is the quality of the chicken for the wraps.. it's become a little too chewy for my liking... if it could have less fat that would be phenomenal. The service is great. I always get my food in a timely manner. When it's packed it's packed, so just be patient when waiting for certain things.

Great wings!!! I asked the concierge at the hotel I was staying at for restaurant recommendations and this place was the first on out of her mouth.

We were there to watch the fight which they do show the main fight just no sound. Your typical sports bar. The wings were amazing!!!!!!! And so were their sweet potatoe fries. Do not order the grilled cheese. It was blah! The service could be better. It was a busy night but our server would disappear moments at a time. He was watching the fight as well sometimes instead of assisting his tables

This is the best place for Lemon Pepper Chick Wing and the Server name Susy is very nice , funny as hell . The ambiance are great for a Sport Bar . From the crew at Popular Bank , we try to go there every Friday for there Chicken Wings .

Sports Grill is a phenomenal place to host any corporate or large group get together. They were very accommodating and easy to work with from start to finish. The food was delivery in great time and great quality. Shoutout to our server Chris for his great communication and positive charisma in making this experience a great one!

Used to be one of my favorites but quality and value is just not the same anymore. Ordered 5 boneless for $9 and got 4. Tenders look like they're store bought frozen and for $15 you get 4 small/medium frozen tenders and basket of not very crispy fries. Got charged basically extra for absolutely everything. $6 for small domestic beer is far more than most places these days. Accidentally was brought over chips another table ordered, BUT they still made it to my bill, was never fixed and I paid for them! Really took fun out of going here. Last time! Was really excited to go tonight with my boys but I paid $40 more than I should have for what we got, at MINIMUM. 20 wings at Hooters as an example, is about $25 or slightly less, and you're FULL after. My check was 5x that and I only had a few additional items--before tip. Not smart spending on my part in this economy but it won't happen again. I was actually shocked when I got the check.

Wings overcooked, fish sandwich no tartar sauce and the appetizer never came. THE FOOD WAS EXTREMELY BAD TONIGHT.

My go to place when I want to grab a bite and have a few drinks while watching some football or basketball. I literally visit Sports Grill once a week as part of my weekend routine. You brought me styrofoam plates to eat on with metal utensils... like are you joking? Not a good first impression. Stick to the baskets or buy some ceramic plates. For the price point there's literally no excuse. $50 for 10 mediocre wings, fries, buffalo shrimp and a beer - there's so much better quality food out there at that price point especially with such a lousy ambiance. Pretty annoying to have kids just running around the restaurant like they own the place screaming and carrying on like it's Chuck E Cheese. I wish someone working there would've said something to the parents. Anyone who says this place has the best wings in Miami needs to come to my house for me to whip up some wings. One and done - I'd never return.

Cool sports bar location. I had a margarita and it was refreshing and delicious. I ordered the patty melt which certainly did not disappoint. The fries were over fried so i wasnt a fan and the service was a little slow. I would definitely try again

The Sports Grill in Miami lakes was amazing! Great service, greeted the second we opened the door and waters as we sat down. Everyone works as an amazing team, always asking if we're okay and if everything is good. Appetizers and food came out quick and tasted great. I forgot to take my pictures of the apps since I was starving but I took a picture of half. Great music choice and fun environment. Everyone kept making us laugh and enjoy our time. Huge shoutout to Julienn, AJ, Victoria, Chris, Emilio, and Fabian. Definitely recommend coming here with family to watch any game. Coming here again soon!

The wings are always delicious. All the sides are delicious. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. In my humble opinion as a fat man, they have the best wings. When i order over the phone and p8ck the food, its either waiting for me or it comes out in minutes. The ambiance is laid back, the perfect sports bar.

Wings are usually very good, but we ordered special grilled and got some barbecue also-which we didn't order. The music was horrible, we asked the waiter to change it but they didn't. Better to order take out, the ambience is kinda depressing.

First time coming here, wanted a new place to try for a late night outing. This place has great food and a great family friendly atmosphere for a great dine in experience. Staff here is friendly and social. Food here is great and reasonably priced, I love their signiture wings. Plenty of choices with alcoholic beverages and everything can be scanned via QR code.

Oh sports grill,you can never fail me with your delicious wings (insert heart) SOOO quick fact, I had NEVER enjoyed wings prior to turning 25. I simply gave up and lived in a dark hole of wing-loneliness since no place could ever convince me that their wings were worthy of eating. UNTIL, Sports Gril "Taa-daa"! THE PLACE: Cute and cozy place located in Miami lakes. Your typical looking bar, wooden seats and twinkle lights. Lots of screens to watch your games and the place is impeccable. THE FOOD: Here we have had burgers, sandwiches,fries,wraps and all sort of this which were great but NOTHING, NOTHING, beats the "Special grilled" wings. I'm not sure what type of witchery is in these, but they are perfect! They are not saucey,they are "dry" grilled and seem like they been seasoned in heaven for 3 days... yea that good (atleast to me). I love paring these with a cold yingueling and cheese fries. My boyfriend goes for the BBQ wings, which are also good, but very saucey which I dont really like. THE SERVICE: We started coming here so often that we became regulars and were greeted as family. I think any customer would love this form of "service". Everyone works as a team and really looks out for each other and their guests which is kind and hard to come by. We have never had an issue here. CONS? Pricey compared to other sport/bar food places, but it is worth it. Additionally, this place is always freezing cold!

Might be the best French fries I've had in years. The ribs were very tender and flavorful, and the wings have always been great and the beer very cold.

We come to Sports every week and honestly the food was really good before and now it's not the best. Would not recommend coming here. The service is good but not enough workers, we waited around 40 minutes for our food and drinks. I had ordered a rice bowl with bacon, chicken and toppings. My order was missing the bacon and sauce it came with. We had also ordered Deep Fried Oreos and it was completely different from what they usually serve. It was crushed Oreos wrapped in a tortilla that was deep fried and only brought 5 tiny pieces. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Things have changed for the worse

Terrible experience today after coming here for years. The whole place only had two employees to attend to a practically full restaurant. Our server was pretty good to sit us quick and take our drink order and bring the drinks. Then we placed our order and 55 min later waiting for our food, we decided to get up and leave (I left enough cash on the table to cover for the drinks). But what happened during our 55 min wait for no food to come out? Well, there was a large party or over 30 people. In addition to almost every booth and table being occupied. There were over 10 kids (what appeared to be between 4 and 10 year olds) running up and down throwing those tiny bouncy balls and being kids. I have no issue with kids being kids, heck I got 2 of my own, but there is a time and place for everything. Parents didn't care about the kids acting like they were on an outdoor playground and the 2 servers didn't care to do anything either. Also during the 55 min wait, how many times did anyone come to check up on us? Zero! This has been by far my worst experience at Sports Grill. Plainly disrespectful to the other patrons that had to deal with the kids being out of control. And what if those kids would have fallen and gotten hurt or trip or make someone else trip or hit someone with the stuff they were throwing around? Who would be liable? That's how arguments and fights start and end up in OnlyonDade. If the kitchen is that backed up, why not give people a heads up before you order? Just a really, really bad experience and probably won't be coming back to this location.

Went for the Columbia game and had an amazing experience. Our food was hot, delicious and our server, Caro, was extremely attentive. The entire staff was working extremely hard and everyone was having a great time watching the game. 100% coming back and asking for Carolina.

The Best wings anywhere. Quick story. Brought SG wings to a neighbor's house. Our friend's mother was visiting. The intoxicating smell of the wings enticed her to break a 20 year vegan journey. She ate a few with no regrets.

Decent sports bar in the neighborhood. Their wings are ok, nothing extraordinary. I didn't like the cheese fries because I didn't like the cheese. There is plenty of tvs to watch games. Service is ok too.

Cozy, laidback sports grill near the heart of Miami Lakes. Much better food and service than the reviews deem this little spot to be. Located in a pretty busy shopping plaza right off of 154th street, I passed this place several times and finally stepped inside. Visited on a Wednesday afternoon around 4:30pm, the bartender and waiters very warm and prompt to greet us. There was a special on pitchers of beer and drafts for happy hour, but I believe the specials vary by day. Take advantage of the free draft beer when you check-in on yelp. Our waiter suggested we try the "special grilled" bone in wings, that are dipped in Worcestershire sauce. The wings were fried and baked nicely, but a bit on the salty end for my taste. Never the less, it wasn't too bad as we had some ice-cold beers to complement them. We also had a lemon drop shot as well as a kiwi-lemon drop shot (this was a new one). Very yum! Lemon drop is more on the sweet end, versus the kiwi which was paired with a peppered rim with a bit of a kick. Great spot for a quick happy hour, or to have some wings and catch a game with friends. Will definitely be back to give their wings a second chance!

Some of the best wings in the game imo. Usually too loud in there and the service could get pretty shaky, but overall highly recommend. Just best to avoid if any big game or fight is on, since food wait times shoot up and service goes down, unless you're into that.

I'm giving this location 3 stars simply because the food was extremely greasy. We ordered the spinach dip as our appetizer and I'd say it was probably the best thing we ate that night. I ordered 10 classic wings dipped in garlic Parmesan and my boyfriend ordered a chicken wrap (can I just add that they don't serve avocado?!!), assuming it was decently healthy. My wings should have might as well been dipped in grease because they were swimming in a pool of it. I had to grab numerous napkins and wipe down my wings and place them in a different place to get the most out as I possibly can. My boyfriends wrap was also very greasy, as it was dripping whenever he squeezed a bite out. I was not definitely impressed, and wouldn't bother coming back to this location at all.

Sports Grill is a chain throughout Miami-Dade County. Unfortunately I haven't seen one in Broward County but I hope that changes in the near future. A sports bar is a sports bar: lots of tvs playing sports, beers galore, etc., etc. What makes this chain better, in my opinion, is their chicken wings! Available in a few flavors, the best ones are the special grilled ones. You can even get drumstick only, for a few of course! Oh! Their regular mojitos are really good too, just ask them to make the drink with Bacardi rum!

Came here for a takeout order that I placed online. The online process through their website was pretty easy and straight forward. Therefore this review is based on my experience of the takeout service and the food I ordered. I ended up ordering 10 PCs of their specialty grilled wings, regular side of fries, and 5 Buffalo/Garlic chicken tenders. From reading the reviews I wanted to go with what this place was known for and that was their specialty grilled wings. Quite a few reviews recommended these wings. In my opinion the wings were ok. I do like the fact that they were grilled and had a little bit of char on them. But I couldn't connect with the flavor...the wings were a little dry. Perhaps if they were wet it may have given it a better flavor? The fries were ok. They had some seasoning which gave the fries a very salty taste. The chicken tenders were fried hard and was a bit chewy. I wasn't a big fan of the Buffalo Garlic flavor. Aside from the taste of the food, my order was ready when I got there and the young lady behind the bar checked me out pretty quick. Since I'm in town for a few more days I'm interested to try another flavor of wings or something different on the menu. Hopefully I get another chance to come back and update my review.

I normally go to the Pembroke Pines location which you'll always find a table because it's normally dead... Visited the Miami Lakes location for a second time. Second time was much better service. Vibe is waaayy younger and hip than the Pembroke Pines location. The Dale wings and fries were on point! Best wings in miami in my opinion. Buffalo shrimp was good too. We drank a bucket of modelo which arrived promptly. We also had a shot on the house. Very kind and down to earth server. You can tell all the servers care about their job and level of service they provide as other servers came to check on us. Nice vibes and they were playing some good music for a Friday night.
