Extremely Disappointed with the Service
I’ve been a regular customer at this place, often bringing friends and family, but my recent experience with a waitress named Milly was unacceptable and disappointing enough to make me reconsider ever returning.
From the start, Milly was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked about happy hour, instead of simply letting me know it starts at 9, she gave attitude and acted like it was a hassle to even answer. She told me, “You can’t order anything you’re gonna have to wait,” in a very blunt tone.
While placing our order, one of my friends wanted to remove some toppings, and Milly rudely told us she had already put in the order and couldn’t make changes even though we were all still mid-order. When I asked for more sauce, she refused and walked away. I also asked for plates and utensils, and she told me we’d get them when the food came out except the food did come out, and no utensils or plates were provided. I had to go inside myself just to get basic dining essentials.
To top it off, when it was time to pay, I clearly stated three times that we wanted to split the bill. As soon as I handed over the first card, Milly charged the entire bill to it. When I brought it up, she claimed saying she fixed it yet my friend still has the full charge pending on their card. If this isn’t resolved by tomorrow, I will escalate the issue.
After charging the card, Milly walked away without a word no receipt, no thank you, nothing.
It’s frustrating that one person’s behavior can tarnish the experience at a place I used to enjoy. But if this is how they treat loyal customers, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.
